Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓冲套,更特别的是涉及一种与不锈钢捆扎系统一起使用的缓冲套。
背景技术
用于不锈钢捆扎系统的缓冲套在本领域中是已知的。缓冲套和不锈钢捆扎系统通常围绕线缆束安装,该线缆束邻近诸如梯架的横档之类的支承构件。每个缓冲套保护线缆束在短路事件期间不被不锈钢扎带和捆扎带损坏。目前的安装工艺要求安装者手动将缓冲套固定就位,或者在拉紧之前将缓冲套滑到不锈钢捆扎带下。缓冲套通常难以安装,因为其需要被保持就位,而且其在捆扎带拉紧期间不能够重叠和扣住。
因此,需要一种更容易安装的改进的缓冲套,其对各种构造的线缆束提供固定和保护。
发明内容
一种缓冲套,其易于安装并为固定在支承结构上的线缆束提供保护。该缓冲套包括顶部、底部、第一端、和第二端。缓冲套还包括主体和从主体延伸的侧壁。侧壁各自具有内边缘和外边缘。带倒刺的舌片从缓冲套的一端延伸,而槽定位于缓冲套的相对端处。带倒刺的舌片包括附接到侧壁的内边缘的多个分离突片。在安装缓冲套期间,舌片插入而穿过槽之一,并被拉动,直到缓冲套紧绕线缆束。当舌片被拉动时,分离突片从侧壁的内边缘分离,以使缓冲套能够紧紧地围绕线缆束缠绕。

具体实施方式
图1-4示出了本发明的缓冲套50。缓冲套50包括顶部52、底部54、第一端56、第二端58、主体60、以及从主体60延伸的侧壁62。侧壁62包括内边缘64和外边缘66。侧壁62以远离主体60的角度向上延伸。
缓冲套50的第一端56包括穿过主体60而定位的槽70。槽70是矩形的,并从缓冲套50的顶部52延伸到底部54。
缓冲套50的第二端58包括带倒刺或带齿的舌片80。倒刺部段82通过分离突片84连接到缓冲套50的侧壁62的内边缘64(见图3B)。在安装期间,当安装者拉动舌片80穿过任何槽70时,分离突片84断开。维持与侧壁62的内边缘64附接的分离突片84有助于将侧壁62固定在一起。因此,缓冲套50 保持均匀,并保护不受不锈钢捆绑带的损害。
舌片80还包括不包括倒刺的延伸部段86。舌片80的延伸部段86使舌片80能够很容易地穿过缓冲套50的第一端56处的槽70而插入。延伸部段86 容易由安装者通常戴的厚手套抓持。
如图2所示,缓冲套50的主体60的底部54包括凹槽100,其从第一端 56延伸至舌片80的延伸部段86的末端88。凹槽100在重叠期间减少了缓冲套50与其自身的接触面积(见图4)。减少的接触面积产生较小的摩擦力,并且使缓冲套在安装期间在其自身上的滑动更容易。
本发明的缓冲套50被设计为用于各种尺寸的线缆和线缆束。第一端56 处的多个槽70使得缓冲套50能够应用各种尺寸的线缆束。舌片的长度也允许在张紧期间进一步调整,并允许安装在各种尺寸的线缆束上。舌片80和多个槽70的组合使得缓冲套50能够应用于线缆直径范围从20毫米至69毫米的三叶形构造。
缓冲套50是通过注塑成型或挤出和后模切工艺制造的。本发明的缓冲套由低烟、无卤素材料形成。该缓冲套还具有抗紫外线和耐磨性能。
图5-9示出了围绕线缆束120安装的缓冲套50。为了围绕线缆束安装缓冲套50,安装者将缓冲套50的第一端56定位在线缆束120上,并将缓冲套 50的第二端58围绕线缆束朝向缓冲套50的第一端56返回而进行缠绕。在缠绕期间,安装者将把舌片80插入缓冲套50的第一端56处的槽70之一中。为了将缓冲套50围绕线缆束120固定,安装者将把延伸的舌片80一直拉过槽70 之一,直到缓冲套50紧紧围绕着线缆束120。当安装者拉动舌片80时,随着每个倒刺82穿过槽70,舌片80的突片84将从侧壁62的内边缘64断开。一旦完全安装完毕,缓冲套50将一直自由地缠绕着线缆束120,而侧壁62将在突片84未断开的部段处被捆扎在一起。
如果需要,如图8所示,在安装好缓冲套50之后,可以切掉多余的舌片 80。
如图9所示,在缓冲套50已经围绕线缆束120安装好之后,可以围绕缓冲套50和线缆束120安装不锈钢捆扎带或扎带150以将线缆固定于其中。
本发明的缓冲套提供了在拉紧不锈钢捆扎带之前更容易安装的手段。当前的缓冲套提供了在与不锈钢捆扎系统一起安装时对各种尺寸和构造的线缆束的固定和保护,诸如单层、双层、三叶形。每个缓冲套可以直接放置和缠绕在线缆上或围绕着线缆和支架,而不需要在施加不锈钢捆扎带之前手动地固定它们。本发明的缓冲套能够重叠,紧固系统在线缆上保持就位,而且扣件更少,改善了缓冲套的美观性。缓冲套的制造成本降低,安装也快速且方便。本发明的缓冲套还能充分保护不锈钢捆扎系统,并可用于大范围的线缆尺寸。
