本发明公开了一种轻软弹新型橡塑复合材料,包括EVA24~35份、EPDM28~42份、POE9~18份、OBC9~18份、耐磨油3~10份、氧化锌0.2~3份、硬脂酸0.1~1份、胶黏剂0.1~1份、AC发泡剂1~3份。本发明通过在配方中引入相应助剂改善各组分材料的相容性和结合性,从而提高了共混体材料的强度和耐磨耗性能,同时在配方中引入改性EPDM、耐磨油,从而极大地提高材料的回弹性能和柔韧性。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋底材料配方领域,具体涉及一种轻软弹新型橡塑复合材料。
背景技术
鞋底的构造一般可包括外底、中底、内底和鞋跟。EVA( 乙烯 - 乙酸乙酯共聚物 )发泡材料是一种物性优良、无毒的发泡材料,在鞋底的制作中具有广泛的应用,其材料的柔软性和弹性欠佳,即使部分柔软性达到要求,但其强度仍较差,特别是耐磨耗不理想,而当改善了耐磨耗性能后,材料的柔韧性、回弹性能又变差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种轻软弹新型橡塑复合材料,由该材料制成的鞋底具有更加轻盈,柔软,弹性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种轻软弹新型橡塑复合材料,该材料的重量份比如下:
EVA 24~35份
EPDM 28~42份
POE 9~18份;
OBC 9~18份;
耐磨油 3~10份
氧化锌 0.2~3份
硬脂酸 0.1~1份
胶黏剂 0.1~1份
AC发泡剂 1~3份

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明通过在配方中引入相应助剂改善各组分材料的相容性和结合性,从而提高了共混体材料的强度和耐磨耗性能,同时在配方中引入改性EPDM、耐磨油,从而极大地提高材料的回弹性能和柔韧性。

EPDM 36份

硬脂酸 0.5份
胶黏剂 0.5份
AC发泡剂 2份。
上述各原材料按配比经过发泡、冷却,二次油压而成一种轻盈,柔软,弹性的新型橡塑复合材料。
实施例2
一种轻软弹新型橡塑复合材料,该材料的重量份比如下:
EVA 32份
EPDM 39份
POE 9份
OBC 9份
耐磨油 5.5份
氧化锌 1.5份
硬脂酸 0.8份
胶黏剂 0.8份
AC发泡剂 2.4份。
上述各原材料按配比经过发泡、冷却,二次油压而成一种轻盈,柔软,弹性的新型橡塑复合材料。
