Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sports equipment, in particular to a yoga mat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
When a human body moves on the yoga mat, the human body can generate force action on the mat paved on the floor, the larger the movement force of the human body is, the larger the relative force action suffered by the human body is, and although the muscle, the joint and the soft tissue of the human body have the buffering function, the force suffered by the human body exceeds a certain limit, and the adverse effect can be caused on the body.
Most of the conventional yoga mats are made of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), PE (polyethylene), and other monomers. However, these materials have weak tearing strength, poor mechanical properties, poor slip resistance and rebound resilience, and have no high elasticity and no damping effect. Materials made of PE, for example, are generally less resilient; materials made of NBR and PVC generally have poor tearing strength.
Therefore, the yoga mat has the advantages of high rebound resilience and strong tear resistance, and has good wear resistance and slip resistance, which is a technical problem to be solved urgently at present.