此外,尽管已示出和描述了本发明 的优选实施例,但对本领域技术人员显而易见的是,可作出变化和改型而不偏离本发明 的教导。在前面的描述和附图中所阐释的内容仅以说明的方式给出的,并不作为限制。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于保护通过不锈钢捆扎带而被固定至支承结构的线缆束的缓冲套,所述缓冲套包括:
顶部、底部、第一端、和第二端;
主体;
从所述主体延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁各具有内边缘和外边缘;以及
带倒刺的舌片,所述带倒刺的舌片从所述缓冲套的所述第一端或所述第二端之一延伸,其中所述带倒刺的舌片定位在所述侧壁的所述内边缘之间,所述带倒刺的舌片具有与所述侧壁的所述内边缘连接的多个分离突片,其中所述分离突片被布置成,在安装所述缓冲套期间,当所述舌片被拉过穿过所述主体而定位的槽时,从所述侧壁的所述内边缘分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲套,其特征在于,所述主体包括定位穿过所述主体的槽,所述槽从所述缓冲套的顶部延伸到底部,所述槽定位在所述第一端或所述第二端之一处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲套,其特征在于,所述侧壁以远离所述主体的角度向上延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲套,其特征在于,附接到所述侧壁的所述内边缘的所述分离突片被布置成有助于将所述侧壁保持在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲套,其特征在于,所述带倒刺的舌片具有延伸部段,用于使所述舌片易于被安装者抓持。
6.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲套,其特征在于,所述缓冲套的所述底部包括凹槽,所述凹槽用于减少接触面积,从而在安装所述缓冲套时减少摩擦。
7.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲套,其特征在于,所述缓冲套被布置成在围绕所述线缆束安装时重叠。
8.保护通过不锈钢捆扎带而被固定至支承结构的线缆束的方法,所述方法包括:
提供缓冲套,所述缓冲套具有顶部、底部、第一端、第二端、具有带倒刺的舌片的主体、和从所述主体延伸的侧壁;
将所述缓冲套的所述第一端定位至线缆束上;
将所述缓冲套的所述第二端围绕所述线缆束、朝向所述缓冲套的所述第一端缠绕返回;
将所述带倒刺的舌片插入所述缓冲套的所述第一端的至少一个槽中;以及
将所述舌片拉过所述至少一个槽,直到所述缓冲套紧紧围绕所述线缆束;
其中,所述带倒刺的舌片定位在所述侧壁的所述内边缘之间,所述带倒刺的舌片具有与所述侧壁的所述内边缘连接的多个分离突片;以及
其中,当每个倒刺延伸穿通过所述槽之一时,拉动所述舌片的步骤使至少一个所述分离突片从所述侧壁的所述内边缘断开。
9.根据权利要求8所述的保护所述线缆束的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个槽穿过所述主体而定位,从所述缓冲套的所述顶部延伸到所述底部。
10.根据权利要求8所述的保护所述线缆束的方法,其特征在于,所述侧壁以远离所述主体的角度向上延伸,所述侧壁各自具有内边缘和外边缘。
11.根据权利要求8所述的保护所述线缆束的方法,其特征在于,附接到所述侧壁的所述内边缘的所述分离突片有助于将所述侧壁保持在一起。
12.根据权利要求8所述的保护所述线缆束的方法,其特征在于,所述缓冲套的所述底部包括凹槽,所述凹槽用于减少接触面积,从而在安装所述缓冲套时减少摩擦。
13.根据权利要求8所述的保护所述线缆束的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括在安装好所述缓冲套后切断多余的舌片的步骤。
