3. The saline-alkali soil amendment according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following raw materials by weight: 1100 parts of mineral filler, 55 parts of polymaleic anhydride, 35 parts of humic acid and 30 parts of pyroligneous.
4. A saline-alkali soil amendment according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the mineral filler is phosphogypsum or desulfurized gypsum.
5. The saline-alkali soil amendment according to claim 4, characterized by further comprising 200-360 parts by weight of fly ash.
6. A saline-alkali soil amendment according to claim 5, characterized in that it comprises the following raw materials by weight: 1100 parts of mineral filler, 55 parts of polymaleic anhydride, 35 parts of humic acid, 30 parts of pyroligneous and 330 parts of fly ash.
7. The saline-alkali soil amendment according to claim 5, wherein the particle size of the fly ash is 50-80 μm.
8. A method for improving saline-alkali soil, which comprises the steps of: irrigating and turning over the saline-alkali soil, then spreading the saline-alkali soil conditioner on the saline-alkali soil twice, turning over after each spreading, and then culturing and maintaining.
9. The method for improving saline-alkali soil according to claim 8, wherein each plowing depth is 20 to 30 cm.
10. The method for improving saline-alkali soil according to claim 8, wherein the culture is maintained for 3 to 10 days.
