Abstract
The invention relates to a coastal zone information monitoring method and a system, the coastal zone information monitoring method acquires the water quality data near a coastal zone and the monitoring data of life activities in the coastal zone area aiming at ocean data to be monitored by constructing a coastal zone front end monitoring network system formed by a buoy monitoring subsystem, a shore base station monitoring subsystem and a biological activity monitoring subsystem so as to acquire land, sea and air data about the coastal zone, and then, the coastal zone monitoring management system processes the land, sea and air data to provide comprehensive and accurate monitoring data support for subsequent visualization processing or marine disaster early warning and forecasting processing, so that the occurrence of incomplete and inaccurate coastal zone monitoring work caused by single-dimensional monitoring data is avoided, and the monitoring efficiency aiming at the current coastal zone information is improved by using the coastal zone information monitoring method.

Technical Field

Background

However, the dynamic monitoring and early warning method for the ecological environment of the coastal zone still has the following defects: the coastal zone ecological environment dynamic monitoring and early warning method still belongs to a traditional coastal zone information monitoring scheme, monitored coastal zone information is mainly single-dimensional marine information, multi-dimensional coastal zone information from land, sea and air is not monitored, the environmental information of the coastal zone is only monitored through an environment monitoring sensor combination, the biological activity condition of a coastal zone region cannot be monitored, comprehensive biological activity condition monitoring data about the coastal zone is difficult to obtain, and the monitoring data obtained based on the single coastal zone monitoring method cannot provide comprehensive and reliable data support for coastal zone monitoring and research.

The first technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a coastal zone information monitoring method aiming at the above prior art.

step S3, sending the monitoring data monitored by each subsystem in the coastal zone front end monitoring network system to the coastal zone monitoring management system for processing; the monitoring data is real-time data monitored by each subsystem in the coastal zone front-end monitoring network system or data monitored according to a preset monitoring frequency.
In an improvement, in the coastal zone information monitoring method, after the step S3, the method further includes: the coastal zone monitoring management system receives a request of a user terminal and sends the processed monitoring data to the user terminal; the user terminal is a PC terminal or a mobile terminal.

and the coastal zone monitoring and management system is in communication connection with the buoy monitoring subsystem, the shore base station monitoring subsystem and the biological activity monitoring subsystem respectively.
In this invention, the coastal zone information monitoring system further includes:
the mobile base station is arranged on a shore base near a coastal zone and is in wireless communication connection with the buoy monitoring subsystem, the shore base station monitoring subsystem and the biological activity monitoring subsystem respectively;
and the router is respectively connected with the mobile base station and the coastal zone monitoring and management system.
In a further improvement, the coastal zone information monitoring system is also provided with a user terminal, and the user terminal is connected with the coastal zone monitoring management system.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: according to the coastal zone information monitoring method, a coastal zone front end monitoring network system formed by a buoy monitoring subsystem, a shore base station monitoring subsystem and a biological activity monitoring subsystem is constructed, water quality data near a coastal zone and monitoring data of life activities in the coastal zone area, which aim at the coastal zone to be monitored, are acquired, land, sea and air data of the coastal zone are acquired, and then the land, sea and air data are processed by a coastal zone monitoring management system, so that comprehensive and accurate monitoring data support is provided for subsequent visualization processing or marine disaster early warning and forecasting processing, the occurrence of incomplete and inaccurate coastal zone monitoring work caused by single-dimensional monitoring data is avoided, and the monitoring efficiency of the current coastal zone information is improved by using the coastal zone information monitoring method.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
The embodiment first provides a coastal zone information monitoring method. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the coastal zone information monitoring method in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step S1, constructing a coastal zone front end monitoring network system; the coastal zone front end monitoring network system comprises a buoy monitoring subsystem, a shore base station monitoring subsystem and a biological activity monitoring subsystem, wherein the buoy monitoring subsystem comprises a plurality of buoys distributed on different water areas of a coastal zone, the shore base station monitoring subsystem comprises a plurality of shore base stations distributed on shore base accessories of the coastal zone, and the biological activity monitoring subsystem comprises a plurality of video monitoring devices distributed in different areas of the coastal zone and used for acquiring biological activity information at different height positions;
step S2, establishing communication connection between each subsystem in the coastal zone front end monitoring network system and the coastal zone monitoring management system;
step S3, sending the monitoring data monitored by each subsystem in the coastal zone front end monitoring network system to the coastal zone monitoring management system for processing; the monitoring data is real-time data monitored by each subsystem in the coastal zone front-end monitoring network system or data monitored according to a preset monitoring frequency. After the coastal zone monitoring and management system processes the monitoring data, the monitoring data processed by the coastal zone monitoring and management system can be visually displayed or ocean disaster early warning and forecasting can be performed according to the monitoring data processed by the coastal zone monitoring and management system.
In order to satisfy the user, especially the scientific research personnel, for the use of the coastal zone monitoring data, in this embodiment, after step S3, the method further includes: the coastal zone monitoring management system receives a request of a user terminal and sends the processed monitoring data to the user terminal; the user terminal here may be a PC terminal or a mobile terminal. For the data security, the embodiment also makes the authority setting for different users. Specifically, the coastal zone monitoring management system sets different monitoring data calling processing authorities for different users; and when receiving a monitoring data calling request of a user, the coastal zone monitoring management system provides the monitoring data corresponding to the user authority to the user sending the monitoring data calling request.
In order to ensure that the state of the whole coastal zone front end monitoring network system is normal and to ensure normal monitoring of the coastal zone information, in the embodiment, at least one subsystem in the coastal zone front end monitoring network system detects the working state parameters of the subsystem, and sends the abnormal working state parameters of the subsystem to the coastal zone monitoring management system for fault prompt, considering that the monitoring equipment of each subsystem is usually arranged outdoors, especially in the field environment with complicated conditions of the coastal zone.
In addition, the embodiment also provides a coastal zone information monitoring system for realizing the above coastal zone information monitoring method. Referring to fig. 2, the coastal zone information monitoring system of the embodiment includes a coastal zone front end monitoring network system 1, a coastal zone monitoring management system 2, a mobile base station 3, a router 4, and a user terminal 5, and the user terminal 5 is connected to the coastal zone monitoring management system 2. The coastal zone front end monitoring network system 1 comprises a buoy monitoring subsystem 11, a shore-based station monitoring subsystem 12 and a biological activity monitoring subsystem 13, the coastal zone monitoring management system 2 is respectively in communication connection with the buoy monitoring subsystem 11, the shore-based station monitoring subsystem 12 and the biological activity monitoring subsystem 13, a mobile base station 3 is arranged on a shore base nearby a coastal zone, and the mobile base station 3 is respectively in wireless communication connection with the buoy monitoring subsystem 11, the shore-based station monitoring subsystem 12 and the biological activity monitoring subsystem 13; the router 4 connects the mobile base station 3 and the coastal zone monitoring management system 2, respectively. The buoy monitoring subsystem 11 comprises a plurality of buoys 111 distributed on different water areas of a coastal zone, the shore-based station monitoring subsystem 12 comprises a plurality of shore-based stations 121 distributed on shore-based accessories of the coastal zone, and the shore-based stations 121 monitor marine environmental data, such as water quality data, of the sea area near the engineering; the biological activity monitoring subsystem 13 includes a number of video surveillance devices 131 distributed in different areas of the coastal zone and collecting biological activity information at different elevation locations. The user terminal 5 in the system adopts a PC terminal or a mobile terminal according to the requirement. For example, the mobile terminal may be a mobile phone terminal or a tablet computer.
When the coastal zone information monitoring system of this embodiment is used to perform coastal zone information monitoring, each buoy 111 sends the ocean information of each monitored area to the coastal zone monitoring and management system 2, each shore base station 121 sends the water quality monitoring data of each monitored shore base area to the coastal zone monitoring and management system 2, each video monitoring device 131 sends the biological activity monitoring data of birds, animals and the like in each monitored area to the coastal zone monitoring and management system 2, and the coastal zone monitoring and management system 2 processes the received monitoring data, so that the overall situation of the monitored coastal zone is comprehensively analyzed and researched, and the marine disaster early warning information can also be obtained.

step S1, constructing a coastal zone front end monitoring network system; the coastal zone front end monitoring network system comprises a buoy monitoring subsystem, a shore base station monitoring subsystem and a biological activity monitoring subsystem, wherein the buoy monitoring subsystem comprises a plurality of buoys distributed on different water areas of a coastal zone, the shore base station monitoring subsystem comprises a plurality of shore base stations distributed on shore base accessories of the coastal zone, and the biological activity monitoring subsystem comprises a plurality of video monitoring devices distributed in different areas of the coastal zone and used for acquiring biological activity information at different height positions;
step S2, establishing communication connection between each subsystem in the coastal zone front end monitoring network system and the coastal zone monitoring management system;
step S3, sending the monitoring data monitored by each subsystem in the coastal zone front end monitoring network system to the coastal zone monitoring management system for processing; the monitoring data is real-time data monitored by each subsystem in the coastal zone front-end monitoring network system or data monitored according to a preset monitoring frequency.

The coastal zone information monitoring method according to claim 1, further comprising, after the step S3: the coastal zone monitoring management system receives a request of a user terminal and sends the processed monitoring data to the user terminal; the user terminal is a PC terminal or a mobile terminal.

The coastal zone information monitoring method according to claim 1, further comprising: and at least one subsystem in the coastal zone front end monitoring network system detects the working state parameters of the subsystem, and sends the abnormal working state parameters of the subsystem to the coastal zone monitoring management system for fault prompt.

7. The coastal zone information monitoring system according to claim 6, further comprising:
the mobile base station (3) is arranged on a shore base nearby a coastal zone, and the mobile base station (3) is respectively in wireless communication connection with the buoy monitoring subsystem, (11) the shore base station monitoring subsystem (12) and the biological activity monitoring subsystem (13);
and the router (4) is respectively connected with the mobile base station (3) and the coastal zone monitoring and management system (2).
