Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a voice search method suitable for a video playing state according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent television interface for displaying a first voice frame according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent television interface for displaying a second speech frame according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the method includes steps S101 to S105.
Step S101, a wake-up request is received, whether the current interface plays a video or not is judged in response to the wake-up request, and if yes, step S102 is executed.
Step S102, waking up the voice system.
Step S103, acquiring a voice command through a voice system.
Step S104, when the search type of the voice command is question search, displaying a first voice frame on the current interface, and displaying an answer corresponding to the voice command in the first voice frame in a matching manner.
Step S105, displaying a second voice frame on the current interface under the condition that the search type of the voice command is a film source search, wherein more than one second item is displayed on the second voice frame, and the programs corresponding to the voice command are matched and displayed on the second item;
and S106, recording a program corresponding to the second item where the focus is located as a current program, and acquiring a playing channel with the playing authority of the current program and recording the playing channel as a channel to be selected. It should be noted that this step S106 is performed after step S105. Here, the second entry where the focus is located may be denoted as the current entry.
Step S107, selecting a channel to be selected with the highest user grade as a selected channel, and jumping to an interface of the selected channel for playing the current program under the condition that a second item where the focus is located is selected.
It will be appreciated that the steps of the method may be performed on the basis of an executing device. Specifically, the executing device may be a server, a cloud server, a smart television, a processor, and other devices, but the executing device is not limited to the above type, but it should be noted that, in the case that the executing device is not a smart television, the executing device is in communication connection with the smart television and controls the smart television to cooperate to execute a corresponding operation.
In summary, under the condition that the video is played on the current interface, if the voice system is awakened, the voice frame is popped up and the video is kept being played, so that the video can be kept being played under the condition that the voice system is awakened; the method comprises the steps of correspondingly setting a first voice frame and a second voice frame based on problem search and film source search respectively, so as to display search results in a targeted manner and improve the utilization rate of the area occupied by the voice frames; the selected channel has the playing authority of the current program and the user grade is highest, so that under the condition that the current program is selected, the current interface jumps to the interface of the selected channel for playing the current program, the process of generating the corresponding voice command and the process of searching according to the corresponding voice command can be omitted, and the habit of the user can be attached better.
It will be appreciated that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts described above or in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
As an alternative embodiment, for step S101, the generating manner of the wake-up signal is not limited herein. However, the manner in which the wake-up signal is generated may be illustrated herein, for example: a voice icon is displayed on a current interface of the intelligent television, a user can control a focus to move to the voice icon through remote control equipment and select the focus, and accordingly, the intelligent television generates a wake-up signal; also for example: the intelligent television comprises a voice acquisition device, the voice acquisition device can acquire voice packets and upload the voice packets, the intelligent television judges whether the received voice packets are used for waking up a voice system, and if yes, the intelligent television generates a wake-up signal.
As an alternative embodiment, for step S102 and step S103, in the case that the voice system is awakened, the smart tv may implement voice control, that is, the user may upload a voice packet via the voice acquisition system, the voice system may convert the voice packet into a computer-readable voice command, and the execution device may perform a related operation according to the voice command, where the type of the voice command is not limited to the search type, and may include focus movement, entry selection, exit, shutdown, dormancy, and the like.
As an alternative embodiment, for step S104 and step S105, the executing device may determine the type of the voice command after acquiring the voice command, and the determination manner is not limited as long as the type classification can be achieved. For example: playing xxx, and judging the type as a source search; xxx is what, it can be determined that its type is a question search, etc. It should be noted that each program may be obtained from a resource library of the same playing channel, and is preferably a playing channel currently used by the smart tv or a default playing channel.
As an optional embodiment, in step S106, the executing device may detect playing software installed on the smart tv, that is, a playing channel. Correspondingly, after the execution device determines the information such as the name of the current program, for any play channel, the execution device can access a resource library of the play channel and judge whether the current program exists in the resource library according to the information such as the name, if so, the play channel has the play authority of the current program and is recorded as a channel to be selected; if not, the playing channel does not have the playing authority of the current program, and correspondingly, the processing can be omitted. Through this step S106, one or more channels to be selected may be obtained.
As an alternative embodiment, each second entry may determine the corresponding selected channel in advance. In step S107, the executing device may further acquire a user account and a user level under each play channel. The division of the user level is not limited herein, but should be related to the play situation of the program. For example, user ratings can be categorized into one, two, three, and four, where one user needs to play an advertisement for M seconds before playing a program, two users need to play an advertisement for N (N < M) seconds before playing a program, and three and four users do not need to play an advertisement before playing a program. Based on the above example, the individual programs may also be rated, for example: for low-level programs, more than one level of users can watch the programs; for medium-level programs, users with more than three levels can watch the programs; for advanced programs, the four-level user can watch.
When the second speech frame pops up, the focus falls on the first second entry. It is worth to say that under the condition that the current item is selected, the intelligent television opens a selected channel and judges whether a user account is logged in or not, if yes, the intelligent television switches to a playing interface corresponding to the current program; if not, automatically logging in the user account, and automatically switching to a playing interface corresponding to the current program after successful login.
As an alternative embodiment, fig. 4 is a flowchart of step S107 shown in the embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4, step S105 may include steps S401 to S405.
Step S401, selecting a channel to be selected with the highest user grade as a selected channel.
Step S402, receiving a playing signal, wherein the playing signal corresponds to the current program, and responding to the playing signal to judge whether the user grade of the selected channel meets the preset requirement, if so, executing step S403; if not, step S404 is performed.
It can be understood that, in the case that the user selects the current item through voice control or remote control, the smart television generates a play signal and uploads the play signal to the execution device. The preset requirements may be defined according to practical situations, for example: the user level is referred to above in the relevant examples for more than three levels.
Step S403, jumping to an interface of the selected channel for playing the current program.
Step S404, jumping to an upgrade interface for improving the user grade of the selected channel. It should be noted that, through the upgrade interface, the user grade of the selected channel may be improved, for example: VIP purchase interfaces in the prior art. It will be appreciated that the upgrade interface may not be limited to use for upgrading the user level of a selected channel, but may also be used for upgrading the user level of other channels to be selected.
According to the technical scheme, on one hand, a user can conveniently and rapidly upgrade the user grade, the purchase rate of the VIP is improved, and on the other hand, if the user does not select to upgrade the user grade, the time for opening a selected channel can be saved, and the operation pressure of the intelligent television is reduced.
Further, after performing step S404, the step S105 may include the steps of: and receiving an upgrade success signal based on the upgrade interface, and executing step S403 in response to the upgrade success signal, namely, after the upgrade of the user grade is completed based on the upgrade interface, jumping to an interface of a selected channel for playing the current program from the upgrade interface. It can be appreciated that the user level after the upgrade is completed based on the upgrade interface should meet the preset requirements.
Further, after performing step S404, this step S105 may further include the steps of: judging whether an upgrade success signal is received within a preset period after the jump to the upgrade interface, if not, executing step S403. The duration of the preset period is not limited herein, as long as the starting time is the time for jumping to the upgrade interface. It will be appreciated that the interface for selecting channels for playing the current program is adapted to the user's rating.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the following steps.
Judging whether the user grade of the selected channel meets the preset requirement, if so, displaying the introduction short-circuit corresponding to the current program in a matched mode by the corresponding second item; if not, the corresponding second item is matched with the introduction poster corresponding to the current program to be displayed. The description of the preset requirement may refer to the description of step S202, but is not related to the play signal.
It should be noted that the current item is the focus, so that, in the case that the user grade of the selected channel meets the preset requirement, the short-and-medium sheet displayed at the current item is in a playing state, and the size of the current item can be enlarged and restored after the focus leaves, the enlarged range can be 10% -20%, but other second items cannot be blocked. And under the condition that the user grade of the selected channel does not reach the preset requirement, displaying the introduction poster at the current item. Preferably, only the introduction shortcuts presented by the current item can be played, and the second items presented by the other introduction shortcuts are not played.
Through the technical scheme, the user can directly determine whether the user grade reaches the preset requirement through the introduction short sheets or the introduction poster presented by the current item, and further judge whether the current item needs to be selected, so that time can be saved, and user experience is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the following steps.
Judging whether the currently used playing channel is the channel to be selected with the highest user grade, and if so, taking the currently used playing channel as the selected channel. It should be noted that, because the currently used playing channel is being used, when the current item is selected, the user can skip under the same playing channel, that is, the skip efficiency is improved.
Further, when it is determined that the currently used playing channel is not the channel to be selected with the highest user level, determining the selected channel according to the priority in the playing channel group with the highest user level, where the influence factors of the priority may include: whether to open, play duration, number of openings, etc. For example: the play channels which are opened are preferably selected so as to save the opening time of the play channels, namely the jump efficiency is improved, and the play channels with long play duration/multiple opening times can be selected so as to be more fit with the habit of the user.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the first voice frame includes a dialog box, and in the case that the current interface of the smart tv plays a video, the first voice frame may be displayed on the current interface, and the voice command may be displayed in text form on the dialog box of the first voice frame, and the answer corresponding to the voice command may also be displayed in text form on the dialog box of the first voice frame.
Further, the method may further comprise a first speech frame display step, in particular: judging whether the video is played in a full screen mode, if so, enabling the first voice frame to be displayed in a video playing area, and if not, enabling the first voice frame to be displayed in a non-video playing area. Through the technical scheme, the interference to video playing can be reduced, and therefore user experience is improved. It should be noted that, when the first voice frame emerges from the current interface, the transparency of the border and/or the ground color of the first voice frame is adjusted, and may be preferably 40% to 70%.
Further, the step of displaying the first voice frame may also adopt another implementation manner, where the first voice frame and the original area of the current interface are set in a split screen, and the specific manner is not limited herein.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the second voice frame includes a dialog box and a presentation box, where, when the video is played on the current interface of the smart tv, the voice command may be displayed in text form on the dialog box of the second voice frame, and each program corresponding to the voice command is respectively shown on the second entry in a matching manner.
The second item may be located on the second item with positive feedback of ranking in any one or more combination of relevance, popularity, recommendation, favorites, click-through, scoring, for example: in the case of adopting the popularity, the 1 st place of popularity in the recommended program is located on the 1 st second item, and so on.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the following steps.
Inquiring a resource library where the current program is located, and acquiring text introduction corresponding to the current program from the resource library. The library of the text presentation should be the same as the library of the presentation poster or presentation picture described above. The repository is preferably under the currently used playback channel so that in the event that any second entry is selected, it can quickly jump to the corresponding interface.
And displaying the text introduction corresponding to the current program in a dialogue column of the second voice frame so that a user can simply know the program content to improve the user experience.
Further, when the focus is switched from the source second entry to the target second entry, the text introduction corresponding to the source second entry is deleted from the dialog box of the second speech frame and displayed on the text introduction corresponding to the target second entry. Therefore, only one text introduction is displayed in the dialog box of the second voice box and corresponds to the second item with the focus, so that the area occupied by the text introduction is reduced, the second item corresponding to the text introduction can be well determined, and the second item can be known and selected as soon as possible.
Further, basic information of the selected channel is displayed in a dialogue column of the second voice box in a text mode, and the basic information comprises a user grade and a name of the selected channel so that a user can know the subsequent play condition of the current program conveniently. And deleting the basic information of the selected channel corresponding to the source second item from the dialogue column of the second voice frame and displaying the basic information of the selected channel corresponding to the target second item under the condition that the focus is switched from the source second item to the target second item.
As an alternative embodiment, fig. 5 is a flowchart of step S501 to step S503 shown in the embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1 to fig. 5, the method may further include step S501 to step S504.
Step S501, the voice command currently acquired via the voice system is recorded as the current voice command. It should be noted that this step is performed when the video is played on the current interface of the smart tv, and the search result corresponding to the current voice command is not displayed on the first voice frame or the second voice frame by the smart tv.
Step S502, judging whether the search type of the current voice command is matched with the currently displayed voice frame, if so, executing step S503, and if not, executing step S504. It should be noted that, when the current voice command is the first one, the smart tv may directly display the first voice frame or the second voice frame corresponding to the search type.
Step S503, the search result is matched and displayed on the currently displayed voice frame. For example: the search type of the current voice command is problem search, and the voice frame currently displayed by the intelligent television is a first voice frame, so that the switching of the voice frame is not needed at the moment, and correspondingly, the search result based on the current voice command can be directly displayed in the first voice frame; when the search type of the current voice command is a source search, step S106 and step S107 are performed cooperatively so that the current program can have an associated selected channel.
Step S504, switching from the currently displayed voice frame to the voice frame corresponding to the current voice command, and displaying the search result in cooperation with the voice frame corresponding to the current voice command. For example: the search type of the current voice command is problem search, the voice frame currently displayed by the intelligent television is a second voice frame, and at the moment, the voice frame needs to be switched, and correspondingly, the second voice frame is switched to the first voice frame, and then the search result based on the current voice command is displayed in the first voice frame.
According to the technical scheme, on the basis that the search result corresponding to the voice command can be displayed under the playing state of the video, the search result can be always matched with the voice frame. Therefore, only one voice frame is displayed on the current interface, so that the situation that a plurality of voice frames are displayed on the current interface to seriously influence the viewing is avoided.
FIG. 6 is a flowchart of another implementation of a voice search method suitable for a video playing state according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent tv interface for displaying an initial speech frame according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 6 and 7, the method may include steps S601 to S606. It should be noted that, the relevant descriptions of the partial steps can refer to the relevant descriptions of any embodiment.
Step S601, receiving a wake-up request, responding to the wake-up request to judge whether the current interface plays the video, if yes, executing step S602.
Step S602, waking up the voice system, and displaying an initial voice frame on the current interface. It should be noted that the area of the initial speech frame is smaller than the area of the first speech frame, and the area of the initial speech frame is smaller than the area of the second speech frame.
Step S603, acquiring a voice command via the voice system. The initial voice frame may display text corresponding to the voice command one by one, may display only voice icons, and may display a prompt, for example: what needs help, please output voice, you have turned on voice control, etc.
Step S604, when the search type of the voice command is question search, the method switches from the initial voice frame to the first voice frame, and displays the answer corresponding to the voice command in the first voice frame in a matching manner.
Step S605, when the search type of the voice command is a film source search, switching from the initial voice frame to a second voice frame, wherein the second voice frame displays more than one second item, and the program corresponding to the voice command is displayed on the second item in a matching manner.
Step S606, the program corresponding to the second item where the focus is located is recorded as the current program, and the playing channel with the playing authority of the current program is obtained and is recorded as the channel to be selected. It should be noted that this step S606 is performed after step S605.
Step S607, selecting a channel to be selected with the highest user level as a selected channel, and jumping to an interface of the selected channel for playing the current program when the second item with the focus is selected.
According to the technical scheme, the wake-up time of the voice system and the uploading time of the voice command are not synchronous, so that the initial voice frame is displayed after the voice system is waken up to inform a user that voice control is waken up, and the area of the initial voice frame is smaller, so that the influence of watching a video is reduced.
Further, for step S604, in the case where the display duration of the received first cancel signal or answer exceeds the first preset value, the first speech frame is canceled or the first speech frame is switched to the initial speech frame. It is worth noting here that the first cancel signal corresponds to a voice command whose search type is a question search. The first preset value is not limited herein, but should correspond to the positive feedback of the number of words of the search result displayed by the first speech frame, that is, the larger the number, the larger the first preset value.
Further, for step S605, in the case where the second cancel signal is received or the display duration of the program exceeds the second preset value, the second speech frame is canceled or the switch from the second speech frame to the initial speech frame is made. It is worth noting here that the second cancel signal corresponds to a voice command of which the search type is a chip source search. Since the number of second entries is usually fixed, the second preset value should be fixed.
