s5: then adding the extracting solutions of the angelica, the salvia miltiorrhiza, the cinnamon and the mint into a high-pressure homogenizer, and uniformly mixing the extracting solutions by adopting the high-pressure homogenizer to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine permeation-promoting mixed extracting solution;
s6: adding the traditional Chinese medicine permeation-promoting mixed extracting solution into the reaction kettle, then carrying out ultrasonic stirring for 45min, and carrying out heat preservation for 4h, wherein the power of an ultrasonic generator is set to 1200W;

s6: adding the traditional Chinese medicine permeation-promoting mixed extracting solution into the reaction kettle, then ultrasonically stirring for 30-45 min, and preserving heat for 3-4 h;
