本发明公开了一种与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,按重量份数计,其配方原料包括以下组分:30‑50份TPU、20‑45份NBR、10‑25份DOTP、3‑5份环氧大豆油、40‑45份轻钙、2‑3份二氧化钛、2‑3份二氧化硅、0.5‑1DCP、0.1‑0.3份TAIC、0.6‑1份加工助剂以及1‑2份AC发泡剂;本发明的与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,能达到GB3246‑2018要求的非渗水型跑道拉伸强度≥0.5mpa,断裂伸长率≥40%,冲击吸收大于35%,垂直变形0.6‑3.0mm的性能要求。

一种与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层
技术领域
本发明涉及跑道材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层。
背景技术
目前运动场地跑道球场施工建设中,广泛应用的全塑型PU跑道和硅PU球场在施工中容易出现起泡、不固化,成型后冲击吸收不达标等问题。其使用的胶水为聚氨酯(PU)胶水,此胶水为强极性,与大部分无极性橡塑材料如EPDM,NR,BR,SBR,TPE,TPE等粘接匹配度很差。
发明内容
为了改善上述现有问题,本发明提供了一种与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,是用于跑道、球场的预制基础垫层。
本发明的技术方案为:一种与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,按重量份数计,其配方原料包括以下组分:30-50份TPU、20-45份NBR、10-25份DOTP、3-5份环氧大豆油、40-45份轻钙、2-3份二氧化钛、2-3份二氧化硅、0.5-1DCP、0.1-0.3份TAIC、0.6-1份加工助剂以及1-2份AC发泡剂。
所述TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)采用聚醚型TPU,其硬度范围在60-75A,具有耐磨性高、安全性高、良好的挤出稳定性、加工难度较低、耐水解老化等优点。
所述NBR(丁腈橡胶)的丙烯腈的质量含量为30%-35%,具有良好的耐油性、耐寒性、耐水性以及优良的粘结强度;所述DOTP作为NBR的主增塑剂。
所述环氧大豆油作为提高橡胶颗粒整体耐寒性能的辅助增塑剂使用。
所述轻钙选择1250目,作为填充剂使用。
所述二氧化钛及二氧化硅用于提高本橡胶制品的耐候及物理强度,二氧化硅采用纳米二氧化硅,具有更好的分散性、填充特性,对树脂复合材料的冲击强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等性能在一定范围内有较大提高。
所述的DCP为过氧化物交联剂,TAIC为交联助剂,可显著缩短反应时间,让TPU和NBR的分子间形成网状互穿结构,保证材料有更好,更稳定的耐候,耐磨等性能。
所述的加工助剂为氧化锌和硬脂酸,配方中加入活性氧化锌后,能使橡胶具有良好的耐磨性,耐撕裂性和弹性;本发明硬脂酸作为助流剂,有利于生产过程中选择采用挤出成型或压片成型的方法制得成品,生产选择更为灵活,有效降低加工难度。
具体地,一种与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,按重量份数计,其配方原料包括以下组分:30-50份TPU、20-45份NBR、10-25份DOTP、3-5份环氧大豆油、40-45份轻钙、2-3份二氧化钛、2-3份二氧化硅、0.5-1份DCP、0.1-0.3份TAIC、0.3-0.5份氧化锌、0.3-0.5份硬脂酸以及1-2份AC发泡剂。
作为本发明地优选方案,一种与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,按重量份数计,其配方原料包括以下组分:40份TPU、35份NBR、20份DOTP、5份环氧大豆油、40份轻钙、2份二氧化钛、2份二氧化硅、0.5份DCP、0.2份TAIC、0.5份氧化锌、0.4份硬脂酸以及2份AC发泡剂。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明的与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,橡胶垫层配方原料中TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体)和NBR与PU胶水极性和溶解度参数非常匹配,具有非常好的粘接性能,添加二氧化硅,对提高橡胶垫层与PU胶水粘结强度有明显帮助,采用DCP和TAIC,显著缩短反应时间,降低了加工难度,提高生产效率,具有经济实惠性。
2、本发明的跑道用橡胶垫层采用的配方设计,其能达到GB3246-2018要求的非渗水型跑道拉伸强度≥0.5mpa,断裂伸长率≥40%,冲击吸收大于35%,垂直变形0.6-3.0mm的性能要求。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。

以下结合实验数据,以支撑配方的功效原理,实施例1-6通过挤出成型或压片成型得到橡胶制品,通过标准拉力机测试物理强度如下:

从数据可看出实施例1-实施例6具有合适的硬度,弹性,可以保证后续施工中得到足够的冲击吸收和垂直变形,其中,实施例1制品物理强度性能最为优异,将实施例1进行双面开T形槽后与PU胶水进行粘接制做跑道样块,与现有全塑型跑道样块进行对比。得出结果如下:

以上检测按照GB36246-2018中的标准要求进行,上述结果经对比可得实施例1所制得跑道样块,物理强度、冲击吸收在与全塑型跑道样块PU胶水多个配比的对比中均表现更为优异。

1.一种与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,其特征在于,按重量份数计,其配方原料包括以下组分:30-50份TPU、20-45份NBR、10-25份DOTP、3-5份环氧大豆油、40-45份轻钙、2-3份二氧化钛、2-3份二氧化硅、0.5-1DCP、0.1-0.3份TAIC、0.6-1份加工助剂以及1-2份AC发泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,其特征在于,所述TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶)采用聚醚型TPU。
3.根据权利要求1所述的与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,其特征在于,所述的聚醚型TPU硬度范围在60-75A。
4.根据权利要求1所述的与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,其特征在于,所述NBR(丁腈橡胶)的丙烯腈的质量含量为30%-35%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,其特征在于,所述轻钙选择1250目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的与聚氨酯胶水匹配度良好的基础橡胶垫层,其特征在于,所述的加工助剂为氧化锌和硬脂酸。
