Example 1
The first embodiment provides a voice control method combined with a user level, which aims to solve the problem that in the related art, the overall efficiency is affected due to the fact that a user cannot determine search content in time before a voice system is automatically turned off or dormant.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a voice control method for an intelligent television according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is an interface schematic diagram of the intelligent television in a first voice interaction mode according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 is an interface schematic diagram of the intelligent television in a second voice interaction mode according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, the method may include steps S101 to S105.
Step S101, a wake-up request is received, a voice system is waken up in response to the wake-up request, and a first voice interaction mode is entered. In the first voice interaction mode, the smart television displays a first voice box, and the first voice box can comprise a dialog box.
Step S102, judging whether a voice command is received in a preset period after the wake-up time, if not, executing step S103.
Step S103, entering a second voice interaction mode. And in the second voice interaction mode, the intelligent television displays a second voice frame, wherein the second voice frame comprises a dialog box and a second voice frame of a display box, and the display box recommends a second item corresponding to the program.
Step S104, the program corresponding to the second item where the focus is located is recorded as the current program, and the playing channels with the playing authority of the current program are obtained and are all recorded as the channels to be selected. Here, the second entry where the focus is located may be denoted as the current entry.
Step S105, selecting a channel to be selected with the highest user grade as a selected channel, and jumping to an interface of the selected channel for playing the current program under the condition that the second item with the focus is selected.
It will be appreciated that the steps of the method may be performed on the basis of an executing device. Specifically, the executing device may be a server, a cloud server, a smart television, a processor, or the like, but the executing device is not limited to the above type. It should be noted that, in the case that the executing device is not the smart tv, the executing device is in communication connection with the smart tv and controls the smart tv to cooperate to execute the corresponding operation.
In summary, under the condition that the voice command is not received within the preset period after the voice system is awakened, a second item is displayed in the display column of the second voice frame for the user to select, so that the user can determine the search content as soon as possible before the voice system is automatically closed or dormant, and the overall efficiency is improved; the selected channel has the playing authority of the current program and the user grade is highest, so that under the condition that the current program is selected, the current interface jumps to the interface of the selected channel for playing the current program, the process of generating the corresponding voice command and the process of searching according to the corresponding voice command can be saved, and the habit of the user can be attached better.
It will be appreciated that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts described above or in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
As an alternative embodiment, for step S101, the generating manner of the wake-up signal is not limited herein. However, the manner in which the wake-up signal is generated may be illustrated herein, for example: a voice item is displayed on a current interface of the intelligent television, a user can control a focus to move to the voice item through remote control equipment and select the focus, and accordingly, the intelligent television generates a wake-up signal; also for example: the intelligent television comprises a voice acquisition device, the voice acquisition device can acquire voice packets and upload the voice packets, the intelligent television judges whether the received voice packets are used for waking up a voice system, and if yes, the intelligent television generates a wake-up signal.
It can be understood that, in the case that the voice system is awakened, the smart television may implement voice control, that is, the user may upload a voice packet via the voice acquisition device, the voice system may convert the voice packet into a computer-readable voice command, the execution device may perform a related operation according to the voice command or control the smart television to perform a related operation, where the type of the voice command is not limited herein, and may include a source search, a problem search, a focus movement, an entry selection, an exit, a shutdown, a sleep, and the like.
It should be noted that the sequence of waking up the voice system and entering the first voice interaction mode is not limited herein, but the time of displaying the first voice frame on the current interface is preferably the same as the wake-up time of the voice system.
As an alternative embodiment, the preset period in step S102 is not limited to a specific duration, but may take the wake-up time of the voice system as the starting time.
As an alternative embodiment, for step S103, the first speech frame is clearly distinguished from the second speech frame. And in the case that the executing device determines that the voice command is not received within the preset period after the wake-up time, the presentation bar of the second voice frame actively recommends the second item, which is worth noting here that the generation of the second item is not limited here. It may be appreciated that the program corresponding to each second entry may be obtained according to any one or more of popularity, recommendation, collection, click, and evaluation, or may be customized for the user, which is not limited herein.
As an optional embodiment, after the smart tv is turned on, the voice system wakes up automatically, and accordingly, the smart tv pops up a greeting interface, where a greeting is displayed on the greeting interface, and the greeting may include: user name, date, time, location, weather, holiday description, etc., for example: the owner, you good, today is 1 month No. 1, sunny and happy. The greeting can be played through a voice system and call a voice assistant TTS interface, and accordingly, after the voice playing is completed, the intelligent television jumps to a menu interface from the greeting interface and displays a first voice frame.
