The invention relates to the technical field of textile fabrics, and particularly provides a high-breathability fabric for medical protective clothing, which can effectively avoid the permeation of body fluid, blood and secretion of a patient and meet the requirements of ventilation and perspiration of medical workers in the wearing process, and a preparation process thereof.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile fabrics, in particular to a high-breathability fabric for medical protective clothing and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Medical personnel are often exposed to a variety of pathogens and each individual must wear protective clothing in full-length outfits for safety before entering the intensive care unit or laboratory. The existing medical protective clothing fabric is generally coated with a polyurethane waterproof layer on the outer surface of a base fabric to achieve the effects of liquid repellency and separation, but the fabric is poor in breathability, medical workers have strong discomfort after wearing the fabric for a long time, and the working efficiency of the medical workers is reduced.
At present, medical protective clothing is generally made of materials such as non-woven fabrics or plastic films. The conventional nonwoven fabric has poor permeation resistance although it has good air permeability due to its high porosity. In order to play a role in preventing viruses, the adopted non-woven fabric has a plurality of layers, so that the manufactured protective clothing has the defects of being thick, heavy, poor in air permeability and moisture permeability and the like, and medical workers feel stuffy and uncomfortable when wearing the protective clothing, so that the working efficiency is seriously influenced, and the health of the medical workers is harmed. The protective clothing made of the plastic film has good anti-permeability performance, but the air permeability is poor, so that medical staff or patients can feel uncomfortable with air impermeability, sweat impermeability and the like when wearing the protective clothing, and the phenomenon of dyspnea can occur in serious cases.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides the high-breathability fabric for the medical protective clothing, which can effectively avoid the permeation of body fluid, blood and secretion of a patient and meet the requirements of ventilation and perspiration of medical workers in the wearing process, and the preparation process thereof.
The invention provides the following technical scheme: the invention relates to a high-permeability fabric for medical protective clothing, which sequentially comprises a water-repellent breathable non-woven fabric layer, an antibacterial layer and a moisture-absorbing base fabric layer from outside to inside, wherein the water-repellent breathable non-woven fabric layer, the antibacterial layer and the moisture-absorbing base fabric layer are bonded by hot pressing, the moisture-absorbing base fabric layer is a woven fabric layer formed by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, the warp yarns comprise 70-80% of cotton fibers and 20-30% of polyester fibers by mass, and the weft yarns comprise 40-60% of cotton fibers and 40-60% of polyester fibers by mass.
Furthermore, the raw material of the water-repellent breathable non-woven fabric layer is polyolefin fiber.
Further, the antibacterial layer is a non-woven fabric layer containing chitin fibers.
A preparation process of a high-permeability fabric for medical protective clothing specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a water-repellent breathable non-woven fabric layer:
(a) preparing non-woven fabrics from polyolefin fibers through the steps of opening, carding, lapping, needle punching for shaping and hot rolling;
(b) carrying out heat drying treatment on the prepared non-woven fabric;
(c) heating the silicon resin to 90 ℃, and dissolving the silicon resin with butanone to obtain a butanone solution of the silicon resin;
(d) carrying out padding water-repellent finishing on the non-woven fabric subjected to the heat drying treatment by adopting a butanone solution of silicone resin, wherein the air pressure of the padding water-repellent finishing is 1.8kPa, the rolling allowance is 30-60%, and drying to obtain a water-repellent breathable non-woven fabric layer;
(2) preparing a water-repellent breathable non-woven fabric layer, an antibacterial layer and a moisture absorption base fabric layer, placing the antibacterial layer between the water-repellent breathable non-woven fabric layer and the moisture absorption base fabric layer, and performing hot pressing to integrate the water-repellent breathable non-woven fabric layer, the antibacterial layer and the moisture absorption base fabric layer.
Further, the weight ratio of the silicone resin to the butanone is (1:3) - (1: 4).
Further, the hot pressing pressure in the step (2) is 0.5-0.6MPa, and the hot pressing temperature is 125-150 ℃.
The invention with the structure has the following beneficial effects: the invention relates to a high-permeability fabric for medical protective clothing and a preparation process thereof, and the high-permeability fabric has the following advantages:
