Description

Order information customs declaration method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of information reporting technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for reporting an order information customs, and an electronic device.
Background
In cross-border commerce, after the buyer and seller users reach the trade order, the seller users need to perform subsequent performance flows. During the course of performance, due to the cross-border logistics involved, it is under the supervision of the customs department.
With the development of cross-border e-commerce platforms, more and more users conduct transactions through the cross-border e-commerce platforms on line. Initially, cross-border e-commerce exports enterprises can only declare clearance in a traditional trade manner. For example, for an e-commerce order of the B2B (business to business) type, in a conventional trade manner, an exporting business needs to report a customs system with a list of customs, and three documents, a contract, a packing list, an invoice, etc., need to be provided.
Considering the specificity of the e-commerce platform transaction, the customs department has introduced a "direct export across e-commerce B2B" regulatory regime (customs regulatory regime code "9710"). After the internal enterprise achieves the transaction with the external enterprise through the cross-border e-commerce platform, the goods can be directly exported to the external enterprise through the cross-border logistics, related electronic data are transmitted according to customs requirements, and customs supervision is accepted. With respect to specific electronic data, there are included a plurality of pieces of data to be declared that need to be declared to different customs systems. And the data to be declared needs to be strictly matched, for example, including export enterprise information, money and currency, commodity details, commodity price and the like. If any information matches are not passed, reporting failure is caused.
Under the supervision mode of the code of 9710, the enterprise is not required to provide documents such as contracts, packing lists, invoices and the like, and the whole reporting process can realize online reporting through a cross-border e-commerce unified platform of a docking customs and a single window mode, so that the outlet enterprise can enjoy the convenience of the customs.
In actual operation, however, the export enterprise often faces the problems of high access threshold, complex and low-efficiency operation, high error probability and the like. For example, an export enterprise may have made a private website by itself, and foreign users may have made transactions online, for which customs authorities have also accepted, allowing the export enterprise to ship under customs supervision. However, the export enterprise cannot develop an interface to dock with the customs platform due to weak IT (internet technology) capability and the like. For this situation, the customs department or other service provides a platform by which relevant tools can be developed for the export enterprise, with which to interface with customs. For example, the export enterprise can input order information into a form file, then guide the form file into the tool, generate a corresponding message by the tool, and send the order data which specifically needs to be supervised to a cross-border e-commerce unified platform of customs after the information such as enterprise identity is checked and passed.
However, the tool can only complete the input and the submission of the data to be declared, and as mentioned above, the data specifically required to be declared may also include a customs clearance sheet and the like. Therefore, the export enterprise also needs to provide the data required by customs clearance to customs clearance lines by means of files, even handwriting scan pieces, etc., and the customs clearance lines convert the offline data into a single window of the structured data entry customs. After receiving the customs clearance, the single window of the customs also needs to compare the order data with the clearance data, and if inconsistent data items are found, the single window of the customs also needs to be returned for modification.
In the above scheme, since the multiple pieces of information to be declared required for supervision are generally managed by different operators, the offline data needs to be converted into the structured online data by a single-delivery operator in the process of declaration. Therefore, more operation subjects are involved in the whole reporting process, the operation is split, repeated operation is more, communication is complex, error probability is high, the shipment efficiency of enterprises is affected, and customs punishment is possibly caused.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which are derived by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application, fall within the scope of protection of the application.
In the embodiment of the application, a cross-border supply chain system can be provided for users aiming at the goods export customs declaration requirements of users such as export enterprises. The users for which the supply chain system is oriented may include export businesses, customs clearance lines, etc., through which different users may obtain different services. For example, in an embodiment of the present application, for an export enterprise user, it may be provided with services related to customs declaration. That is, the export enterprise may initiate a specific customs declaration through the supply chain system, and in the supply chain system, order data and customs declaration material data that needs to be submitted to the customs for declaration may be generated based on the same piece of material data (e.g., details of the trade order, etc.). In addition, the supply chain system can also be directly connected with a first declaration system of customs (for example, a cross-border e-commerce unified platform of customs), and the generated order data can be directly sent to the system. The customs clearance material data may be provided to a customs clearance line or other system for generating a particular customs clearance sheet, which is then sent by the customs clearance line to a second declaration system of customs (e.g., a single window of customs, etc.) for declaration.
Because the order data and the customs declaration material data which need to be declared to the customs are generated based on the same basic material, the consistency of the information of the order data and the customs declaration material data is automatically ensured, the problem of inconsistent information comparison in the declaration process is reduced, and the declaration efficiency and the success rate are improved. In addition, if the customs clearance line is also connected with the same supply chain system, the generated customs clearance material data can be directly sent to the customs clearance line, so that the automatic input of the specific customs clearance material data to the customs clearance sheet is realized, and the occurrence probability of inconsistent information is further reduced.
In addition, since the supply chain system in the embodiment of the application can be directly connected with the first declaration system of the customs and send the order data to be declared to the first declaration system of the customs, when the specific order data is sent, the sent data is usually required to be signed, so that the identity of the sender is authenticated. In the embodiment of the application, the data can be signed by the way of inserting related hardware equipment and the like by the way of the encryption machine and the authorization certificate of the cloud, so that the online operation of the whole flow is realized.
From a system architecture perspective, embodiments of the present application relate generally to cross-border supply chain systems. As shown in fig. 1, the cross-border supply chain system may provide services in a specific cross-border trade performance process to users of export enterprises, customs clearance lines, and the like. The cross-border provisioning chain system can provide services for users through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) mode. The SaaS is an application mode for providing software services based on the Internet, the SaaS platform suppliers uniformly deploy the application software on the servers of the SaaS platform suppliers, customers can order required application software services to the suppliers through the Internet according to actual working demands, and the services provided by the SaaS platform suppliers are obtained through the Internet. That is, an enterprise user or a customs clearance user or the like can access relevant web pages provided by a specific cross-border supply chain system through a browser or the like and obtain relevant services. Of course, in practical application, considering that operations on local files may be required in some situations, for example, batch uploading of document materials, etc., a client in the form of an independent application program may also be provided for a user, and the user may install such an application program in a terminal device thereof, and implement interaction with a server through the application program and obtain related services. The operation of the local file can be more conveniently performed by the client in the form of the independent application program.
That is, a particular cross-border supply chain system may provide different service modules for different users, thereby providing respective desired services to the corresponding users. For example, a first service module may be included that faces an enterprise user, and after the enterprise user logs into the supply chain system, the enterprise user may enter a service mode of the first service module according to the identity information of the enterprise user. In this service mode, an enterprise user may initiate a specific request to claim order data. Accordingly, the specific service module may generate order data and customs clearance material data to be declared to customs based on the same piece of base material (e.g., information of the associated trade order). The first service module can also be in butt joint with a first declaration system of customs to realize declaration of order data to the first declaration system of customs. For customs materials data, the customs materials data can exist in various file forms such as Word, pdf and the like, so that enterprise users can provide specific files for customs lines, and the customs lines generate customs notes and report the customs notes to a second declaration system of customs. If the customs clearance line required to be entrusted by a specific enterprise user is also connected with a second service module of the same supply chain system for the customs clearance line user, customs clearance material data generated in the first service module can be directly sent to the specific customs clearance line user, and when the customs clearance line enters and declares a customs clearance sheet through the second service module, the customs clearance material data received from the first service module can be directly and automatically filled into corresponding fields in the customs clearance sheet without manual input by a customs clearance person, so that the occurrence probability of inconsistent information is further reduced.
The following describes in detail the specific implementation scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application.
Example 1
First, this embodiment provides a method for customs declaration of order information from the perspective of the first service module provided by the cross-border supply chain system for the export enterprise user, referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: acquiring detailed information of a transaction order to be shipped; the trade order relates to a cross-border trade.
