本发明公开了一种提高葡萄坐果率和抗逆性的种植方法,属于葡萄种植技术领域,具体是在花前、花期和果实膨大期间分别进行花前增强处理操作、花期增强处理操作和果实膨大期增强处理操作。本发明提供了一种种植方法,在此期间使用的花前处理剂添加的营养和调节物质辅助增强葡萄的光合作用,让葡萄可短期内大量积累养分;本发明通过三种处理剂的适时使用,解决了葡萄开花保果后遇到低温造成严重生理落果的问题;解决了葡萄在阴雨天因低温寡照情况下保果后因养分供应不足造成严重生理落果的问题;还很好的调节了葡萄的大小粒现象,让葡萄颗粒更加均匀美观,增强商品性。

背景技术
由于南方气候多雨湿热,经常有葡萄花期气候恶劣,气温不稳定现象。在非正常气温下,普通葡萄浸果药使用后,因低温,寡照,风雨天气影响,往往造成了大量的落花落果现象,给长江中下游地区葡萄种植带来了巨大的种植风险和技术难度,给种植户造成了巨大的经济损失。因此市场上需要一种能够改善葡萄种植效果的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种提高葡萄坐果率和抗逆性的种植方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提高葡萄坐果率和抗逆性的种植方法,具体是在花前、花期和果实膨大期间分别进行花前增强处理操作、花期增强处理操作和果实膨大期增强处理操作。
进一步的,所述花前增强处理操作具体是:
在葡萄花穗轴的主副轴完全分离时,对花穗进行喷覆花前处理剂。
进一步的,所述花前处理剂是由如下对应重量份的物质制成:
DA-6 0.3份、防落素0.02份、5-ALA 0.01份、谷胱甘肽0.01份、芸苔素内酯0.01份。
进一步的,所述花期增强处理操作具体是:
在葡萄花絮完全开放,花帽脱落时,对果穗进行喷覆保花保果剂。

在葡萄颗粒横切面平均直径达到0.8-1.2cm后,对果穗进行喷覆葡萄膨大剂。

本发明提供了一种种植方法,在此期间使用的花前处理剂添加的营养和调节物质辅助增强葡萄的光合作用,让葡萄可短期内大量积累养分;使用到的调节剂选用了有机表面活性剂和渗透剂,是纯天然成分,对葡萄保果具有温和稳定的特点,风险性更低,并降低了因葡萄浸果药滴残留造成的高浓度激素毒副作用;本发明通过三种处理剂的适时使用,解决了葡萄开花保果后遇到低温造成严重生理落果的问题;解决了葡萄在阴雨天因低温寡照情况下保果后因养分供应不足造成严重生理落果的问题;还很好的调节了葡萄的大小粒现象,让葡萄颗粒更加均匀美观,增强商品性,极具市场竞争力。

实施例1
一种提高葡萄坐果率和抗逆性的种植方法,具体是在花前、花期和果实膨大期间分别进行花前增强处理操作、花期增强处理操作和果实膨大期增强处理操作。
花前增强处理操作具体是:
在葡萄花穗轴的主副轴完全分离时,对花穗进行喷覆花前处理剂;
花前处理剂是由如下对应重量份的物质制成:
DA-6 0.3份、防落素0.02份、5-ALA 0.01份、谷胱甘肽0.01份、芸苔素内酯0.01份。
本实施例中的花前处理剂的制备方法是:
先将300克DA-6用酒精溶解,定容到2000毫升配制成7.5%含量的酒精溶液;将20克防落素用氢氧化钠溶液溶解定容到1000毫升,制备成1%含量的防落素溶液;将10克5-ALA与10克谷胱甘肽用1000毫升酒精溶解,制备成5-ala谷胱甘肽各1%含量的酒精溶液;芸苔素内酯1%含量的可溶粉剂10克溶解于1000水溶液中;
然后将上述5种溶液混合,充分搅拌均匀后,分装至1000份,每一份为标准含量的花前处理剂,配置好的花前处理剂于葡萄开花前1周全株喷雾。每份兑水15千克。
花期增强处理操作具体是:
在葡萄花絮完全开放,花帽脱落时,对果穗进行喷覆保花保果剂。
保花保果剂是由如下对应重量份的物质制成:
98%含量DA-6 0.3份、98%含量GA3 0.15份、98%含量KT-30 0.05份、5-ALA 0.01份、谷胱甘肽0.01份、芸苔素内酯0.01份。
本实施例中的保花保果剂的制备方法是:
先将300克DA-6用酒精溶解,定容到2000毫升配制成7.5%含量的酒精溶液;将15克GA3用酒精溶解定容到1000毫升,制备成1.5%含量的GA 3溶液;将5克KT-30与10克谷胱甘肽用1000毫升酒精溶解,制备成0.5%含量的KT-30和1%含量的谷胱甘肽酒精溶液;芸苔素内酯1%含量的可溶粉剂10克溶解于1000水溶液中;
然后将上述5种溶液混合,充分搅拌均匀后,分装至1000份,每一份为标准含量的保花保果剂,配置好的保花保果剂在葡萄花絮完全开放,花帽脱落时,对果穗进行喷覆。每份兑水15千克。
果实膨大期增强处理操作具体是:
在葡萄颗粒横切面平均直径达到0.8-1.2cm后,对果穗进行喷覆葡萄膨大剂。
葡萄膨大剂是由如下对应重量份的物质制成:
98%含量DA-6 0.3份、98%含量GA3 0.3份、98%含量KT-30 0.1份、5-ALA 0.01份、谷胱甘肽0.01份、芸苔素内酯0.01份。
本实施例中的葡萄膨大剂的制备方法是:
先将300克DA-6用酒精溶解,定容到2000毫升配制成7.5%含量的酒精溶液;将30克GA3用酒精溶解定容到1000毫升,制备成3%含量的GA 3溶液;将10克KT-30与10克谷胱甘肽用1000毫升酒精溶解。制备成1%含量的KT-30和1%含量的谷胱甘肽酒精溶液;芸苔素内酯1%含量的可溶粉剂10克溶解于1000水溶液中。
然后将上述5种溶液混合,充分搅拌均匀后,分装至1000份,每一份为标准含量的葡萄膨大剂,配置好的膨大处理剂在葡萄颗粒横切面平均直径达到0.8-1.2cm后,对果穗进行喷覆。每份兑水15千克。
