The material blocking member 8 comprises a material blocking plate 81, as shown in fig. 3 and 14, a connecting shaft 82 is arranged below the material blocking plate 81, one end of the connecting shaft 82 is fixedly connected with the material blocking plate 81, the other end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with a gear 83, the connecting shaft 82 is rotatably connected with the first transmission belt 51, and the material blocking plate 81 is rotatably connected with the first transmission belt 51.
The adjusting member 9 includes a guide plate 91, as shown in fig. 3 and 14, the guide plate 91 is provided with racks 92 distributed in an array, the racks 92 are meshed with the gear 83 for transmission, the adjusting member 9 is slidably connected with the first transmission member 5 through the guide plate 91 and the guide hole 55, and the output shaft of the first cylinder 53 is fixedly connected with the guide plate 91.
When the packaging tray is used, the limiting piece 7 positioned at the rear part is pushed by the second air cylinder 62 to contact the limiting plate 52 according to the transmission direction of the first transmission belt 51, the packaging tray is transmitted on the first transmission belt 51 and is shielded and limited by the positioning plate 71, the steps are repeated, the limiting of the packaging tray in front of the first transmission belt 51 is completed, and the sucking disc 72 adsorbs the packaging tray;
the hydraulic cylinder 29 pushes the control part 3 to rotate, the blanking hole 22 is shielded through the arc-shaped plate 33, the size of agricultural products falling into the blanking hole 22 is adjusted, the agricultural products are poured into the hopper 14, the first motor 12 drives the sorting barrel 21 to rotate through belt wheel and fluted disc transmission, and the agricultural products with different sizes fall into different sorting barrels 21;
the agricultural products are conveyed to a blanking port 45 through an inclined plate 41 and fall into a material transferring groove 492, when the agricultural products are not detected by a sensor 44 to alarm, a second motor 191 drives a screw rod 193 to rotate, a shifting plate 194 is driven to shift the agricultural products, it is ensured that the products are all arranged between the partition plates 43, a third motor 48 drives a driving roller 491 to rotate, the agricultural products are transferred into a first transverse grid of a packaging disc, a first air cylinder 53 drives a guide plate 91 to move, a material blocking plate 81 is driven to rotate through meshing transmission of a rack 92 and a gear 83, an output shaft of a second air cylinder 62 moves backwards, a limiting part 7 and the packaging disc are driven to move, a second transverse grid of the packaging disc is aligned with the material transferring groove 492, the operations are repeated, the charging is completed, after the products are packaged, the packaging disc is driven to move to a second conveying belt 61 by the second air cylinder 62, the suction disc 72 stops absorbing, the packaging disc is conveyed out, all the parts reset, and the operations are repeated.
An information processing system based on agricultural product traceability comprises a field management information module, an acquisition server module, an information management module, an information storage module, a packaging device and a transportation module.
The field management information includes: planting information, disease and pest control information, fertilization information, irrigation information, pesticide purchase and use information and food quality safety detection information.
The acquisition server module is used for acquiring the tracing data acquired by the plurality of information acquisition devices and tracing the acquired data;
the information management module is used for managing management setting information in the tracing process, and the management setting information comprises information acquisition equipment information and packaging setting information;
the packaging device is used for detecting and verifying the label, packaging the product into a box and facilitating transportation.
The packaging device disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the agricultural products with different sizes are sorted through different apertures of the sorting barrel, the adjustment is matched with the control part, the adjustment range is large, the adjustment is convenient and flexible, the sorting and packaging efficiency of the agricultural products with different prices is improved, the sucking disc assists the packaging disc to move, the material transferring groove is matched with the packaging disc to realize one-by-one feeding and boxing, the traditional manual packaging is broken away, the labor intensity is reduced, the packaging efficiency is high, the information processing system disclosed by the invention effectively traces the production information of the agricultural products, the satisfaction degree of consumers is improved, and meanwhile, the tracing of the products with problems is facilitated.

A packing device for agricultural products comprises a fixing part (1), and is characterized in that the fixing part (1) is provided with rotating parts (2) distributed in an array manner, the rotating parts (2) are provided with control parts (3) in a rotating manner, the fixing part (1) is provided with distributing parts (4) distributed in an array manner, the fixing part (1) is provided with a first transmission part (5), the first transmission part (5) is provided with a second transmission part (6) distributed in an array manner, the second transmission part (6) is provided with a limiting part (7), the first transmission part (5) is provided with a material blocking part (8), and an adjusting part (9) is arranged below the first transmission part (5);
the rotating piece (2) comprises a separation barrel (21), blanking holes (22) distributed in an array form are communicated on the separation barrel (21), and adjusting holes (23) distributed in an array form are communicated at one end of the separation barrel (21);
the control piece (3) comprises an adjusting frame (31), arc plates (33) distributed in an array mode are arranged on the adjusting frame (31), one end of each arc plate (33) is fixedly connected with the adjusting frame (31), and the other end of each arc plate is fixedly connected with a rotating block (34).

the material stirring part (19) comprises a second motor (191) and a sliding plate (192), an output shaft of the second motor (191) is fixedly connected with a screw rod (193), the screw rod (193) is in threaded fit with the sliding plate (192), a stirring plate (194) is arranged on the sliding plate (192), the second motor (191) is fixedly connected with a fixed block (17), a guide rod (183) is in sliding connection with the sliding plate (192), and the screw rod (193) is rotationally connected with the fixed block (17).

The agricultural product packaging device of claim 2, wherein a limiting block (24) is arranged on the sorting barrel (21), a rotating shaft (25) is arranged on the sorting barrel (21), a toothed disc (26) is arranged on the rotating shaft (25), the toothed discs (26) are driven by a toothed belt, a rotating groove (27) is formed in the sorting barrel (21), a second belt wheel (28) is arranged on the rotating shaft (25) of any rotating member (2), and a hydraulic cylinder (29) is rotatably arranged at one end of the sorting barrel (21);

A produce packaging device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said adjusting bracket (31) is provided with a rotation shaft hole (32), said rotation block (34) is rotatably connected with said rotation groove (27), the output shaft of said hydraulic cylinder (29) is rotatably connected with said adjusting bracket (31), said arc plate (33) is slidably fitted with said adjusting hole (23), and said control member (3) is rotatably connected with said rotation member (2) through the fit of said rotation shaft hole (32) and said rotation shaft (25).

the second transmission piece (6) comprises a second transmission belt (61), a second cylinder (62) is arranged on the second transmission belt (61), a guide rail (63) is arranged on the second transmission belt (61), the second transmission belt (61) is fixedly connected with the first transmission belt (51), and the first transmission belt (61) is fixedly connected with the fixed seat (11).

A packing device for agricultural products according to claim 6, wherein the limiting member (7) comprises a positioning plate (71), a suction cup (72) is arranged on the positioning plate (71), the suction cup (72) is communicated with the air pump, a guide block (73) is arranged on the positioning plate (71), the output shaft of the second air cylinder (62) is fixedly connected with the positioning plate (71), and the guide block (73) is slidably connected with the guide rail (63).
