技术领域
本发明涉及高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,具体涉及一种汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂及其制备方法和含有该汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的汽油机油。
背景技术
汽油机油高温氧化沉积物主要来源于润滑油以及燃烧不完全的油品氧化后,再通过进一步聚合、缩合反应而变成油泥或积碳。
目前使用的汽油机油,随着车辆行驶里程的增加,会面临氧化变质现象,生成油泥或积碳长期吸附在发动机内部件表面,从而直接影响到发动机的使用寿命及安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决汽油机油在使用过程中,随着车辆行驶里程增加而氧化沉积在发动机内部件表面的问题,提供一种汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂及其制备方法,以减缓汽油机油的高温氧化沉积物的产生,延长汽油机油的使用寿命。本发明还提供了一种添加所述汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的汽油机油产品。
本发明的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,按照质量百分含量包括:10~30%的高碱值磺酸钙,5~15%的烷基水杨酸镁盐,10~20%的烷基化二苯胺,10~30%的异丙基萘,5~10%的硼化丁二酰亚胺,3~8%的杯芳烃,5~10%的异硬脂酸,0~40%的聚α烯烃。
进一步地,本发明提供一种汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,按照质量百分含量包括:20%的高碱值磺酸钙,10%的烷基水杨酸镁盐,10%的烷基化二苯胺,15%的异丙基萘,10%的硼化丁二酰亚胺,5%的杯芳烃,5%的异硬脂酸,25%的聚α烯烃。
进一步地,所述高碱值磺酸钙的总碱值不小于300mgKOH/g,100℃运动粘度180~200mm2/s,钙含量不低于15%;所述烷基水杨酸镁盐的总碱值不小于300mgKOH/g,镁含量5~10%,烷基碳数分布为C10~C20。高碱值磺酸钙和烷基水杨酸镁盐作为清净剂,能维持润滑油组合物的碱值的稳定型,强化清净效能。
进一步地,所述杯芳烃为杯[4]芳烃,杯[4]芳烃具有与离子和中性分子易络合的疏水空腔,可以与高温氧化沉积物形成络合物,减少高温氧化沉积物在发动机器件上的沉积。
进一步地,所述烷基化二苯胺的100℃运动粘度为180~200mm2/s,开口闪点不小于170℃,烷基化二苯胺能有效减少汽油机油的氧化。
进一步地,所述硼化丁二酰亚胺的100℃运动粘度为150~200mm2/s,开口闪点不小于180℃,硼的质量含量不低于0.2%。
进一步地,所述异硬脂酸的纯度不低于98%。
进一步地,所述聚α烯烃为PAO4,其100℃运动粘度为3.8~4.2mm2/s,倾点不高于-65℃,粘度指数不低于125,开口闪点不低于220℃。
本发明还提供了一种汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的制备方法,将异丙基萘和聚α烯烃作为基础油加入容器中搅拌混合后,继续添加高碱值磺酸钙、烷基水杨酸镁盐、烷基化二苯胺、硼化丁二酰亚胺、杯芳烃、异硬脂酸,并于60~80℃条件下搅拌30~60min得所述汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂。
本发明还提供了一种汽油机油,该汽油机油是在成品汽油机油或在制备的汽油机油中添加汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂;
所述汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂在所述成品汽油机油中的添加量按质量计在0.5%~2%范围内,这里所说的是向市售的且不含汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的汽油机油中,添加本发明所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,进而获得本发明提供的汽油机油;
或者,所述汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂在所述在制备的汽油机油中的添加量按质量计在5%~8%范围内,这里所说的是在制备汽油机油过程中加入汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,进而获得本发明提供的汽油机油。
向市售的且不含汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的汽油机油中,添加本发明所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,添加量小,为按质量计0.5%~2%,是因为在市售的且不含汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的汽油机油中本身也会含有一定量的抗氧剂、抗磨剂、清净剂等添加剂。
本发明有益效果为:
(1)有效抑制高温氧化沉积物在发动机内部器件的沉积。异丙基萘和杯芳烃借助分子结构,进一步与高温氧化沉积物形成络合物,使高温氧化沉积物融入汽油机油中,防止其在发动机部件上沉积或通过进一步聚合、缩合反应变成油泥或积碳,减少发动机的维护成本。
(2)优异的抗氧化性能。汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂中的烷基化二苯胺作为抗氧化剂,能够大幅度降低汽油机油在使用过程中发生的氧化变色、油品发黑等现象,有效减少油泥的产生。
(3)优异的清净性能。本发明通过添加高碱值磺酸钙和烷基水杨酸镁盐清净剂,维持润滑油组合物的碱值的稳定型,强化清净效能,减少机油油泥的产生和积聚,保证良好的油膜强度和润滑效果。
(4)延长汽油机油的使用寿命。利用本发明提供的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂作为添加剂调配得到的汽油机油具有更长的使用周期,能够有效减少机油损耗。