As described above, in the embodiment of the present application, order data and customs clearance material data that need to be declared to customs may be generated according to the same material, where the same material may specifically include details of the associated trade order. That is, since the embodiment of the present application relates to customs declaration of a trade order generated in a cross-border e-commerce system, specific order data and customs declaration material data required to be declared to customs are information related to a specific trade order. For this purpose, order data to be declared to the customs and customs material data may be generated based on the detail information of the same trade order.
The manner in which the details of the trade order are specifically obtained may be varied. For example, in one manner, a first service module of a particular cross-border supply chain system may interface with a particular cross-border merchandise object information system (or cross-border e-commerce platform) in addition to a first declaration system of a customs. Even, in some cases, a specific cross-border supply chain system may also be integrated into the cross-border merchandise object information system, so that a transaction order generated through the cross-border merchandise object information system may be directly associated to the cross-border supply chain system for performing such processes as customs reporting in a subsequent performance process.
In this case, a specific export enterprise user may initiate a specific declaration request through the cross-border merchandise object information system. For example, if a buyer user generates a trade order through a cross-border merchandise object information system, the corresponding export enterprise user may first conduct customs declaration before shipping the order. At this time, an operation option for initiating customs declaration may be provided in the order information interface of the cross-border commodity object information system. For example, as shown in fig. 3, in a specific implementation manner, the relevant cross-border commodity object information system provides a performance interface such as "export shipping center", through which a specific export enterprise user can view information of a trade order to be shipped. In addition, content related to specific customs declarations may be provided in the interface, for example, as shown at 31 in fig. 3, the export enterprise user may be prompted first, and if it is required to report the customs using the cross-border e-commerce B2B direct export mode, it is required to first send order information to the customs before arranging the customs. In addition, operation options such as "send order information" may also be provided. Accordingly, after clicking the operation option, the user may send a specific declaration request to the first service module in the cross-border supply chain system, and may provide the detailed information of the transaction order to the first service module. From the perspective of the first service module, after receiving a declaration request for the trade order submitted through a cross-border commodity object information system, the detail information of the trade order can be acquired from the cross-border commodity object information system.
The cross-border supply chain system and the cross-border commodity object information system are connected in a butt joint mode in the mode, so that the cross-border supply chain system can acquire detailed information of a trade order which is specifically required to be declared in a mode of accessing an interface of the cross-border commodity object information system and the like.
Of course, in practical applications, there are also situations where the cross-border commodity object information system cannot cooperate to provide the trade order information, for example, an export enterprise is commodity object information issued through a cross-border commodity object information system, and a specific buyer user generates a specific trade order through the system. However, the commodity object information system is not connected to the cross-border supply chain system provided in the embodiment of the present application, and at this time, the cross-border supply chain system cannot directly obtain the information of the transaction order from the cross-border commodity object information system. For this case, in the embodiment of the present application, an interface for entering the details of the trade order may also be provided, and the details of the trade order may be received through the interface. That is, for a trade order generated in a merchandise object information system that is not docked with the cross-border supply chain system, a specific export enterprise may input detailed information of the trade order into the cross-border supply chain system by means of manual input or the like.
In the above-mentioned case, a unified portal such as "customs clearance document creation" may be provided in the supply chain system, through which the export enterprise user may enter the interface for entering the transaction order details. In addition, the interface can also provide operation options for sending order data and generating customs clearance material data, and after inputting the information of a specific transaction order, the operations such as sending the specific order data or generating customs clearance material data can be initiated through the specific operation options.
It should be noted that, in practical application, because of the difference of application scenes, there may be some differences between the information of the transaction order generated in the practical commodity object information system and the information required in the customs clearance, and especially the difference of commodity object category information therein is particularly obvious. For example: the commodity object category information in the transaction order generated in the actual commodity object information system may be the commodity object category description agreed by the contract of the two parties of the transaction, or the commodity object category information displayed on the commodity object information system website, or even the commodity object category information described in the native language according to the requirements of overseas buyers, etc. The commodity object category information in the customs declaration list is strictly described by using a specified language according to the classification rule of customs, and a strict customs code is given. Therefore, in practical application, in the reporting process, information conversion may be performed first, the description of the category related to the commodity object in the transaction order detail information is converted into the description of the category conforming to the classification rule of the customs system, and then subsequent processing such as reporting information generation is performed according to the converted description information of the category.
In order to realize the conversion of the category description information, a category mapping engine may be pre-established, after the detail information about the specific transaction order is obtained, the first category description information about the commodity object in the detail information may be mapped into the second category description information defined in the customs system, so that the mapped second category description information is used to generate the order data and the customs declaration material data to be declared to the customs.
Specifically, in a preferred embodiment, when the category mapping engine is built, the mapping between the category information of the commodity object in the transaction order generated in the actual commodity object information system and the category information of the commodity object in the B2B order declared to the customs can be realized by taking the niscate as an intermediate bridge, and the commodity object category information is ensured to be declared in compliance by embedding the commodity object category information into a declaration link.
The Nisi Classification (NCL) is established by nisi protocol (1957) and is an international classification of goods and services for trademark registration. The nice agreement mainly specifies a classification method of goods and services, which classifies goods into thirty-four major categories, and service items into eleven major categories, which provides great convenience for trademark retrieval and trademark management.
The reason why the nisi classification is selected as the intermediate bridge in the embodiment of the application is that the nisi classification is widely accepted in the industry, the classification is close to the natural property of the commodity, the stability is high, and the nisi classification is revised only in 5 years. In contrast, the commodity category in the commodity object information system may have different setting standards due to different enterprises or platforms, and the change frequency is higher due to marketing and other reasons; the customs classification is also dynamically adjusted due to changes in the regulatory conditions. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the class mapping engine of the commodity object can be established based on the nisi classification as the intermediate bridge: the method comprises the steps of mapping between commodity object categories and Niss classification in a commodity object information system and mapping between customs classification tables and Niss classification, and mapping from first category description information in a transaction order to second category description information in a customs classification rule is achieved through two mapping relations.
When mapping is performed based on a specific category mapping engine, if the first category description information in the transaction order can be directly mapped to the unique second category description, commodity object information to be declared can be automatically generated according to the mapped second category description information.
If the first category description cannot be mapped to the unique second category description, namely the same first category description corresponds to a plurality of customs classification, prompt information can be given, and the subsequent flow can be converted into manual processing. In a specific process, an operation option for selecting a plurality of second category description information may be further provided, so as to select one of the second category description information as a mapping result. Or there may be a case where a plurality of second category descriptions need to be set, so an operation option for splitting the commodity object may also be provided for splitting the commodity object described in the detail information into a plurality of commodity objects and mapping the plurality of commodity objects into different second category description information, respectively.
S202: and generating order data to be declared to the customs according to the detailed information of the transaction order, and reporting the customs material data. The customs declaration material data is used as part of information in a customs declaration list to a second declaration system of customs.
After the detail information of the trade order is obtained, two data which need to be declared to the customs, namely order data and customs clearance material data, can be generated according to the detail information. In a specific implementation, the order data and the customs clearance material data specifically required to be declared to the customs clearance may include a plurality of fields, where the fields have a corresponding relationship with fields in the transaction order detail information, or a conversion relationship, and the like. Therefore, in concrete implementation, the order data and the customs clearance material data required to be declared to the customs clearance can be generated by extracting and/or converting the detailed information of the transaction order. For example, for the commodity object category field, after the first category description information is converted into the second category description information conforming to the customs classification rule according to the category mapping engine as described in the foregoing step S201, the second category description information is filled into the corresponding commodity object category field in the specific information to be declared. Or for the information of the number, the model and the like of the commodity objects, the information can be directly extracted from the detail information and filled into the corresponding fields in the information to be declared, and the like.
Wherein, for the field not extracted or converted from the detail information of the trade order, an operation option for information entry can be provided, so that the information of the field can be entered through the operation option.
S203: and sending the order data to a first declaration system of customs for declaration of the order data.
After the specific order data is generated, it can be submitted directly to the customs' first reporting system via the supply chain system for reporting. Before the first declaration system specifically sent to the customs declares, the generated order data can be displayed, so that the user of the outlet enterprise confirms the specific data. Modifications or additions may also be made if incorrect or missing information is present. In this case, regarding the customs clearance data, the customs clearance data may be generated from the specific order data after the order data is generated and confirmed by the specific user to ensure agreement of the two information.
For example, in a specific implementation, the generated order data may be displayed in an interface, and meanwhile, the data on the specific field included in the order data may be in an editable state, so that a user may modify or supplement the data on the specific field. That is, in a specific implementation, the order data to be declared to the customs may be first generated according to the detailed information of the trade order, and then an interface for displaying the order data to be declared to the customs may be provided, and a first operation option for transmitting the order data and a second operation option for generating the customs materials data may be provided in the interface. For example, upon receiving a declaration request for a transaction order submitted through an associated cross-border merchandise object information system, the order data to be declared may first be generated and presented in an interface as shown in fig. 4 (i.e., the order data that may be in a customs perspective as shown in fig. 4). At the same time, a first operation option 41 for "sending cross-border e-commerce order" and the like, and a second operation option 42 for "generating customs clearance data" and the like may be provided. In this way, when an operation request is received through the first operation option, the first reporting system for sending the order data to customs is triggered to execute the operation of reporting the order data. And when an operation request is received through the second operation option, generating the customs clearance material data.
Wherein the order data may also be first signed prior to being sent to the first reporting system of the customs. In the conventional scheme, in order to sign the transmitted data, the export enterprise user needs to apply for the hardware device, for example, the IC card or the hardware Ikey, to the customs system in advance, and install the relevant client program on the terminal device. When the data needs to be signed, the hardware devices such as an IC card or Ikey and the like need to be inserted into the terminal device of the export enterprise user. The signature adding mode has higher threshold for small and medium-sized export enterprises.
For this reason, in the embodiment of the present application, a cloud signing manner of the encryptor+the certificate authority (for example, CA (CERTIFICATE AUTHORITY, certificate authority) certificate) may also be provided for the user. In this way, the export enterprise user may apply for CA certificates from the customs and carry the encryptor information. And then, the customs can generate a specific CA certificate according to the encryptor information and return the specific CA certificate to the outlet enterprise, and the outlet enterprise stores the specific CA certificate in the encryptor system deployed in the cloud network system. Or after the customs generates the CA certificate, the CA certificate can also be directly sent to an encryption machine system of the cloud for storage, and the like. In this way, the supply chain system may sign the data by using the CA certificate stored in the cloud encryptor system before sending the order data to the first declaration system of customs, and then send the data to the first declaration system of customs.
In particular implementations, the scheme may be further simplified if the cross-border merchandise object information system associated with a particular trade order may assume responsibility for order signing and transmission. At this time, the export enterprise user does not need to apply for a CA certificate to the customs (also does not need to apply for transmission of ID, IC card/Ikey, etc.), does not need to do a signing operation, only needs to confirm order information, applies for the CA certificate to the customs instead by the cross-border commodity object information system, and stores in the encryption machine of the cloud. In this way, the CA certificate corresponding to the cross-border commodity object information system can be utilized to sign the order data to be sent. This is a simpler solution for the export enterprise.