As an alternative embodiment, in step S104, the executing device may detect the playing software installed on the smart tv, that is, the playing channel. Correspondingly, after the execution device determines the basic information of the current program, for any play channel, the execution device can access a resource library of the play channel and judge whether the current program exists in the resource library according to the basic information, if so, the play channel has the play authority of the current program and is recorded as a channel to be selected; if not, the playing channel does not have the playing authority of the current program, and correspondingly, the processing can be omitted. It is understood that the base information may include names and the like. Through this step S104, one or more channels to be selected may be obtained.
As an alternative embodiment, each second entry may determine the corresponding selected channel in advance. In step S105, the executing device may further acquire a user account and a user level under each play channel. The division of the user level is not limited herein, but should be related to the play situation of the program. For example, user ratings can be categorized into one, two, three, and four, where one user needs to play an advertisement for M seconds before playing a program, two users need to play an advertisement for N (N < M) seconds before playing a program, and three and four users do not need to play an advertisement before playing a program. Based on the above example, the individual programs may also be rated, for example: for low-level programs, more than one level of users can watch the programs; for medium-level programs, users with more than three levels can watch the programs; for advanced programs, the four-level user can watch.
When the second speech frame pops up, the focus falls on the first second entry. It is worth to say that under the condition that the current item is selected, the intelligent television opens a selected channel and judges whether a user account is logged in or not, if yes, the intelligent television switches to a playing interface corresponding to the current program; if not, automatically logging in the user account, and automatically switching to a playing interface corresponding to the current program after successful login.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the steps of: judging whether a voice command is received within a preset period after entering the second voice interaction mode, and if not, entering a closed or dormant state by the voice system. It should be noted that, the voice command is received in the preset period in the present step, or the voice command is received in step S102, which may be processed according to the voice command with reference to the prior art.
Referring to fig. 2, in the dialog box of the first voice frame, if the voice command is a question search, the voice command may be displayed in text form in the dialog box of the first voice frame, and the answer corresponding to the voice command may be displayed in text form in the dialog box of the first voice frame, and the size of the dialog box of the first voice may be expanded and restored after a period of time, the expansion rate may be 10% -30%, and the answer may be played through the voice system and call the voice assistant TTS interface.
Referring to fig. 3, in the dialog box of the second voice box, if the voice command is a question search, the voice command may be displayed in text form in the dialog box of the second voice box, and the answer corresponding to the voice command may be displayed in text form in the dialog box of the second voice box, and the answer may also be played by calling a voice assistant TTS interface via the voice system.
Further, in the case that it is determined that the voice command is not received within a preset period after the second voice interaction mode is entered, the method may further include: and retracting the second voice frame to any one of the current position of the focus, the voice option and the position of the focus before waking up the voice system. According to the technical scheme, under the condition that the voice system is dormant or closed, each voice frame is closed, so that the influence on browsing of a user is avoided.
As an alternative embodiment, fig. 4 is a flowchart of step S105 shown in the embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4, step S105 may include steps S401 to S404.
Step S401, selecting a channel to be selected with the highest user grade as a selected channel.
Step S402, receiving a playing signal, wherein the playing signal corresponds to the current program, and responding to the playing signal to judge whether the user grade of the selected channel meets the preset requirement, if so, executing step S403; if not, step S404 is performed.
It can be understood that, in the case that the user selects the current item through voice control or remote control, the smart television generates a play signal and uploads the play signal to the execution device. The preset requirements may be defined according to practical situations, for example: the user level is referred to above in the relevant examples for more than three levels.
Step S403, jumping to an interface of the selected channel for playing the current program.
Step S404, jumping to an upgrade interface for improving the user grade of the selected channel. It should be noted that, through the upgrade interface, the user grade of the selected channel may be improved, for example: VIP purchase interfaces in the prior art. It will be appreciated that the upgrade interface may not be limited to use for upgrading the user level of a selected channel, but may also be used for upgrading the user level of other channels to be selected.
According to the technical scheme, on one hand, a user can conveniently and rapidly upgrade the user grade, the purchase rate of the VIP is improved, and on the other hand, if the user does not select to upgrade the user grade, the time for opening a selected channel can be saved, and the operation pressure of the intelligent television is reduced.
Further, after performing step S404, the step S105 may include the steps of: and receiving an upgrade success signal based on the upgrade interface, and executing step S403 in response to the upgrade success signal, namely, after the upgrade of the user grade is completed based on the upgrade interface, jumping to an interface of a selected channel for playing the current program from the upgrade interface. It can be appreciated that the user level after the upgrade is completed based on the upgrade interface should meet the preset requirements.
Further, after performing step S404, this step S105 may further include the steps of: judging whether an upgrade success signal is received within a preset period after the jump to the upgrade interface, if not, executing step S403. The duration of the preset period is not limited herein, as long as the starting time is the time for jumping to the upgrade interface. It will be appreciated that the interface for selecting channels for playing the current program is adapted to the user's rating.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the following steps.
Judging whether the user grade of the selected channel meets the preset requirement, if so, displaying the introduction short-circuit corresponding to the current program in a matched mode by the corresponding second item; if not, the corresponding second item is matched with the introduction poster corresponding to the current program to be displayed. The description of the preset requirement may refer to the description of step S402, but is not related to the play signal.
It should be noted that the current item is the focus, so that when the user level of the selected channel reaches the preset requirement, the short-medium sheet displayed at the current item is in a playing state, the size of the current item can be enlarged and restored after the focus leaves, the enlarged range can be 10% -20%, and other second items cannot be blocked. And under the condition that the user grade of the selected channel does not reach the preset requirement, displaying the introduction poster at the current item. Preferably, only the introduction shortcuts presented by the current item can be played, and the second items presented by the other introduction shortcuts are not played.
Through the technical scheme, the user can directly determine whether the user grade reaches the preset requirement through the introduction short sheets or the introduction poster presented by the current item, and further judge whether the current item needs to be selected, so that time can be saved, and user experience is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the following steps.
Judging whether the currently used playing channel is the channel to be selected with the highest user grade, and if so, taking the currently used playing channel as the selected channel. It should be noted that, because the currently used playing channel is being used, when the current item is selected, the user can skip under the same playing channel, that is, the skip efficiency is improved.
Further, when it is determined that the currently used playing channel is not the channel to be selected with the highest user level, determining the selected channel according to the priority in the playing channel group with the highest user level, where the influence factors of the priority may include: whether to open, play duration, number of openings, etc. For example: the play channels which are opened are preferably selected so as to save the opening time of the play channels, namely the jump efficiency is improved, and the play channels with long play duration/multiple opening times can be selected so as to be more fit with the habit of the user.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further include a second item generating step, and fig. 5 is a flowchart of the second item generating step shown in the embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 3 and fig. 5, the generation of the first second item in the second item generating step may include steps S501 to S503.
Step S501, a history viewing record is called, and a program to be continuously broadcast is determined according to the history viewing record. Specifically, the history viewing record is called from the history viewing record database, the history viewing record with the highest credibility is selected and recorded as the history viewing record to be continuously broadcast, and accordingly, the program to be continuously broadcast can be determined according to the history viewing record to be continuously broadcast. It should be noted that the credibility may include; any one or a combination of an upload time, a viewing progress, a program tag, a viewing duration, etc., of course, the credibility is not limited to the above type. The reliability preferably adopts the uploading time, namely, the later the uploading time is, the higher the reliability is.
It will be appreciated that the history viewing record database includes history viewing records generated by the own player and history viewing records generated by the third party player, and it should be noted here that the history viewing records have the same names and should be merged.
Step S502, inquiring a resource library where the program to be continuously broadcast is located, and extracting an introduction short sheet or introduction poster corresponding to the program to be continuously broadcast from the resource library. It should be noted that any program in the resource library has an introduction tab, an introduction poster, a text introduction, and the like, respectively. It can be understood that the execution device may obtain a thumbnail corresponding to the progress of the program to be continuously broadcast according to the history viewing record of the program to be continuously broadcast, but here, the thumbnail or the presentation poster obtained from the resource library is selected to be more attached to the content of the program to be continuously broadcast, so that a display effect is better for the user.
Step S503, the introduction short sheet or introduction poster corresponding to the program to be continuously broadcast is displayed on the first second item of the display column of the second voice frame in a matched mode. In particular, reference may be made to the above-described related embodiments.
Through the technical scheme, programs are recommended to the user through the history watching record via the display column of the second voice frame, so that the user needs are more met, the user can better determine search contents as soon as possible, and the overall efficiency is further improved.
Further, when the display column of the second voice frame displays the second entry corresponding to the program to be played continuously, the dialog column of the second voice frame displays the related content of "whether to play continuously xxx", and the voice assistant TTS interface is called by the voice system to play the voice.
Further, in the presentation column of the second speech frame, since the second entry has more than one, as shown with reference to fig. 3 and 5, the generation of other second entries in the second entry generation step may include step S504 to step S505.
Step S504, obtaining labels of programs to be continuously broadcast, and obtaining more than one recommended program according to the labels. Wherein the tag includes a category and a subject. It will be appreciated that the tag may include a type and a material, wherein the type may include: television shows, movies, documentaries, history, music, etc., the material may include: suspense, fun, relatives, love, ancient dress, fantasy, history, etc., and are not particularly limited herein.
Step S505, the introduction short sheets or introduction posters corresponding to the recommended programs are respectively matched and displayed on the second item of the display column of the second voice frame. It will be appreciated that since the first second entry already corresponds to the program to be played, the second entry in this step should exclude the first second entry, i.e. each recommended program is arranged in one-to-one correspondence with a second entry other than the first. It should be noted that the recommended program and the program to be continuously broadcast are preferably obtained from the same resource library.
The specific manner of determining the recommended program according to the label of the program to be continuously broadcast is not limited herein, but the recommended program should fall on the second item in terms of ranking positive feedback of any one or more of popularity, recommendation, collection, click, and rating. For example: in the case of adopting the popularity, the 1 st drop of the popularity in the recommended program is located on the 2 nd second item, and so on.
According to the technical scheme, in the display column of the second voice frame, not only the program to be continuously broadcast but also the recommended program related to the label of the program to be continuously broadcast are displayed, so that more fitting-required choices are provided for a user, and the user can conveniently and quickly determine search contents.
It should be noted that, in the second item generating step, the generation of other second items is not limited to the above manner, for example, each second item is generated by adopting a first second item, so long as the programs corresponding to each second item do not overlap.
As an alternative embodiment, the second item generating step may also adopt another implementation manner, fig. 6 is a partial flowchart of another implementation manner of the second item generating step shown in the embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 3 and fig. 6, the generation of the first second item in the second item generating step may include step S601 to step S603.
Step S601, calling a history viewing record, and determining a program to be continuously broadcast according to the history viewing record. See for details the description of step S401. It will be appreciated that the time of history generation corresponding to the program to be played back should be the latest.
Step S602, determining whether the playing progress of the program to be played is smaller than a preset value, if yes, executing step S603 and step S604, and if no, executing step S605. It will be appreciated that the preset value in this step is not limited herein, and is preferably 90%.
It will be appreciated that programs can be divided into two categories, one having only one episode, e.g., a movie, and the other having more than two episodes, e.g., a television episode, depending on the type of program. Taking a television play as an example, taking the playing progress of the latest episode as the playing progress of the program to be continuously played, that is, executing step S603 if the playing progress of the latest episode reaches a preset value, and if any episode before the latest episode reaches the preset value, not considering that the playing progress of the program to be continuously played reaches the preset value, directly playing the next episode of the any episode when the program to be continuously played is continuously played, where it is worth to say that the latest episode is the latest episode for the completed television play.
Step S603, displaying the introduction short piece or introduction poster corresponding to the program to be continuously broadcast on the first second entry of the display column of the second voice frame in a matching manner.
Step S604, displaying the introduction short sheets or introduction posters corresponding to the programs to be continuously broadcast on the first second item of the display column of the second voice frame in a matched mode. The step S603 and the step S604 may refer to the related descriptions of the step S402 and the step S403, which are not described herein.
Step 605, selecting any recommended program, and displaying the introduction short sheets or introduction posters corresponding to the any recommended program on the first second item of the display column of the second voice frame in a matched manner. The selection of the recommended program may refer to the relevant description of step S404.
According to the technical scheme, under the condition that the program to be continuously broadcast does not meet the requirement, the recommended program with the same or similar type and the subject is displayed on the first second item in a matching mode so as to meet the requirement of a user.
Further, the second items other than the first item may also adopt the same technical scheme as the first second item to determine the program. In this embodiment, if no is found in step S602, the programs corresponding to the first second item and the other second items are preferably recommended programs, and accordingly, the recommended programs are located on the second items in positive feedback of ranking in any one or more combinations of popularity, recommendation, collection, click-through, and evaluation.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the following steps.
Inquiring a resource library where the current program is located, and acquiring text introduction corresponding to the current program from the resource library. The library of the text presentation should be the same as the library of the presentation poster or presentation short described above.
And displaying the text introduction corresponding to the current program in the dialogue column of the second voice box. It will be appreciated that the text presentation corresponding to the current program is played in voice via the voice system. So as to fully mobilize the sense of the user and improve the user experience.
Further, in the case of playing the text introduction, the text of the text introduction is displayed on the dialog box of the second voice frame one by one according to the playing progress.
Further, when the focus is switched from the source second entry to the target second entry, the text introduction corresponding to the source second entry is deleted from the dialog box of the second speech frame and displayed on the text introduction corresponding to the target second entry.
Therefore, only one text introduction is displayed in the dialog box of the second voice box and corresponds to the second item with the focus, so that the area occupied by the text introduction is reduced, the second item corresponding to the text introduction can be well determined, and the second item can be known and selected as soon as possible.
Further, the user grade corresponding to the selected channel is displayed in the dialogue column of the second voice box in a text mode, so that the user can know the subsequent play condition of the current program conveniently. And deleting the user grade of the selected channel corresponding to the source second item from the dialogue column of the second voice frame and displaying the user grade of the selected channel corresponding to the target second item under the condition that the focus is switched from the source second item to the target second item.
