According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where it is determined that the first state of the combined order with authentication satisfies the preset state according to the first section and the item detail corresponding to the target order, it is first necessary to determine the first state of the combined order with authentication according to the first section and the item detail corresponding to the target order, including: sending a first section of freight note and the goods detail corresponding to the target order to a logistics execution end so that the logistics execution end can execute corresponding operations on the goods corresponding to the target order, wherein the corresponding operations comprise a pickup operation and a proper delivery operation; in response to receiving the information of completing the delivery operation from the logistics execution end, changing the state of the identification combination order related to the target order to obtain the state of the changed identification combination order; the altered authentication combination status order is determined to be the first status of the authentication combination order associated with the target order.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a logistics execution end receives a first section of waybills and a detailed goods instruction corresponding to a target order, goes to an order shipping address corresponding to the order shipping address according to address pair information displayed by the first section of waybills, namely, order shipping address information and identification bin address information, and performs pickup operation on goods of the target order according to the detailed goods corresponding to the target order, and meanwhile, returns a receiving completion state to an identification combined order, and changes the identification combined order state into pickup completion; meanwhile, the logistics execution end posts the collected goods to an identification bin corresponding to the identification bin address information, the post-posting completion state is transmitted back to the identification combined order, the identification combined order state is changed into post-posting completion, and at the moment, the first state of the identification combined order can be the post-posting completion state.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the preset state can be a state that the next section of logistics waybill can be carried out after the first section of waybill is finished. For example, after the first section of the waybill is put in place, the goods in the appraisal warehouse can be subjected to the corresponding operation of the next section of the logistics waybill, and then the put in place can be used as the preset state.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the order processing method may further include: in response to receiving cancel order request information associated with the target order from the shipper, altering an authentication combination order state associated with the target order to a pickup terminated state.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the logistics execution end may receive the temporary pickup request information sent by the sender, or the logistics execution end finds that the goods are damaged due to packaging after pickup and needs to return to the merchant, at this time, the pickup termination state may be returned to the identification combination order, and the identification combination order state associated with the target order is changed to pickup termination.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the shipping manifest includes a second leg of the manifest including second address pair information including certification warehouse address information in the address information and consignee address information in the address information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case where it is determined that the first state of the authentication combined order satisfies the preset state, extracting the delivery manifest associated with the target order from the authentication combined order may include: and under the condition that the identification result obtained by sending the identification service work order associated with the target order to the identification service side is qualified, extracting a second section of freight note associated with the target order from the identification combined order.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the delivery waybill, when the first state of the identification combined order meets the preset state, after the goods corresponding to the target order are subjected to the appropriate delivery operation of the first-stage waybill, the goods stored in the identification bin are subjected to the identification operation, and an identification service work order can be sent to the identification service end, wherein the identification service work order is associated with the identification combined order, and the identification service end identifies the goods to obtain an identification result.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the identification of the goods by the identification service end is mainly to identify the quality of the goods, and the logistics execution end is required to send the goods to the goods receiving party under the condition that the identification result is qualified. That is, the address pair information of the goods delivery manifest corresponding to the target order, that is, the second address pair information of the second generation manifest, may be determined.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second address pair information of the second leg of the manifest may use the authentication bin address information and the receiver address information in the authentication combined order, with the authentication bin address information as the originating address and the receiver address information as the destination address.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the delivery waybill comprises a third section of waybill, the third section of waybill comprises third address pair information, the third address pair information comprises identification bin address information in the address information and delivery party address information in the address information, and the delivery party address information is matched with the order delivery address information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, extracting a delivery manifest associated with a target order from a qualifying combined order comprises: and under the condition that an identification result obtained by sending the identification service work order associated with the target order to the identification server side is unqualified, extracting a third section of waybill associated with the target order from the identification combined order.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the identification server identifies the goods, and the condition that the identification result is unqualified is that the logistics execution end is required to return the goods corresponding to the target order to the goods sender. And according to the identification result, extracting a third section of freight note associated with the target order from the identification combination order, wherein the address pair information of the third section of freight note can be identification bin address information and delivery party address information, and the delivery party address information is the delivery address information of the order. That is, the origin address of the third shipment is the address of the certification warehouse and the destination address is the address where the shipper will ship the shipment.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the logistics execution end receives pickup request information of a second section of freight note or a third section of freight note, picks up goods corresponding to the target order according to address pair information of the second section of freight note or the third section of freight note and then sends the goods to a receiver or a sender (merchant), and meanwhile, returns the delivery state to the authentication combination order, and changes the status of the authentication combination order into delivery; when the receiver or the merchant receives the goods, the second section of the freight note is displayed that the delivery is completed, the delivery completion state is returned to the identification combination order, and the status of the identification combination order is changed into the whole delivery completion state. At this time, the logistics party has finished the overall logistics service for the merchant.
It should be noted that, in each segmental logistics management process, the logistics party simultaneously transmits the logistics information of the goods corresponding to the target order back to the goods sender, so that the goods sender can know the logistics state of the target order at any time.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the case that the obtained identification result according to the identification service work order associated with the target order sent to the identification server is qualified or unqualified, the identification result is firstly obtained according to the identification service work order associated with the target order sent to the identification server.
For example, fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flowchart of a method of obtaining an authentication result according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 3, the method 300 may include operations S310-S330.
In operation S310, an authentication service work order associated with the target order is generated according to the item details corresponding to the target order, where the authentication service work order includes item details requiring quality authentication for the item associated with the target order.
In operation S320, an authentication service work order is sent to the authentication server, so that the authentication server performs quality authentication on the goods corresponding to the target order to obtain an authentication result.
In operation S330, an authentication result transmitted by the authentication server is received.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the goods corresponding to the target order are put in place in the first freight order, the goods detail corresponding to the target order is extracted from the authentication combination order, the authentication service work order is created according to the goods detail, and the authentication service work order and the authentication combination order are associated and sent to the authentication server. The qualification service work order may require item detail for qualification of the items associated with the target order.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the identification service end receives the identification service work order sent by the logistics party, and performs quality identification on the goods corresponding to the target order according to the goods detail of the goods to be identified of the identification service work order to obtain an identification result. Meanwhile, the identification server sends the identification result to the logistics party so that the logistics party can know the goods identification result.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after receiving the quality evaluation result sent by the evaluation server, the method further comprises: changing the first state of the qualification combined order associated with the target order to a second state, wherein the second state characterizes a state in which the qualification combined order completes a quality qualification.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the authentication result sent by the authentication server is received, the first state, namely the state of completion of putting right, can be changed into the second state, namely, the state of the order of the authentication combination is changed into the state of completion of quality inspection. So as to create a delivery freight bill for the goods corresponding to the target order and collect and put down the goods according to the delivery freight bill.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a schematic diagram of an order processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, in a schematic diagram 400, an authentication service order 402 associated with a target order is created based on the target order and address information 401 of the order service provider. A first section of the waybill and item detail 403 is extracted from the appraisal portfolio order 402. From the first section of the invoice and the item details, it is determined whether the first state of the appraisal combination order meets the preset state 404. If the preset state is not satisfied, the state of the identification combination order is changed to a pickup termination 405; and sending an authentication service work order to the authentication server side under the condition of meeting the preset state to obtain an authentication result 406 sent by the authentication server side. Determining whether the obtained identification result is qualified 407, extracting a second section of waybill combination 408 from the identification combination order under the condition that the identification result is qualified, and sending goods corresponding to the target order to a receiver 409 according to the second section of waybill combination 408; and under the condition that the identification result is not qualified, extracting a third waybill combination 410 from the identification combination order, and according to the third waybill combination. The goods corresponding to the target order are returned to the shipper 411, eventually completing the entire logistics service 412 that authenticates the service order.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a block diagram of an order processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the order processing apparatus 500 may include: a creation module 510, a first extraction module 520, a second extraction module 530, and a sending module 540.
A creating module 510 for creating an authentication combination order associated with the target order according to the target order and address information of the order service provider.
A first extracting module 520, configured to extract a first section of waybill and item details associated with the target order from the authenticated composite order, where the first section of waybill includes first address pair information, and the first address pair information includes order shipping address information in the address information and authenticated bin address information in the address information associated with the authenticated bin code.
A second extracting module 530, configured to extract the delivery waybills associated with the target order from the authentication combination order when it is determined that the first state of the authentication combination order satisfies the preset state according to the first section waybill and the item details corresponding to the target order.
The sending module 540 is configured to send the delivery manifest to the logistics execution end, so that the logistics execution end performs a delivery operation on the goods corresponding to the target order according to the delivery manifest.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a first section of freight note and goods details associated with a target order are extracted from an authentication combination order by creating the authentication combination order associated with the target order, and in the case that the first state of the authentication combination order meets the preset state according to the first section of freight note and the goods details corresponding to the target order, a delivery freight note associated with the target order is extracted from the authentication combination order, and the delivery freight note is sent to a logistics execution end, so that the delivery equipment terminal performs delivery operation on the goods corresponding to the target order according to the delivery freight note. The logistics side is added with the identification combination order, the logistics side sectional logistics management is realized, the technical problem that the whole process from receiving to delivering and delivering the order to the consumer is long due to the fact that the cooperation flow between the commodity flow and the logistics is complex and the two need to interact for many times is at least partially solved, and therefore after the logistics side receives an order request of a merchant, the logistics service is sold for the whole order of the merchant without the need of interaction for many times, the order delivery time is shortened, and the shopping experience of the consumer is improved. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the shipping manifest includes a second section of the manifest including second address pair information, the second address pair information including authentication bin address information in the address information and consignee address information in the address information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second extraction module 530 may include: a first extraction submodule.
And the first extraction submodule is used for extracting a second section of freight note related to the target order from the identification combined order under the condition that an identification result obtained by sending the identification service work order related to the target order to the identification server side is qualified.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the delivery waybill comprises a third section of waybill, the third section of waybill comprises third address pair information, the third address pair information comprises identification warehouse address information in the address information and delivery party address information in the address information, and the delivery party address information is matched with the order delivery address information.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second extraction module 530 may further include: and a second extraction submodule.
And the second extraction submodule is used for extracting a third waybill related to the target order from the identification combined order under the condition that an identification result obtained by sending the identification service work order related to the target order to the identification service terminal is unqualified.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the method for obtaining the identification result according to the identification service work order related to the target order sent to the identification service terminal comprises the following steps: and generating an identification service work order related to the target order according to the goods detail corresponding to the target order, wherein the identification service work order comprises the goods detail which needs to carry out quality identification on the goods related to the target order. And sending an authentication service work order to the authentication server so that the authentication server can perform quality authentication on the goods corresponding to the target order to obtain an authentication result. And receiving an authentication result sent by the authentication server.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, after receiving the authentication result of quality authentication sent by the authentication server, the method further includes: changing the first state of the qualification combined order associated with the target order to a second state, wherein the second state characterizes a state in which the qualification combined order completes a quality qualification.
According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the creating module 510 may include: the device comprises a receiving submodule and a calling submodule.
And the receiving submodule is used for receiving order request information which is sent by a delivery party and is related to the target order, wherein the order request information comprises the target order and address information of an order service provider.
And the calling sub-module is used for calling the identification combination order creating interface, carrying out data adaptation on the order request information according to the identification combination order configuration parameters and the verification rules, and generating the identification combination order related to the target order.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, determining a first state of an accreditation combination order associated with a target order according to a first section of a waybill and item details corresponding to the target order includes: and sending the first section of freight note and the goods detail corresponding to the target order to the logistics execution end so that the logistics execution end can execute corresponding operations on the goods corresponding to the target order, wherein the corresponding operations comprise a pickup operation and a proper delivery operation. And changing the state of the identification combination order related to the target order in response to the fact that the information of completing the putting operation from the logistics execution end is received, and obtaining the changed state of the identification combination order. The altered authentication combination status order is determined to be the first status of the authentication combination order associated with the target order.

For example, any number of the creating module 510, the first extracting module 520, the second extracting module 530 and the sending module 540 may be combined and implemented in one module/unit/sub-unit, or any one of the modules/units/sub-units may be split into a plurality of modules/units/sub-units. Alternatively, at least part of the functionality of one or more of these modules/units/sub-units may be combined with at least part of the functionality of other modules/units/sub-units and implemented in one module/unit/sub-unit. FIG. 6 schematically shows a block diagram of an electronic device adapted to implement an order processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, an electronic device 600 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a processor 601, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 602 or a program loaded from a storage section 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. Processor 601 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor (e.g., a CPU), an instruction set processor and/or associated chipset, and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), among others. The processor 601 may also include onboard memory for caching purposes. Processor 601 may include a single processing unit or multiple processing units for performing different actions of a method flow according to embodiments of the disclosure.
In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 are stored. The processor 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. The processor 601 performs various operations of the method flows according to the embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs in the ROM 602 and/or RAM 603. Note that the programs may also be stored in one or more memories other than the ROM 602 and RAM 603. The processor 601 may also perform various operations of the method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure by executing programs stored in the one or more memories.
Electronic device 600 may also include input/output (I/O) interface 605, input/output (I/O) interface 605 also connected to bus 604, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The system 600 may also include one or more of the following components connected to the I/O interface 605: an input portion 606 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 607 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage section 608 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 609 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 609 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 610 is also connected to the I/O interface 605 as needed. A removable medium 611 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 610 as necessary, so that the computer program read out therefrom is mounted in the storage section 608 as necessary.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, method flows according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable storage medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 609, and/or installed from the removable medium 611. The computer program, when executed by the processor 601, performs the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The above described systems, devices, apparatuses, modules, units, etc. may be implemented by computer program modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be contained in the apparatus/device/system described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately and not be assembled into the device/apparatus/system. The computer-readable storage medium carries one or more programs which, when executed, implement the method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the computer-readable storage medium may be a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. Claims (12)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
according to the target order and the address information of an order service provider, creating an authentication combination order related to the target order;
extracting a first section of waybill and goods details associated with the target order from the identification combination order, wherein the first section of waybill comprises first address pair information, and the first address pair information comprises order delivery address information in the address information and identification bin address information associated with an identification bin code in the address information;
under the condition that the first state of the identification combination order meets a preset state according to the first section freight note and the goods detail corresponding to the target order, extracting a delivery freight note related to the target order from the identification combination order;
and sending the delivery freight note to a logistics execution end so that the logistics execution end can execute delivery operation on the goods corresponding to the target order according to the delivery freight note.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the shipping manifest comprises a second session manifest comprising second address pair information including certification warehouse address information in the address information and consignee address information in the address information,
extracting a delivery manifest associated with the target order from the appraisal combination order, comprising:
and under the condition that an identification result obtained by sending the identification service work order associated with the target order to an identification server is qualified, extracting a second section of freight note associated with the target order from the identification combination order.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the delivery manifest comprises a third section manifest comprising third address pair information comprising accreditation bin address information in the address information and shipper address information in the address information, wherein the shipper address information matches the order shipping address information,
extracting a delivery manifest associated with the target order from the appraisal combination order, comprising:
and under the condition that an identification result obtained by sending the identification service work order associated with the target order to an identification server is unqualified, extracting a third section of freight note associated with the target order from the identification combined order.
4. The method of claim 2 or 3, wherein the determining the result from sending the qualification service work order associated with the target order to the qualification service comprises:
generating an identification service work order related to the target order according to the item detail corresponding to the target order, wherein the identification service work order comprises the item detail needing to be subjected to quality identification on the item related to the target order;
sending the identification service work order to the identification service end so that the identification service end can carry out quality identification on goods corresponding to the target order to obtain an identification result;
and receiving the authentication result sent by the authentication server.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after receiving the quality-certified authentication result sent by the authentication server, further comprising:
changing a first state of an appraisal combination order associated with the target order to a second state, wherein the second state characterizes a state in which the appraisal combination order completes the qualification.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said creating an appraisal combination order associated with the target order comprises:
receiving order request information which is sent by a shipper and is associated with a target order, wherein the order request information comprises the target order and address information of an order service provider;
and calling an identification combination order creating interface, carrying out data adaptation on the order request information according to identification combination order configuration parameters and a verification rule, and generating an identification combination order related to the target order.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a first status of an authentication combination order associated with the target order from the first segment of the waybill and item details corresponding to the target order comprises:
sending the first section of freight note and the goods detail corresponding to the target order to the logistics execution end so that the logistics execution end can execute corresponding operations on the goods corresponding to the target order, wherein the corresponding operations comprise pickup operation and appropriate delivery operation;
in response to receiving the information of completing the putting operation from the logistics execution end, changing the state of the identification combination order related to the target order to obtain the state of the changed identification combination order;
determining the altered authentication combination status order as the first status of the authentication combination order associated with the target order.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in response to receiving cancel order request information associated with a target order from a shipper, altering an authentication combination order state associated with the target order to a pickup terminated state.
9. An order processing apparatus comprising:
the creating module is used for creating an identification combination order related to the target order according to the target order and the address information of the order service provider;
a first extraction module, configured to extract a first section of waybills and item details associated with the target order from the authentication combination order, where the first section of waybills includes first address pair information, and the first address pair information includes order shipping address information in the address information and authentication bin address information associated with an authentication bin code in the address information;
the second extraction module is used for extracting a delivery freight note related to the target order from the identification combined order under the condition that the first state of the identification combined order meets a preset state according to the first section freight note and the goods detail corresponding to the target order;
and the sending module is used for sending the delivery freight note to the logistics execution end so that the logistics execution end can carry out delivery operation on the goods corresponding to the target order according to the delivery freight note.
10. A computer system, comprising:
