Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the installation chuck 2424 includes a fixing part 24241 fixed on the connection section 2423 and a detaching part 24242 detachably mounted on the fixing part 24241. The fixing part 24241 is provided with a mounting groove 24243 for mounting the mounting head 221 on the end surface matched with the dismounting part 24242, and the shape of the mounting groove 24243 is matched with the shape of the mounting head 221, so that after the mounting head 221 is mounted in the mounting groove 24243, the axis of the pay-off roller 22, the axis of the mounting hole 241 and the axis of the supporting shaft 242 are collinear. The mounting side plate 313 is vertically disposed and connected to a side of the base plate 311 away from the pay-off stand 2.
Referring to fig. 8, the mounting side plate 313 is provided with a stopper groove 3131 for the end of the traction rope roll to be caught, the stopper groove 3131 is formed at one side edge of the mounting side plate 313 with a stopper port 31311, and a width of the stopper groove 3131 is gradually reduced in a direction away from the stopper port. The end of the traction rope roll can slide into the limiting clamping groove 3131 through the limiting opening, and the end of the traction rope roll is clamped in the limiting clamping groove 3131 due to the limitation of the width of the limiting clamping groove 3131. In this embodiment, the width of the limiting neck 3131 at the limiting opening is 10mm, and the minimum width of the limiting neck 3131 is 4 mm.
Referring to fig. 7, the opening mechanism includes a first suction head 321 for sucking the lower side of the pipeline repairing material 1, a second suction head 322 for sucking the upper side of the pipeline repairing material 1, and a lifting driving member installed on the threading frame 31 for driving the second suction head 322 to lift.
Referring to fig. 9, the first suction head 321 has a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape. The first suction head 321 has a first cavity 3211, and the first suction head 321 has a plurality of first suction ports 3212 formed on the top surface along the length direction thereof and communicating with the first cavity 3211. The first suction head 321 is further provided with a first suction duct 3213 communicated with the first inner cavity 3211. The first suction pipe 3213 may be connected to a vacuum generator, and a negative pressure state in the first cavity 3211 is achieved by the vacuum generator, so that the first suction head 321 has an adsorption force.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, the base plate 311 has a first mounting groove 3111 formed on a top surface thereof for mounting the first suction head 321. When the first suction head 321 is mounted in the first mounting groove 3111, the top surface of the first suction head 321 is flush with the top surface of the base plate 311. The base plate 311 is further provided at the first mounting groove 3111 with a through hole for the first suction duct 3213 to protrude.
Referring to fig. 10, the second suction head 322 also has a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape. The second suction head 322 has a second inner cavity 3221, and a second suction port 3222 communicated with the second inner cavity 3221 is formed on the bottom surface of the second suction head 322 along the length direction thereof. The second suction head 322 is further provided with a second air suction pipe 3223 communicated with the second inner cavity 3221. Wherein, the second suction pipe 3223 can be connected with a vacuum generator, and the vacuum generator can realize the negative pressure state in the second inner cavity 3221, so that the second suction head 322 has an adsorption force.
Referring to fig. 7, the elevation driving member is an elevation cylinder 323. The lifting cylinder 323 is installed on the top surface of the top seat plate 312, and a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 323 vertically penetrates the top seat plate 312 downward. A horizontally arranged elevating plate 324 is mounted to an end of a piston rod of the elevating cylinder 323. The second suction head 322 is mounted on the bottom surface of the lifting plate 324 and is located right above the first suction head 321. The second suction nozzle 322 is driven by the elevating cylinder 323 and can be brought into contact with the first suction nozzle 321.

The air charging bracket 332 is mounted on the end of the piston rod of the slide cylinder 333. The inflatable bracket 332 comprises an inflatable bottom plate 3321 for connecting the piston rod of the sliding cylinder 333 and inflatable side plates 3322 arranged at both sides of the inflatable bottom plate 3321. The two gas-filled side plates 3322 are provided with rotation holes 33221 facing each other. The inflating head 331 is a hollow cylinder, and both ends of the inflating head 331 are provided with bosses 3311 rotatably engaged with the rotation holes 33221, so that the inflating head 331 is rotatably installed on the inflating bracket 332, and a rotation shaft of the inflating head 331 is horizontally arranged. The rotation motor 334 is installed on the inflation side plate 3322, and an output shaft of the rotation motor 334 is fixedly connected with one of the protruding columns 3311 of the inflation head 331, so that the rotation motor 334 can drive the inflation head 331 to rotate along a rotation shaft thereof.
Referring to fig. 7 and 11, inflation head 331 has an inflation lumen 3312. The inflation head 331 is further provided with a plurality of air outlets 3313 along the length direction thereof. The inflation head 331 is further provided with an inflation duct 3314 communicating with the inflation lumen 3312. The gas circuit system of gas line 3314 and mill is connected, still is provided with an solenoid valve between the gas circuit system of gas line 3314 and mill, whether switches on through the gas circuit system of solenoid valve control gas line 3314 and mill, also can control gas outlet 3313 of gas charging head 331 whether give vent to anger.
Referring to fig. 7, the closure assembly includes oppositely disposed lower heat seal bar 341 and upper heat seal bar 342. Wherein, the upper heat-sealing strip 342 and the lower heat-sealing strip 341 are both electric heat-sealing strips. The upper heat seal bar 342 is disposed on the bottom surface of the lifting plate 324, and the upper heat seal bar 342 is located on the side of the second suction head 322 close to the pay-off rack 2. Wherein the bottom surface of the upper heat seal bar 342 is located at the same level as the bottom surface of the second suction head 322. The base plate 311 is opened with a second mounting groove 3112 for mounting the lower heat seal strip 341, and after the lower heat seal strip 341 is mounted in the second mounting groove 3112, the top surface of the lower heat seal strip 341 is flush with the top surface of the base plate 311.
The base plate 311 is formed with a placement area for the pull cord on a side of the first suction head 321 remote from the pay-off rack 2. The blanking assembly includes a blanking pusher 351 and a blanking cylinder 352. The blanking cylinder 352 is mounted on the side of the mounting side plate 313 facing away from the bogie, and the piston rod of the blanking cylinder 352 horizontally penetrates through the mounting side plate 313. The discharging pusher 351 is disposed at a piston rod end of the discharging cylinder 352. Wherein, the blanking cylinder 352 is positioned below the sliding cylinder 333.
The threading machine frame 31 is further provided with a receiving plate 314, and the receiving plate 314 is connected to one side of the base plate close to the pay-off rack 2 and is arranged obliquely downwards along the direction close to the pay-off rack 2. Wherein, the inclination angle of the bearing plate 314 is 45 °. The bottom edge of the bearing plate 314 is also provided with a limit baffle 315 for limiting the traction rope roll to roll downwards, and the limit baffle 315 is vertical to the bearing plate 314.
Referring to fig. 7, the lift cylinder 36 is installed on the ground. The piston rod of the lift cylinder 36 extends vertically upward and is connected to the ground of the stringing frame 31 for driving the raising and lowering of the stringing frame 31. In this embodiment, the stringing frame 31 has a first position and a second position driven by the lift cylinder 36. When the threading frame 31 is at the first station, the height of the top surface of the base plate 311 is 0.8 m, which facilitates the placement of the traction rope coil on the placement area by the operator. When the threading machine frame 31 is at the second station, the height of the top surface of the base plate 311 is 0.4 m, and by reducing the height of the threading machine frame 31, the interference of the pipe repair material 1 with the threading machine frame 31 during the unwinding process is reduced.
Referring to fig. 13, the lead frame 4 includes a second frame body 41, a high guide roller 42, a first guide roller 43, a second guide roller 44, and a third guide roller 45. Wherein, the high-position wire guide roller 42, the first wire guide roller 43, the second wire guide roller 44 and the third wire guide roller 45 are all rotatably mounted on the second frame body 41 and are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the pipeline repairing material 1.
Wherein the height of the axis of the elevated guide roller 42 from the ground is 2.4 meters. The first guide roller 43 is located directly below the upper guide roller 42. The second guide roller 44 has a higher height than the first guide roller 43. The height of the axis of the second guide roller 44 coincides with the height of the axis of the first guide roller 43. In this embodiment, the first guide roller 43 and the third guide roller 45 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the second guide roller 44.
Referring to fig. 14, the take-up stand 5 includes a third frame body 51, a take-up roller 52, and a take-up motor 53. The take-up roller 52 is rotatably mounted on the third frame body 51. The take-up roller 52 is also an inflatable shaft, and the third frame body 51 is also provided with a pair of mounting chucks for rotatably mounting the take-up roller 52. Wherein the structure of the mounting clip is identical to that of the mounting clip on the first frame body 21. And therefore will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 3 and 14, the take-up reel 5 is further provided with an extension bracket 54 at a side facing the lead frame 4 and a fourth wire roller 55 rotatably mounted on the extension bracket 54.
Referring to fig. 3 and 15, the winding and unwinding device further comprises a pulling rope set 6. The pulling rope group 6 includes a pulling rope 61 and a pulling clip 62 provided at an end of the pulling rope 61. The pulling clip 62 comprises two oppositely arranged gripping portions 621 and an elastic portion 622 connecting the two gripping portions 621 to drive the two gripping portions 621 always to have a tendency to abut against each other. The drawing clamp 62 forms a clamping gap between the two clamping portions 621 for clamping the end portion of the pipeline repairing material 1, so as to drive the pipeline repairing material 1 to pass through the high-position wire roller 42, the first wire roller 43, the second wire roller 44, the third wire roller 45 and the fourth wire roller 55 in sequence, and finally to be wound on the winding drum of the winding drum 52.
With reference to fig. 1 to fig. 15, the embodiment of the present application further discloses a process for threading a pipeline repairing material pulling rope, which includes the steps of:
s1, the pipeline repairing material 1 is installed on the pay-off roller 22 of the pay-off stand 2, one end of the pipeline repairing material 1 is pulled out, and the take-up reel is installed on the take-up roller 52 of the take-up stand 5.
The traction rope roll is placed at the placing area of the base plate 311, and the lower outlet wire at the end of the traction rope roll is pulled out and fixed in the limiting clamping groove 3131 of the mounting side plate 313.
The end of the pipe repairing material 1 is placed on the base plate 311 of the threading frame 31 and the first suction head 321 is closed, and the vacuum generator connected to the first suction head 321 is turned on so that the first suction head 321 sucks the lower side surface of the pipe repairing material 1.
S2, opening the end of the pipeline repairing material 1, and inflating the pipeline repairing material 1 to enable the end of the pipeline repairing material 1 to form a placing cavity with an open end, wherein the specific operation is as follows:
the lifting cylinder 323 drives the second suction head 322 to descend and tightly press the upper side surface of the pipeline repairing material 1; the vacuum generator connected to the second suction head 322 is turned on so that the second suction head 322 sucks the upper side of the pipeline repairing material 1. The lifting cylinder 323 drives the second suction head 322 to reset, and the second suction head 322 lifts the upper layer of the pipeline repairing material 1, so that the end part of the pipeline repairing material 1 forms a placing cavity with an open end.
Opening the electromagnetic valve corresponding to the inflation head 331, so that the inflation head 331 gives vent to the opening of the pipeline repairing material 1, at this time, the gas outlet 3313 of the inflation head 331 faces horizontally, after the gas is given out for ten seconds, the sliding cylinder 333 drives the inflation head 331 to extend into the pipeline repairing material 1, the rotating motor 334 drives the inflation head 331 to rotate, so that the gas outlet 3313 of the inflation head 331 faces downwards in an inclined manner, at this time, the included angle between the gas outlet direction of the gas outlet 3313 of the inflation head 331 and the horizontal plane is 45 degrees, after the gas is given out for ten seconds, the electromagnetic valve is closed, and the sliding cylinder 333 resets.
S3, putting the traction rope coil into the placing cavity, and keeping the end of the traction rope coil positioned at the outer side of the pipeline repairing material 1, wherein the concrete operations are as follows:
the blanking push head 351 pushes the traction rope roll into the placing cavity of the pipeline repairing material 1 under the action of the blanking cylinder 352, and the traction rope roll rolls down along the bearing plate 314 and is blocked by the limiting baffle 315.
S4, closing the opening of the placing cavity, and specifically operating as follows:
the lifting cylinder 323 drives the lifting plate 324 to move downwards, so that the upper heat-sealing strip 342 and the lower heat-sealing strip 341 close the opening of the placing cavity, the upper heat-sealing strip 342 and the lower heat-sealing strip 341 are in an open state, the pipeline repairing material 1 is heat-sealed, and at the moment, the end of the traction rope coil is fixed with the end of the pipeline repairing material 1.
S5, the end of the draw-off rope set 6 at which the draw-off clamp 62 is not provided is passed through the upper wire guide roller 42, the first wire guide roller 43, the second wire guide roller 44, the third wire guide roller 45, and the fourth wire guide roller in this order, and the end is fixed to the take-up reel, and the end of the pipe repair material 1 is clamped by the draw-off clamp 62. The end part of the pipeline repairing material 1 and the end of the traction rope roll are pulled, the end part of the pipeline repairing material 1 and the end of the traction rope roll are wound around a high-position guide roller 42, and the placing cavity is kept between the pay-off rack 2 and the high-position guide roller 42.
And S6, continuously pulling the end part of the pipeline repairing material 1 and the end of the traction rope roll until the end part of the pipeline repairing material 1 and the end of the traction rope roll are fixed on the take-up reel.
And S7, winding the pipeline repairing material 1 and the traction rope on a winding drum of the winding frame 5 through the winding frame 5.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: this application arranges the haulage rope in pipeline repair material 1 in advance through above-mentioned receipts unwinding equipment to make in pipeline repair process need not put into pipeline repair material 1 with the haulage rope again, thereby simplified pipeline repair's operation.

Claims (10)
1. The winding and unwinding equipment is characterized by comprising a pay-off rack (2), a threading device (3), a lead frame (4) and a take-up rack (5), wherein the lead frame (4) is provided with a high-position lead roller (42), and the threading device (3) is positioned between the pay-off rack (2) and the lead frame (4); the threading device (3) comprises a threading machine frame (31) and an opening mechanism for opening the end part of the pipeline repairing material (1); opening mechanism is including installing first suction head (321) at threading frame (31) and being used for adsorbing the downside of pipeline repair materials (1), with first suction head (321) relative and be used for adsorbing second suction head (322) of pipeline repair materials (1) top surface, install threading frame (31) just is used for driving the lift driving piece that second suction head (322) go up and down.
2. The winding and unwinding device according to claim 1, wherein the threading machine frame (31) has a base plate (311), the base plate (311) is provided with a first mounting groove (3111) for the first suction head (321) to be mounted, and when the first suction head (321) is mounted in the first mounting groove (3111), a top surface of the first suction head (321) is flush with a top surface of the base plate.

Winding and unwinding equipment according to claim 1, characterised in that the threading device (3) further comprises an inflation head (331) mounted on the threading frame (31), the inflation head (331) is located on the side of the first suction head (321) away from the pay-off rack (2), and the air outlet (3313) of the inflation head (331) is arranged towards the pay-off rack (2).

Winding and unwinding equipment according to claim 3, characterised in that the threading device (3) is also provided with a sliding cylinder (333) connected to the inflation head (331); the sliding cylinder (333) is installed on the threading rack (31) and can drive the inflating head (331) to extend into the opened pipeline repairing material (1).

The winding and unwinding device according to claim 4, wherein a piston rod of the sliding cylinder (333) is provided with an inflation bracket (332) for rotationally connecting the inflation head (331), the inflation bracket (332) is further provided with a rotation motor (334) for driving the inflation head (331) to rotate, and a rotation axis of the inflation head (331) is horizontal and perpendicular to the piston rod.

The winding and unwinding device according to claim 2, further comprising a sealing assembly, wherein the sealing assembly comprises a lower heat seal bar (341) and an upper heat seal bar (342) which are oppositely arranged, the lower heat seal bar (341) is disposed on the base plate (311), and the upper heat seal bar (342) is connected to the lifting driving member and driven to lift by the lifting driving member.

A process for stringing a traction rope of a pipeline repairing material is characterized by comprising the following steps: s1, mounting the pipeline repairing material (1) on a pay-off rack (2), and pulling out one end of the pipeline repairing material (1); installing a take-up reel on a take-up stand (5); s2, opening the end part of the pipeline repairing material (1), and inflating the pipeline repairing material (1) to enable the end part of the pipeline repairing material (1) to form a placing cavity with an open end; s3, putting the traction rope coil into the placing cavity, and keeping the end of the traction rope coil positioned outside the pipeline repairing material (1); s4, closing the opening of the placing cavity; s5, pulling the end part of the pipeline repairing material (1) and the end of the traction rope roll, winding the end part of the pipeline repairing material (1) and the end of the traction rope roll around a high-position wire guiding roller (42), and keeping the placing cavity between the pay-off rack (2) and the high-position wire guiding roller (42); s6, continuously pulling the end part of the pipeline repairing material (1) and the end of the traction rope roll until the end part of the pipeline repairing material (1) and the end of the traction rope roll are fixed on a take-up reel; and S7, winding the pipeline repairing material (1) and the traction rope on a winding drum of the winding frame (5) through the winding frame (5).
