The number of media information returned by the server can be determined according to the number of media information which can be presented by the media information flow interface between two page refreshing requests aiming at one media information acquisition request of the terminal, and in practical application, the server returns the terminal as a media information set, wherein the number of media information in the media information set is not less than the number of media information which can be presented by the media information flow interface; for example, if the number of media information that can be presented by the media information streaming interface is three, the number of media information in the media information collection is three or more.
The playing of the first media information in the first playing window in the media information stream interface is explained. In some embodiments, the playing of the first media information may be implemented based on a user trigger, for example, after the media information playing client obtains the media information set including the first media information sent by the server, the obtained media information is presented in the media information flow interface, and when a playing instruction for the first media information triggered by the user is received, the first media information is played; in other embodiments, the playing of the first media information may also be automatically implemented, for example, when at least two media information including the first media information are presented in the media information stream interface, the terminal detects that the first media information meets an automatic playing condition, and automatically plays the first media information through the first playing window; the automatic playing condition can be set according to actual needs, for example, when the first media information is the first media information returned by the server based on the request sequence, the first media information is determined to meet the automatic playing condition; for another example, the media information in the media information stream interface is presented in the form of media information cards, and when the media information card corresponding to the first media information is the first completely displayed media information card in the media information stream interface, it is determined that the first media information meets the automatic playing condition.
Here, in practical applications, the media information may be video information (e.g., short video information, long video information), audio information, animation information, live broadcast, etc. A media information set can be presented in the media information flow interface, and the media information is the minimum unit of the media information set; the media information set comprises one or more media information, and can also comprise one or more media information groups, wherein one media information group comprises at least two media information. The media information stream interface may play the media information in the media information collection through a play window.
Describing the playing state of the media information in the media information stream interface, the playing in the embodiment of the invention comprises two states: the media information is in a playing state in playing and a playing pause state when the media information pauses playing; that is, the first media information played in the media information stream interface may be media information in a playing state or media information in a pause playing state.
Step 302: and when the first media information is played, determining a position area of the first playing window in the media information stream interface.
Here, a location area where the first play window is located in the media information stream interface will be described. In some embodiments, the media information stream interface is divided into two location areas when the media information stream interface presents two media information. The first media information is played in a first playing window of the media information stream interface, and the location area where the first playing window is located is usually the top area of the media information stream interface. In other embodiments, since the first location area of the media information stream interface may be fixed, such as an advertising area for advertising, etc., the first play window is in the bottom location area of the media information stream interface, and there is one play window in the media information stream interface.
Step 303: and when the position area of the first playing window in the media information flow interface is a first position area, creating a second playing window in a second position area in the media information flow interface.
Here, the creation of the second play window in the second location area in the media information stream interface will be described. In some embodiments, the media information stream interface divides two location areas. The first playing window is in a first position area of the media information flow interface, and the first media information is played in the first playing window of the first position area. When the first media information is played, a second play window is created in the second location area.
Fig. 4A-4B are schematic diagrams of a target presentation mode according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4A, two media information are presented in a media information stream interface, where a first media information is played through a first playing window in a first location area 41 in the media information stream interface. When the first media information is played, a second play window is created in the first location area 42 of the media information stream interface.
Step 304: and acquiring second media information positioned in the second position area, and determining a display mode of the second media information.
Here, the second media information will be described. In some embodiments, when the media information stream interface presents two or more media information, the second media information may be adjacent media information of the first media information that has been presented in the media information stream interface and that is presented in sequence after the first media information; in other embodiments, when one or more media information is presented in the media information stream interface, the second media information is adjacent media information to the first media information that is not currently presented in the media information stream interface, but is presented in sequence after the first media information.
The determination of the presentation mode of the media information is explained. In some embodiments, the terminal may determine a display mode of the media information based on the display mode identifier of the media information, and in particular, the terminal acquires a display mode identifier corresponding to the second media information; and when the display mode identification represents that the display mode of the second media information is a single-column display mode, determining that the display mode of the second media information is a target display mode. The display mode of the media information comprises a single-column display mode and a multi-column display mode. The target display mode is a display mode which needs to be met when the media information is automatically played in the media information flow interface, namely, at least two pieces of media information which are presented in the media information flow interface, and the media information which is presented in the single-column display mode meets the requirement of the target display mode when the media information is automatically played.
For example, referring to fig. 4A, in the terminal media information stream interface, according to the single-column display mode identifier corresponding to the media information 1, it is determined that the display mode of the media information 1 in the current media information stream interface is the target display mode; and determining the display mode of the media information 2 in the current media information stream interface as a target display mode according to the single-column display mode identifier corresponding to the media information 2.
Referring to fig. 4B, in the terminal media information flow interface, according to the single-column display mode identifier corresponding to the media information 3, it is determined that the display mode of the media information 3 in the current media information flow interface is the target display mode; the media information 4 and the media information 5 form a media information group, wherein the display mode identification of the media information characterizes that the display modes of the media information 4 and the media information 5 are multi-column display modes, and the display modes of the media information 4 and the media information 5 in the current media information flow interface are determined not to be target display modes.
Step 305: and when the display mode of the second media information is a target display mode, automatically playing the second media information through the second playing window.
In some embodiments, automatic playback of media information in a target presentation mode (single-column presentation mode) is achieved by switching the playback window. Specifically, when the display mode of the second media information is the target display mode, the second media information is automatically played through the second playing window.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 4A, after the playing of the media information 1 through the first playing window of the first location area 41 in the media information stream interface is completed, the display mode of the media information 2 is the target display mode (single-column display mode), the second playing window is created in the second location area 42, the playing window is automatically switched to the second playing window, and the media information 2 is automatically played through the second playing window.
In other embodiments, the automatic playing is achieved by switching the media information, specifically, when the display mode of the second media information is not the target display mode, sliding the second media information so that the second media information slides out of the second location area, and sliding the third media information so that the third media information slides into the second location area; and when the display mode of the third media information is the target display mode, automatically playing the third media information through the second playing window.
For example, referring to fig. 4B, after the playing of the media information 3 through the first playing window of the first location area 43 is completed, the media information 4 to be played is acquired, and since the display mode of the media information 4 is not the target display mode, it is a multi-column display mode, so that it is determined that the display modes of the media information 4 and the media information 5 in the current media information stream interface are not the target display modes. The media information 4 and the media information 5 are slid out of the second location area 44, the media information 6 in the target display mode is slid into the second location area 44, a second playing window is created in the second location area 44, the playing window is automatically switched to the second playing window, and the media information 6 is automatically played through the second playing window.
In other embodiments, the terminal is provided with a playing mode of the media information, and correspondingly, after the terminal acquires that the playing of the first media information is completed, when the displaying mode of the second media information is the target displaying mode, the terminal further detects the playing mode of the current media information, and when the playing mode of the media information is determined to be the automatic playing mode, the second media information is automatically played through the second playing window.
The setting of the automatic play mode will be described. In some embodiments, the user may set the automatic play mode based on the presented automatic play prompt information, specifically, before automatically playing the second media information through the second play window, the automatic play prompt information is presented, where the automatic play prompt information is used to prompt the user to automatically play each media information; and the terminal responds to the confirmation operation aiming at the automatic playing prompt information and controls the playing mode of the media information to be an automatic playing mode. The presentation of the automatic playing prompt information can be presented by adopting a suspension window, a suspension layer with certain transparency and the like; the presentation time of the automatic playing prompt information can be after the playing of the first media information is completed, before the automatic playing of the second media information, or before the playing of the first media information.
Fig. 5A is an exemplary schematic diagram of automatic play mode setting provided in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5A, after a terminal presents a media information stream interface including media information, an automatic play prompt message is presented through the media information stream interface in a form of a floating window, and when a user clicks a confirm button based on the presented automatic play prompt message, the play mode of the media information is controlled to be an automatic play mode.
In some embodiments, setting of an automatic playing mode may also be achieved based on the automatic playing function item, specifically, the terminal is provided with a playing mode setting interface, and when the user opens the playing mode setting interface, the automatic playing function item is presented in the playing mode setting interface; the terminal responds to the starting instruction aiming at the automatic playing function item, and controls the automatic playing function item to be in a starting state so as to adjust the playing mode of the media information to be an automatic playing mode.
Fig. 5B is a schematic diagram of an automatic play mode setting provided in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5B, when a play mode setting interface is presented based on a trigger of a user, and an automatic play switch 51 is presented in the play mode setting interface, when the user clicks the automatic play switch 51, an on command for the automatic play switch 51 is triggered, the automatic play switch 51 is controlled to be in an on state based on the on command, and a play mode of media information is controlled to be an automatic play mode.
In some embodiments, when the display mode of the media information is the target display mode and the play mode of the media information is the automatic play mode, the terminal further detects a traffic mode, specifically, when the first media information is played, a traffic mode corresponding to the current network data transmission is obtained; and when the flow mode meets the flow condition of automatically playing the media information, automatically playing the second media information through a second playing window.
In practical application, the terminal detecting flow mode mainly detects whether the current data connection mode is suitable for the flow requirement required by automatic playing of media information; for example, when the data connection mode of the terminal is wireless network (WiFi) connection, or the data connection mode of the terminal is cellular data connection (i.e. mobile data connection), and the traffic owned by the traffic service corresponding to the data connection mode can support automatic playing of the media information, if the traffic is not limited (e.g. no-traffic is Wang Ka, the current data connection mode is considered to be adapted to the traffic requirement required by automatic playing of the media information.
The automatic playing of the media information through the second play window is described. In some embodiments, automatically playing the second media information may be accomplished by switching the play window. Specifically, the terminal presents a media information stream interface containing at least two media information, and plays the first media information through a first play window; when the first media information is played, determining a position area where a first playing window is positioned; when the position area where the first playing window is located is the first position area, creating a second playing window in a second position area in the media information flow interface; acquiring second media information positioned in a second position area, and determining a display mode of the second media information; and when the display mode of the second media information is the target display mode, automatically playing the second media information through a second playing window.
In practical application, at least two media information are presented in a terminal media information stream interface, and when the display mode of the media information is a target display mode, the first media information is played in a first play window in the media information stream interface. When the first media information is played, a second playing window (such as other areas of the interface except the top area) is created in a second position area of the media information flow interface, and the second media information is automatically played in the second playing window. And creating a second playing window in the second position area and switching the playing window to realize automatic playing of the media information in the target display mode (single-column display mode).
For example, referring to fig. 6, the media information stream interface includes at least two media information displayed in a single-column card mode, and the first playing window 61 in the terminal media information stream interface is located in the first position area and plays the first media information through the first playing window 61. When the playing of the first media information is completed, determining that the display mode of the second media information is a target display mode (single-column display mode), creating a second playing window 62 in the second position area, automatically switching the playing window to the second playing window 62, and automatically playing the second media information through the second playing window 62. When the playing of the second media information is completed, the playing window is automatically switched to the first playing window 61, and the third media information is automatically played through the first playing window 61.
In some embodiments, when the first playing window is in the second location area, the playing window is not created any more, and the automatic playing of the media information is realized directly by sliding the media information. Specifically, when the position area of the first playing window in the media information flow interface is a second position area, sliding the first media information to enable the first media information to slide out of the second position area, and sliding the fourth media information to enable the fourth media information to slide into the second position area; and when the display mode of the fourth media information is the target display mode, playing the fourth media information through the first playing window.
In practical application, the first position area of the terminal media information flow interface may be provided with information such as advertisement position or other focus map needing to be displayed in a fixed position, therefore, a fixed play window is arranged in the second position area of the media information flow interface, and the first media information is played through the play window; when the playing of the first media information is completed, the first media information is directly slid out of the second position area without switching a playing window, and the fourth media information (media information to be played) is automatically slid so that the fourth media information is slid into the second position area; and playing the fourth media information through the first playing window of the second position area when the fourth media information is in the target display mode (single-column display mode).
Fig. 7A is a schematic diagram of automatic playing of media information according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 7A, a playing window 2 is provided in a second location area 1 in a media information stream interface, in fig. 7A, after playing of first media information in the media information stream interface is completed, the first media information automatically slides out of the second location area 1, and simultaneously, the second media information automatically slides into the second location area 1, so that it is determined that a display mode of the second media information is a target display mode, and the second media information is played through the playing window 2.
FIG. 7B is a schematic diagram of media information in an automatically sliding media information set according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7B, the automatic sliding and playing of each media information is implemented according to the playing sequence of the media information in the media information set; here, the media information set may be a media information set formed by media information acquired from a server by the terminal and cached locally at the terminal, may be a media information set formed by media information stored at the server side, or may be a media information set formed by media information presented in a media information interface.
Describing the updating of the media information, in some embodiments, when the user triggers the updating of the media information flow interface, the media information is automatically played back through the playing window of the first location area based on the updated media information flow interface, specifically, the terminal receives an updating instruction triggered based on the media information flow interface, wherein the updating instruction is used for updating the media information in the media information flow interface; and the terminal responds to the updating instruction, presents the updated media information in the media information flow interface, and automatically plays the fifth media information in the updated media information flow interface through the play window created in the first position area.
In practical implementation, the media information playing client sends a media information updating request to a server (such as a background server of the media information playing client), wherein the operation of triggering the updating request comprises sliding media information in a media information stream interface and stopping sliding, pulling down to refresh the media information stream interface, switching different tabs (Tab cards) and the like; the server responds to the update request to select at least one piece of media information from the media information base and returns the media information to the media information playing client side, so that the media information playing client side plays the acquired media information through the media information stream interface.
In practical applications, the first media information is usually assigned to a media information set, such as a media information set formed by media information returned by the server for a primary media information acquisition request of the terminal; correspondingly, when the last media information in the media information set to which the first media information belongs is played, different playing modes can be set.
In some embodiments, the user may set a play mode after the last media information in the media information set is played based on the play mode setting interface, specifically, before presenting the media information stream interface, the terminal presents the play mode setting interface of the media information, where the play mode setting interface includes a sequential play function item and a loop play function item; when receiving a selection operation aiming at the sequential play function item, controlling the play mode of the media information to be a sequential play mode, wherein the sequential play mode is used for stopping playing the media information in the media information set when the media information in the media information set to which the first media information belongs finishes one-time play; when a selection operation aiming at the circular playing function item is received, controlling the playing mode of the media information to be a circular playing mode, wherein the circular playing mode is used for circularly playing the media information in the media information set to which the first media information belongs when the media information in the media information set finishes one-time playing.
In practical application, when the playing mode of the media information is the automatic playing mode, all the media information in the media information set is continuously and automatically played, and when the last media information in the media information set is played, the terminal detects whether the current mode is the circular playing mode or the sequential playing mode.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a play mode setting interface provided by an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 8, when the play mode setting interface is presented based on a trigger of a user, and a loop play function item (list loop, single-set loop) and a sequential play function item (play pause) are presented in the play mode setting interface, when the list loop function item is selected, controlling to automatically play media information in a current media information set by restarting after playing of last media information in the media information set is completed. When the single set circulation function item is selected, controlling to automatically and circularly play the last media information after the last media information in the media information set is played. And stopping playing after the last media information in the media information set is played when the pause function item is selected to be played.
In some embodiments, the sound playing state of the media information may be switched during playing of the second media information through the second playing window. Specifically, a mute control function is presented in the media information stream interface, where the mute control function is used to control the playing mode of the media information to be switched from the mute playing mode to the audio playing mode or from the audio playing mode to the mute playing mode.
Fig. 9A is a schematic diagram illustrating a playing mode control of media information provided by an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 9A, a mute control function 11 is presented in a media information stream interface, different display modes of the mute control function indicate that a playing mode of current media information is a voiced playing mode, a playing mode indicated by a number 11 in fig. 9A is a mute playing mode, a playing mode indicated by a number 12 is an voiced playing mode, and when a trigger operation (such as a clicking operation) of a user on the mute control function 11 is received, a switch from the mute playing mode to the voiced playing mode is implemented; when a trigger operation (e.g., a click operation) for the mute control function section 12 is received, switching of the playback mode from the audio playback mode to the mute playback mode is effected.
In some embodiments, the mute control function item may be presented in the media information flow interface in a first display style; the first display mode is used for indicating that the playing mode of the media information is a mute playing mode; correspondingly, before the presentation of the mute control function is canceled, switching the display mode of the mute control function from the first display mode to the second display mode, wherein the second display mode is used for indicating that the playing mode of the media information is a sound playing mode.
For example, referring to fig. 9A, in the media information stream interface, the display style of the mute control function item is mute icon 11, when the user clicks mute icon 11, a voiced play control command is triggered, the play mode of the media information is switched from the mute play mode to the voiced play mode, mute icon 11 is switched to voiced icon 12, and then the transparency of voiced icon 12 is reduced until it disappears.
In some embodiments, in the process of playing the second media information in the mute play mode, when receiving the mute play control instruction for the second media information, the terminal responds to the mute play control instruction for the second media information, switches the play mode of the second media information from the mute play mode to the mute play mode, and cancels presentation of the mute control function item.
Here, a trigger method of the audio playback control command will be described. In some embodiments, the user triggers the full-screen playing of the media information by clicking the media information being played in the media information stream interface, and the full-screen playing of the media information triggers the generation of the voiced playing control instruction; in other embodiments, the generation of the voiced playback control command may also be triggered by a voice adjustment function presented in the media information stream interface.
For example, referring to fig. 9B, a sound adjusting function item 13 is presented in the media information stream interface, where the sound adjusting function item is represented by a virtual volume key 13 and a system physical volume key 14, and when a click operation of the user on the virtual volume key 13 or the system physical volume key 14 is received, a sound playing control instruction is generated, and the controlled media information playing mode is switched from a mute playing mode to a sound playing mode.
In some embodiments, after the playing mode of the second media information is switched from the mute playing mode to the audio playing mode, the playing volume of the second media information may be adjusted. Specifically, a sound adjusting function item is presented, and the sound adjusting function item is used for adjusting up or down the volume of the played media information; and in the process of playing the second media information in a mute playing mode, receiving a sound adjusting operation triggered based on the sound adjusting function item, and generating the sound playing control instruction. The generated audio playing control instruction also corresponds to the audio adjusting operation, and carries the volume corresponding to the audio adjusting operation so as to play the second media information by adopting the volume.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 9B, in the process of automatically playing the second media information, a sound adjusting operation triggered based on the virtual volume key 13 or the system physical volume key 14 is received to turn up or down the volume of the played media information.
In some embodiments, in the process of automatically playing each media information through the media information stream interface, when a play stopping instruction of the media information is received, play of the media information is stopped.
In other embodiments, the triggering of the play stopping instruction of the media information may be triggered based on network connection switching, specifically, when it is detected that the network connection is switched from the wireless lan connection to the cellular data connection during the process of automatically playing each media information through the media information stream interface, the play stopping instruction is generated, and the media information is stopped being played. In other embodiments, the play stopping instruction is triggered by the user manually clicking the pause play or manually closing the automatic play mode, so as to stop playing the media information.
In other embodiments, the triggering of the play stopping instruction of the media information may be further implemented based on detection of the automatic play duration by the terminal, specifically, in the process of playing the second media information through the second play window, the total duration of playing the media information is obtained; and when the total duration reaches a duration threshold, generating a play stopping instruction of the media information, and stopping playing the second media information based on the play stopping instruction. The playing time length can also be set for real-time video information (live video), and when the automatically played media information is the live video and the automatically played time length exceeds a time length threshold, the current live video automatically slides out of the current playing window.
By the method, a media information stream interface containing at least two media information is presented, and the first media information is played through a first playing window in the media information stream interface; when the first media information is played, determining a position area of the first playing window in the media information flow interface; when the position area of the first playing window in the media information flow interface is a first position area, a second playing window is created in a second position area in the media information flow interface; acquiring second media information positioned in the second position area, and determining a display mode of the second media information; and when the display mode of the second media information is a target display mode, playing the second media information through the second playing window. Therefore, continuous and automatic playing of a plurality of media information in the target display mode is realized by switching the playing window, so that the continuity and fluency of playing of the media information are ensured, and the man-machine interaction efficiency is improved.
Next, continuing to describe the method for playing media information provided by the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 10 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative method for playing media information provided by the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 10, the terminal presents media information in a media information stream interface, where at least two media information are presented in the media information stream interface, and a playing window is provided in the second location area, and the media information is played in the playing window. The media information in the media information stream may be seen in fig. 7A and 7B. The steps shown in fig. 10 will be described.
Step 1001: the terminal starts a media information playing client and presents a media information stream interface containing at least two media information.
Here, the terminal is provided with a media information playing client. And responding to an opening instruction triggered by a user, and starting the media information client. A media information stream interface containing at least two media information is presented and a first playback window is created in the media information stream interface.
Step 1002: and sending a media information acquisition request to a server, wherein the request carries the user identification information.
Here, the media information acquisition request carries information of a user who logs in the media information playing client.
Step 1003: the server responds to the media information acquisition request, acquires the matched media information according to the user identification and returns the acquired media information set.
The server obtains the object characteristics of the user based on the user information (user identification) of the user, including user basic attribute data such as age, gender, love and region. Including persona interest class data and behavioral class data may also be generated. And generating a media information set required by the end user based on the acquired object characteristic data. Media information that is appropriate for the user (i.e., of interest to the user) is then screened from the media information library based on the object characteristics.
Step 1004: and playing the first media information in the acquired media information set through a first playing window of the media information flow interface.
Step 1005: and when the first media information is played, determining the position area of the first playing window in the media information stream interface.
When the location area of the first play window in the media information stream interface is the first location area, step 1006 is performed. When the location area where the first play window is located in the media information stream interface is the second location area, step 1007 is performed.
Step 1006: a second playback window is created at a second location area in the media information stream interface, step 1008 is performed.
Step 1007: the first media information is slid such that the first media information slides out of the second location area.
Step 1008: the second media information located in the second location area is acquired, and it is determined whether the display mode of the second media information is the target display mode, and step 1009 is performed when the second media information is the target display mode, and step 1011 is performed when the second media information is not the target display mode.
Step 1009: and detecting whether the media information client meets the automatic playing condition. When the media information client satisfies the automatic play condition, step 1010 is performed.
In practical application, after the terminal acquires the first media information and finishes playing, detecting the current playing mode of the media information, and when the playing mode of the media information is determined to be the automatic playing mode, further detecting whether the current data connection mode is suitable for the flow requirement required by automatic playing of the media information. When the automatic playing mode is started and the data connection mode is a wireless network or a streaming free card, the automatic playing condition is considered to be satisfied.
Step 1010: switching the playing window to the second playing window, and automatically playing the second media information through the second playing window.
Step 1011: the second media information is slid such that the second media information is slid out of the second location area and the third media information is slid into the second location area, and then step 1008 is performed.
Step 1012: and the media information playing client detects a playing stopping instruction in the process of playing the second media information, and stops automatic playing of the media information.
Here, the play stopping instruction of the media information may be triggered based on a network connection switch, for example, when the network connection is switched from the wlan connection to the cellular data connection, the play stopping instruction is generated. The media information can also be stopped by triggering a play stopping instruction due to the operations such as manually clicking a play stopping mode or manually closing an automatic play mode. The method can be realized in a mode based on a preset time length threshold, and when the total time length of automatic playing of the media information in the media information flow interface reaches the time length threshold, a playing stopping instruction is triggered to stop automatic playing of the media information.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the invention, the media information of interest to the user is obtained according to the user identification, and is directly recommended to the user in a media information stream mode without skipping pages for viewing. And when the current media information is played, the current media information automatically slides to the next video play, so that the continuity and fluency of the media information play are ensured. And the media information can be stopped to play at any time, so that the user experience is improved.
In the following, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present invention in a practical application scenario will be described.
In the related art, media information includes text, image video, and the like. The continuous media information constitutes a stream of media information, e.g. common Feed stream information. Feed stream information is an information stream that is continuously updated and presented to the user content, such as a friend circle status, a microblog, a consultation, or a short video. Feed streams are of the form common in 3: text stream, picture stream, video stream. The common mode for realizing automatic playing of the Feed video stream in the related art is that when the Feed stream list is manually slid and stopped, the video in the middle of the current screen is played, and the automatic playing of the Feed video stream cannot be realized.
In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a method, apparatus, device, and storage medium for playing media information to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Fig. 11 is a schematic flowchart of an alternative method for playing media information according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the steps shown in fig. 11 will be described.

The automatic playing interface autoPlayFeed comprises injectLogic external injection method, which is used for setting an automatic playing mode for each Tab card in the media information stream interface, namely, the control of the whole automatic playing mode of the media information client can be supported, and the automatic playing mode can be set for each Tab page independently; after receiving the signal of the service triggering module, the interface invokes FindFirstPostion and FindLastPos ition of its implementation class FEEDPLAYAPIIMPL, traverses the Feed video information, judges whether the acquired Feed video information is complete in display, satisfies playable conditions, and sends an automatic playing instruction to the service executing module. Feed video information is presented in the media stream interface in the form of different business cards (including large-format cards, carousel cards, single large-format cards, and various different types of business cards). And responding to the received automatic playing instruction, and performing automatic playing.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the invention, the media information of interest to the user is obtained according to the user identifier, and is directly recommended to the user in a media information stream (such as a Feed video stream) mode, and the user does not need to skip the page to watch. And the video content is highlighted by displaying the video content in a card view mode on a media information flow interface.
