Abstract
The invention provides a car dumper pressing device for a locomotive passing mine car. The invention comprises a power source and a pressing slide bar connected with the power source, wherein the pressing slide bar is hinged with a rotatable pressing head through a hinged shaft of the rotatable pressing head, and the rotatable pressing head can rotate around the hinged shaft of the rotatable pressing head relative to the pressing slide bar, so that the pressing slide bar is in a pressing state or a locomotive avoiding state. The invention is characterized in that the rotatable pressing head is rotatably connected with the pressing slide bar, the whole structure is simple and reliable, the rotatable pressing head can rotate around the dumpling shaft of the rotatable pressing head relative to the pressing slide bar, so that the pressing slide bar is in a pressing state, or a locomotive is avoided. The slideway type car pressing device is not influenced by the height difference of the locomotive and the open car of the mine car, and is suitable for popularization and application in the dumper with larger height difference of the locomotive and the mine car.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dumpers, in particular to a dumper pressing device for a locomotive passing mine car.
Background
The hydraulic cylinder drives the L-shaped pressure head to lift and fall for the open wagon of the mine car, which is a common technology of the wagon dumper and is popular with users. one end of the driving oil cylinder 3 is hinged with the lower end of the pressing head 2 of the pressing vehicle through an oil cylinder upper hinge point 5, and the other end of the driving oil cylinder is hinged with the rotor 4 through an oil cylinder lower hinge point 6;
the problem in the prior art is that the height of the open car of the mine car is low due to the fact that the outline of the locomotive is very high, the stroke A of the pressure head is too large, the stroke of the oil cylinder is too large, and therefore the overall length of the car pressing mechanism is too large, and overall design is difficult.
For this reason, as shown in fig. 2 to 7, the embodiment of the invention discloses a car dumper car pressing device for a passing locomotive car, which comprises a power source and a car pressing sliding rod 11 connected to the power source, wherein a rotatable pressing head 9 is hinged to the car pressing sliding rod 11 through a rotatable pressing head hinge shaft 10, and the rotatable pressing head 9 can rotate around the rotatable pressing head hinge shaft 10 relative to the car pressing sliding rod 11, so that the car pressing state or the car avoiding state is realized. The locomotive is avoided by rotating the rotatable press head 9 relative to the press slide rod 11, and the locomotive is avoided by the extension distance A of the oil cylinder instead of the prior art, and the oil cylinder driving distance of the press head only needs to consider the safety distance B of the press open car, so that the action distance of the oil cylinder is very small, and the design difficulty of the press device is greatly reduced.

As a preferred embodiment, the power source comprises a driving oil cylinder 3, one end of the driving oil cylinder is hinged with the lower end of the car pressing slide rod 11 through an oil cylinder upper hinge point 5, the other end of the driving oil cylinder is hinged with the car dumper rotor 4 through an oil cylinder lower hinge point 6, and when a mine car is in place, the driving oil cylinder is shortened or lengthened to drive the car pressing slide rod to move downwards or lift.
As a preferred embodiment, when the rotatable ram 9 is in the pressing state, the rotatable ram 9 and the pressing slide bar 11 are in an inverted L shape.
As a preferred embodiment, one device comprises two sets of dumper pressing devices for locomotive and mining vehicles passing through the locomotive and the mining vehicles with the same specification, and the two sets of devices are symmetrically arranged on the vertical axis of the center of a rotor of the dumper.
As a preferred embodiment, the rotatable ram is driven by one of hydraulic transmission, mechanical transmission and electric transmission, i.e. any mode of oil cylinder, motor and manual operation can be adopted.
Fig. 2, fig. 4 and fig. 5 show working principle diagrams of the car dumper pressing device for the locomotive passing through the locomotive and the mine car in the working state of the mine car.
When the locomotive passes, the dumper enters the working state of the mine car. At this time, the rotatable ram 9 rotates about the rotatable ram shaft 10 relative to the ram slide bar 11 to a state perpendicular to the upper edge 8 of the mine car and to position the rotatable ram 9 above the upper edge 8 of the mine car.
When the mine car is in place, the driving oil cylinder 3 shortens or extends to drive the pressing slide rod 11 to move downwards or lift up, so that the action of pressing the mine car downwards or lifting the mine car through the rotatable pressing head 9 is realized. The rotary type hydraulic cylinder only moves through external force in the rotating process, and when the hydraulic cylinder is in a hydraulic working state, the hydraulic cylinder is pulled down, the stress is in the direction vertical to the rotating force, and no external force drives the hydraulic cylinder to rotate.
Fig. 3, fig. 6 and fig. 7 show the working principle of the car dumper pressing device for passing a locomotive car in a locomotive passing state.
At this time, the rotatable ram 9 rotates around the rotatable ram shaft 10 relative to the ram slide bar 11 to be parallel to the upper side beam of the mine car. And allows the profile of the rotatable ram 9 to hide outside the locomotive profile 7 for safe passage through the locomotive. After passing, the locomotive returns to the locomotive pressing state shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, and is used for normal locomotive pressing work.

when the locomotive passes through, the dumper enters a working state of the mine car, and the rotatable pressing head rotates around a rotating shaft of the rotatable pressing head relative to the pressing sliding rod and is turned to be perpendicular to the upper edge beam of the mine car;
in the locomotive passing state, the rotatable pressure head rotates around the rotating shaft of the rotatable pressure head relative to the locomotive pressing sliding rod to be parallel to the upper side beam of the mine car, and the outline of the rotatable pressure head is hidden outside the locomotive outline and is used for safely passing the locomotive.
2. The car dumper pressing device for the locomotive car according to claim 1, wherein a car pressing sliding sleeve is fixedly connected to a rotor of the car dumper, and the car pressing sliding sleeve can move along the car pressing sliding sleeve on a set path.

The car dumper pressing device for the locomotive passing mine car according to claim 1, wherein the power source comprises a driving oil cylinder, one end of the driving oil cylinder is hinged with the lower end of the car pressing slide rod through an upper hinging point of the oil cylinder, the other end of the driving oil cylinder is hinged with a rotor of the car dumper through a lower hinging point of the oil cylinder, and after the mine car is in place, the driving oil cylinder is shortened or lengthened to drive the car pressing slide rod to move downwards or lift.