As described above, the supply chain system provided by the embodiment of the present application may generate and send specific order data, and may also generate customs clearance material data. The specifically generated customs clearance material data can have various forms. For example, if the customs clearance line selected by the user of a specific export enterprise is not connected to the current supply chain system, the export enterprise is required to provide customs clearance material data in the form of a file to the customs clearance line, and the customs clearance line generates a specific customs clearance sheet. At this time, after receiving the request for generating the customs clearance material data, an option for selecting a specific file format may be provided, for example, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of different file formats such as pdf, word, excel may be selected. After the user selects one of the file formats, the customs clearance material data file with the corresponding format is generated and can be downloaded locally. After that, the export enterprise user can provide the file to the customs clearance line, and the customs clearance line's ticket delivery personnel and the like can input specific customs clearance material data into the corresponding field in the specific customs clearance ticket. Of course, the number of fields contained in the customs clearance is typically greater than the number of fields in the order data, and thus, other fields in the customs clearance may be provided to the customs clearance line in other ways for entry into the customs clearance by the ticket reader. The customs clearance sheet may then be sent to a second reporting system of the customs for reporting.
In addition, if the customs clearance line selected by the export enterprise user is also accessed to the second service module of the same cross-border supply chain system, the customs clearance material data can be directly provided to the client associated with the target customs clearance line (specifically, the client associated with the target customs clearance line can be in the form of a webpage or an application program and the like), so that the client associated with the target customs clearance line can automatically input the customs clearance material data into a customs clearance sheet. Of course, the number of specific data items in the customs clearance is generally relatively large, and other data items may be complemented in other ways. In this way, the input work of the customs clearance material data into the customs clearance bill can be automatically completed by the supply chain system without manual input by a bill delivery person, so that the error probability can be further reduced, and the customs clearance material data is ensured to be consistent with the order data which is sent to the customs clearance first reporting system to be reported. In addition, in this way, the customs clearance line can also complete the sending of the customs clearance unidirectional customs second reporting system through the second service module of the specific supply chain system. At this time, in the process of sending the customs clearance, if the signing process is required, the scheme of the cloud encryptor+the authorization certificate can be used, that is, the customs clearance can be applied for the CA certificate and the like in advance by the customs clearance line, and the CA certificate is stored in the encryptor system of the cloud. Therefore, the supply chain system can sign and send the customs clearance list through the CA certificate stored in the cloud encryption machine, the customs clearance list is not required to be installed with a client corresponding to the sign adding operation in specific terminal equipment, and hardware equipment such as an IC card or Ikey is not required to be inserted, so that the operation threshold of the customs clearance list is reduced, and the working efficiency of the customs clearance list is improved.
In summary, with embodiments of the present application, export enterprise users may be provided with a cross-border supply chain system that may interface with a first declaration system of customs (e.g., cross-border e-commerce unified platform, etc.). In this way, the export enterprise users can conduct customs declaration on the generation delivery transaction order generated by the specific cross-border commodity object information system through the cross-border supply chain system. In the process of customs declaration, order data and customs declaration material data to be declared to the customs can be generated according to the detailed information of the transaction order to be shipped, and the order data can be sent to a first declaration system of the customs to declare the order data, and the customs declaration material data can be used as part of information in the customs declaration list to a second declaration system of the customs to declare the customs. In this way, since the order data and the customs clearance data which need to be reported to customs clearance are generated based on the same information, the consistency of the information between the order data and the clearance data can be automatically ensured, the problem of inconsistent information comparison in the reporting process is reduced, and the reporting efficiency and the success rate are improved.
In addition, aiming at the signing problem in the process of sending the declaration data to the sea relation system, the embodiment of the application also provides a cloud signing mode of the encryption machine and the authorization certificate, so that an outlet enterprise user or a customs clearance line does not need to locally install a client required by signing at a terminal device, does not need to insert hardware devices such as an IC card or Ikey and the like, and can realize the online operation of the whole flow by only confirming the generated order data and customs clearance material data.
Example two
In the first embodiment, the detailed information of the related trade order is first acquired, and then the order data and the customs clearance material data required to be declared to the customs are generated based on the information. In another implementation, the order data to be customs may be generated for the trade order to be shipped first, and then the customs clearance material data to be declared may be generated based on the order data. When generating the order data, the generation can be performed according to the detailed information of a specific trade order, and the generation can also be performed directly according to the information manually input by the user (unlike the first embodiment, the information input interface can be directly provided for the order data which needs to be declared to the customs, so that the user can directly input the order data without inputting the detailed information of the trade order first and then converting the detailed information into the order data). In this way, since the customs clearance data is generated based on the order data, consistency of the two pieces of data can be ensured as well.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the second embodiment provides a method for reporting order information customs, which specifically may include:
S601: acquiring order data to be declared to the customs for a transaction order to be shipped; the trade order relates to cross-border trade;
In particular, order data to be declared to the customs may be obtained in a number of ways. For example, in one manner, the manner described in embodiment one may also be utilized, and the export enterprise user may submit a declaration request for the transaction order through the cross-border merchandise object information system. Thereafter, the cross-border supply chain system may receive the request and may obtain details of the transaction order from the cross-border merchandise object information system. And then, generating order data to be declared to the customs according to the detailed information of the transaction order.
Or alternatively, an interface for inputting the order data to be declared to the customs may be directly provided, and the order data may be received through the interface. That is, the export enterprise user may directly enter order data to be declared to the customs, rather than the supply chain system converting to generate order data after entering the details of the trade order. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, which is an interface specifically for entering order data, a number of options included therein may support manual entry. Under the condition that the cross-border commodity object information system associated with a specific trade order is not accessed to the cross-border supply chain system provided by the embodiment of the application, the cross-border supply chain system cannot directly read the information of the trade order from the commodity object information system. At this time, the export enterprise user can input the order data specifically required to be declared into the corresponding interface in a manual input mode. In this case, an operation entry for transmitting or editing the declaration information may be provided in an interface such as a main interface of the cross-border supply chain system, and the export enterprise user may enter the interface for entering order data through the operation entry.
S602: the order data is sent to a first declaration system of customs for declaration of the order data;
after the generation of the order data is completed, the order data may be sent to a first declaration system of customs for declaration of the order data.
S603: and generating customs declaration material data to be declared to the customs according to the order data, and declaring the customs declaration material data to a second declaration system of the customs as part of information in the customs declaration.
In addition to sending the order data to a first reporting system of customs for reporting the order data, the customs reporting material data to be reported to the customs can be generated according to the order data, and the customs reporting material data can be provided for the production of a customs reporting order and then sent to a second reporting system of customs for reporting. In specific implementation, an interface for displaying the order data to be declared to the customs can be provided, and a first operation option for sending the order data and a second operation option for generating customs materials data are provided in the interface; at this time, when an operation request is received through the first operation option, the operation of executing the first declaration system for sending the order data to the customs to declaration the order data is triggered; and generating the customs clearance material data when an operation request is received through the second operation option.
It should be noted that, for the other parts of the second embodiment, which are not described in detail, reference may be made to the description of the first embodiment, for example, including a specific manner of generating the customs clearance data, and the like, which are not described herein.

S802: and inputting the customs clearance material data into data items associated with a customs clearance sheet, wherein the customs clearance sheet is used for reporting clearance to a second customs clearance system.
Example IV
In the foregoing embodiment, the order data to be declared to the customs and the customs clearance data may be generated according to the detailed information of the transaction order generated in the commodity object information system, and since the two pieces of information to be declared are generated by the same piece of material, the information consistency between the two pieces of information to be declared may be ensured. In more embodiments, the generation of more information to be declared may be achieved in the above manner, for example, the information to be declared may include information to be declared related to tax in addition to information to be declared related to the related tax, and so on. Thus, in this fourth embodiment, another method of reporting order information customs is provided, see fig. 9, which may specifically include:
