Abstract
本发明公开了一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉,所述冻干粉的成分包括紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物,将紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物通过其液态、颗粒状态混合,混合后冻干成粉,所述紫杉醇的重量为0.4‑0.8g,莲子心的重量为0.1‑0.7g,冰叶日中花提取物的重量为0.1‑0.7g;本发明可以修复各类皮肤病,蛇胆疮、褥疮,皮肤感染炭疽病。

技术领域
本发明属于护肤产品技术领域,具体涉及一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉。
背景技术
冻干粉的主要功能和作用是,其所含有的营养物质可以有效地用于美容养颜,有效的促进分泌乳酸、脂肪酸,防止皮肤干燥干裂,淡化细纹,促进伤口的愈合,平衡组织细胞的分裂增殖,防止结缔组织增生,防止新生组织纤维化。不同的冻干粉有不同作用和效果,但是目前市面上的冻干粉均不能有效的修复皮肤病,比如蛇胆疮、褥疮,皮肤感染炭疽病,同样的也无法抵抗细胞癌变。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了更好的修复各类皮肤病,提出一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉,所述冻干粉的成分包括紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物,将紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物通过其液态、颗粒状态混合,混合后冻干成粉,所述紫杉醇的重量为0.4-0.8g,莲子心的重量为0.1-0.7g,冰叶日中花提取物的重量为0.1-0.7g。
优选地,所述冻干粉的成分中还增加甘草提取物。
优选地,紫杉醇通过红豆杉树皮中提取。
优选地,采用新鲜的莲子心,乙醇提取,提取液减压浓缩至一定密度后,离心,上清液加碱调pH,低温冷置一定时间后离心,得沉淀,减压干燥,得到莲子心有效部位提取物。
优选地,冰叶日中花提取物制备方法是选取冰叶日中花,将冰叶日中花干燥,干燥过后粉碎,粉碎60-100目,对粉碎后的冰叶日中花提取,得到的提取液后离心去除杂质。
优选地,所述冰叶日中花干燥含水率要少于2%,采用的超声波提取。
一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉的制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:
S1:按照配方称取紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物,粉碎混合,过筛50目,得到混合细粒;
S2:向混合细粒中加入80%的乙醇,得到混悬液,自然静置,过滤得到上层液体;
S3:所述上层液体加热分离出乙醇,得到复合物的提液;
S4:得到提液进行浓缩冻干,最后形成冻干粉。
上述技术方案可以得到以下有益效果:
本发明可以修复各类皮肤病,蛇胆疮、褥疮,皮肤感染炭疽病,增加毛细血管张力和弹力,改善微循环,从而达到修复面部的红血丝的作用。
本发明新鲜的莲子心,冻干粉制备发酵提取物,新鲜莲子心含有生物碱可以清热解毒消肿,促进血液循环以及保护心血管杨欣安神,使得皮肤酸碱平衡。
新鲜的莲子提取物含有丰富的黄心树宁碱和硒元素,能够预防人体组织细胞癌变,天然抗癌物质,提高机体免疫力,有效的预防皮肤炎症。
冰叶日中花冻干粉制备不含防腐剂,发酵提取物,冰叶日中花属于中盐碱植物,减缓脑细胞老化,保护皮肤不干燥,含有少量黄铜化合物,是一种高活性天然多酚类化合物,冰叶日中花富含多种氨基酸抗酸化物质等机能,含有多种维生素,低钠盐,抗氧化抗衰老。
红豆杉冻干粉制备不含防腐剂发酵提取物,红豆杉能够释放各种生物碱,是绿色的增压机,红豆杉提取物紫杉醇,紫杉碱,还有双类化合物,这些物质抗癌应用到抗癌利尿消肿,抗衰老,紫杉醇能够激活巨噬细胞,抑制肿癌,坏死受体的减少以及释放,杀伤或抑制肿瘤细胞,紫杉醇可以诱导细胞凋零引起细胞程序性死亡,增强免疫,新陈代谢,新生细胞再生能力强,抗衰老。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的说明:
一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉,所述冻干粉的成分包括紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物,将紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物通过其液态、颗粒状态混合,混合后冻干成粉,所述紫杉醇的重量为0.4-0.8g,莲子心的重量为0.1-0.7g,冰叶日中花提取物的重量为0.1-0.7g。
优选地,所述冻干粉的成分中还增加甘草提取物。
优选地,紫杉醇通过红豆杉树皮中提取。
优选地,采用新鲜的莲子心,乙醇提取,提取液减压浓缩至一定密度后,离心,上清液加碱调pH,低温冷置一定时间后离心,得沉淀,减压干燥,得到莲子心有效部位提取物。

实施例1:
本发明制备的复方紫杉醇冻干粉,其中紫杉醇的重量为0.6g,莲子心的重量为0.15g,冰叶日中花提取物的重量为0.25g,上述三种成分,基于其液态、颗粒形状混合形成冻干粉,实现各个成分之间的效用结合,冻干粉最后形成固体或液体,达到修复各类皮肤病,蛇胆疮、褥疮,皮肤感染炭疽病的目的,同时可以对抗细胞癌。
使用患者A,使用液体的冻干粉,喷涂到患者面部过敏红肿瘙痒处,此处可以很快恢复到原来的皮肤状态。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上增加甘草提取物,与上述紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物,将红豆杉、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物混合,甘草提取物的美白作用主要是通过抑制酪氨酸酶和多巴色素互变酶(TRP-2)的活性、阻碍5,6—二羟基吲哚(DHl)的聚合,以此来阻止黑色素的形成,从而达到美白皮肤的效果。同时使得冻干粉还具有美白的作用。
一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉的制备方法,所述方法步骤如下:
S1:按照配方称取紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物,粉碎混合,过筛50目,得到混合细粒;
S2:向混合细粒中加入80%的乙醇,得到混悬液,自然静置,过滤得到上层液体;
S3:所述上层液体加热分离出乙醇,得到复合物的提液;
S4:得到提液进行浓缩冻干,最后形成冻干粉。

1.一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉,其特征在于:所述冻干粉的成分包括紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物,将紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物通过其液态、颗粒状态混合,混合后冻干成粉,所述紫杉醇的重量为0.4-0.8g,莲子心的重量为0.1-0.7g,冰叶日中花提取物的重量为0.1-0.7g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉,其特征在于:所述冻干粉的成分中还增加甘草提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉,其特征在于:紫杉醇通过红豆杉树皮中提取。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉,其特征在于:采用新鲜的莲子心,乙醇提取,提取液减压浓缩至一定密度后,离心,上清液加碱调pH,低温冷置一定时间后离心,得沉淀,减压干燥,得到莲子心有效部位提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉,其特征在于:冰叶日中花提取物制备方法是选取冰叶日中花,将冰叶日中花干燥,干燥过后粉碎,粉碎60-100目,对粉碎后的冰叶日中花提取,得到的提取液后离心去除杂质。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉,其特征在于:所述冰叶日中花干燥含水率要少于2%,采用的超声波提取。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种复方紫杉醇冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法步骤如下:
S1:按照配方称取紫杉醇、莲子心以及冰叶日中花提取物,粉碎混合,过筛50目,得到混合细粒;
