The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, after the microwave power amplifier is adsorbed by the magnet block 708 on the fixed plate 706, the driving motor 704 is started, the output end of the driving motor 704 can drive the rotating rod 702 to rotate in the rotating hole 701, so as to drive the ball 703 to rotate in the first cavity 6 of the box body 3, the connecting pipe 705 drives the fixed plate 706 to rotate clockwise, because the driving motor 704 is controlled to be discontinuously started by a program, the rotating rod 702 can be driven to rotate 45 degrees each time, so that the ball 703 is switched to the next station, which is convenient for the detection of the detector 5, when the fixed plate 706 is positioned right below the ball 703, the counterweight ball 809 in the second cavity 801 can roll in the second cavity 801 under the action of gravity, the lower pressing pad 804 in the groove 802 is pressed, so that the lower pressing magnet pad 804 drives the moving rod to move downwards, the pushing plate 808 pushes away the microwave power amplifier adsorbed on the block 708, so that the microwave power amplifier can automatically disengage after the detection, and then improve the detection efficiency of whole device.
Then, the feeding assembly 9 is utilized to facilitate the microwave power amplifier to be fixedly connected with the fixing plate 706, when the upper abutting plate 911 of the fixing plate 706 presses the fixing ring 903 upwards, the fixing ring 903 moves upwards on the fixing rod 904, the microwave power amplifier can press the fixture block 910 in the sleeve 902, the fixture block 910 compresses the third spring 909, the fixture block 910 is completely contracted into the accommodating groove 908, the microwave power amplifier is adsorbed by the magnet block 708 on the fixing plate 706, when the microwave power amplifier falls off from the fixing plate 706, the microwave power amplifier is guided by the guide plate 13 to slide off the discharge port 1001, meanwhile, the detection data transmitted before the controller 1005 passes through the detector 5 is detected, if the microwave power amplifier is a finished product, the telescopic rod 1006 is controlled to operate, the included angle between the baffle 1003 and the discharge port 1001 is adjusted by the telescopic rod 1006, so that the microwave power amplifier slides off the baffle 1003 into the finished product box 1007, if the waste products are produced, the waste products directly fall into the waste product box 1008 through the discharge port 1001, and classification is conveniently carried out according to the detection result of the microwave power amplifier.