一种汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的配方如下:
将异丙基萘和PAO4作为基础油按照上述比例加入三口烧瓶中,随后按照上述比例继续添加高碱值磺酸钙、烷基水杨酸镁盐、烷基化二苯胺、硼化丁二酰亚胺、杯[4]芳烃、异硬脂酸,并于恒温60℃水浴条件下磁力搅拌30分钟即得1号汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂。
实施例2
一种汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的配方如下:

取SN级全合成5W-40汽油发动机所使用的机油1000ml分别平均加入到12个三口烧瓶中,将其编号为样品1-12,并依次将实施例1~6中制备好的汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂按照质量计0.5%分别加入编号为样品1~6的三口烧瓶中,在50℃恒温状况下持续搅拌30min后得汽油机油样品1~6;再将实施例1~6中制备好的汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂按照质量计2%的添加量分别加入编号为样品7~12的三口烧瓶中,在50℃恒温状况下持续搅拌30min后得汽油机油样品7~12。
随后将样品1~12与未加汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂的SN级全合成5W-40汽油机油(样品13)进行高压差式扫描量热仪和TEOST MHT-4检测,并将所得结果进行对比分析,以评价汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂的作用效果。所得结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,在SN级全合成5W-40汽油机油添加本实施例中制备的1~6号汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂后,高压差式扫描量热仪和TEOST MHT-4检测到SN级全合成5W-40汽油机油的氧化安定性和清净性具有明显的提高。
从高温沉积物含量可以看出,与未加汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂的样品13相比,样品1~12的高温沉积物生成量均有明显降低。从高压差式扫描量热仪的检测结果可以看出,样品1~12的起始氧化温度高于样品13,表明本发明提供汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的加入能够明显提高汽油机油的氧化安定性,有效减缓汽油机油的氧化变质现象。
为评价本实施例所得汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂在添加到SN级全合成5W-40汽油机油后的实际使用情况,采用上述实施例1中制备方法得到样品1,样品13是未加汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂的SN级全合成5W-40汽油机油,样品1和样品13各5L,分别加入到两辆大众品牌汽车中进行行车试验考核,所用发动机型号均为1.4升涡轮增压发动机,且发动机状况相近,可作为试验考核发动机使用。在分别行驶10000km、15000km后取出机油,并参照GB/T8028-2010《汽油机油换油指标》进行理化性能分析,所得结果见表2。

由表2可以看出,在行驶1000km后,添加汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂的样品1与未添加汽油机油高温沉积物抑制剂的样品13相比具有较低的粘度变化率,且各项指标均未达到换油指标值。在行驶15000km后,样品13的酸值明显增加,超出换油指标要求限值,需更换机油,而样品1各项参数表现良好,仍可继续使用。
Claims (10)
1.一种汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,其特征在于,按质量计,包括:10~30%的高碱值磺酸钙,5~15%的烷基水杨酸镁盐,10~20%的烷基化二苯胺,10~30%的异丙基萘,5~10%的硼化丁二酰亚胺,3~8%的杯芳烃,5~10%的异硬脂酸,0~40%的聚α烯烃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,其特征在于,按质量计,包括:20%的高碱值磺酸钙,10%的烷基水杨酸镁盐,10%的烷基化二苯胺,15%的异丙基萘,10%的硼化丁二酰亚胺,5%的杯芳烃,5%的异硬脂酸,25%的聚α烯烃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,其特征在于:所述高碱值磺酸钙的总碱值不小于300mgKOH/g,100℃运动粘度为180~200mm2/s,钙含量不低于15%;所述烷基水杨酸镁盐的总碱值不小于300mgKOH/g,镁含量5~10%,烷基碳数分布为C10~C20。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,其特征在于:所述杯芳烃为杯[4]芳烃。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,其特征在于:所述烷基化二苯胺的100℃运动粘度为180~200mm2/s,开口闪点不小于170℃。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,其特征在于:所述硼化丁二酰亚胺的100℃运动粘度为150~200mm2/s,开口闪点不小于180℃,硼的质量含量不低于0.2%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,其特征在于:所述异硬脂酸的纯度不低于98%。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂,其特征在于:所述聚α烯烃为PAO4,其100℃运动粘度3.8~4.2mm2/s,倾点不高于-65℃,粘度指数不低于125,开口闪点不低于220℃。
9.一种权利要求1~8任一项所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将异丙基萘和聚α烯烃作为基础油加入容器中搅拌混合,得到第一混合物;
2)在步骤1)所得第一混合物中添加高碱值磺酸钙、烷基水杨酸镁盐、烷基化二苯胺、硼化丁二酰亚胺、杯芳烃、异硬脂酸,得到第二混合物;
3)将步骤2)中所得第二混合物在60~80℃条件下搅拌30~60min,得所述汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂。
10.一种汽油机油,包括成品汽油机油或在制备的汽油机油,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~8任一项所述的汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂;
所述汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂在所述成品汽油机油中的添加量按质量计在0.5%~2%范围内;
或者,所述汽油机油高温氧化沉积物抑制剂在所述在制备的汽油机油中的添加量按质量计在5%~8%范围内。
