The resin artware is made into figures, animals, kunzhi, landscape and the like with various beautiful and vivid shapes by taking resin as a main raw material and pouring and molding the resin by a mold, the resin artware also refers to a practical and artistic article, and the general raw materials of the resin artware are fixed resin, stone powder or any other antique raw materials, such as imitation marble products, marble powder and the like;
the existing resin artware production has the problems that the resin artware required by a user cannot be reasonably distributed and produced, and the whole process and corresponding detection parameters of the resin artware required by the user cannot be known;
therefore, how to reasonably distribute the resin artware and monitor the production management of the resin artware is a problem to be solved urgently at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a resin production management monitoring system based on the internet, aiming at solving the problems that the prior resin artware can not be reasonably distributed and produced when the resin artware required by a user is produced and the whole process and corresponding detection parameters of the resin artware required by the user can not be known.

the resin browsing module is used for accessing the resin artware and submitting the production demand information of the resin artware by a user through the intelligent terminal and the internet and sending the production demand information of the resin artware to the production management module;
the production management module receives the production demand information of the resin artware and then performs production allocation to obtain a corresponding selected workshop for producing the resin artware;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring equipment parameters and production videos of resin production equipment corresponding to the selected workshop production resin artware and transmitting the equipment parameters and the production videos to the parameter storage module through the Internet;
the checking module is used for detecting the resin artware produced in the selected workshop by a detector and uploading corresponding detection parameters to the parameter storage module, when the detection is unqualified, a remanufacturing instruction is fed back to the selected workshop, and the selected workshop remanufactures the corresponding resin artware;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the intelligent terminal and the Internet access the resin artware in the resin browsing module and submit the production demand information of the resin artware, the production management module receives the production demand information of the resin artware and then carries out production distribution to obtain workshop data, and the workshop data is processed to obtain a selected workshop, so that the workshop is reasonably selected to carry out production processing on the resin artware required by a user;
2. according to the invention, by setting the parameter storage module, on one hand, collected data are reasonably distributed to a manager through the distribution unit to be stored in the computer terminal, on the other hand, data are subjected to abnormal comparison, when equipment parameters are abnormal parameters, the resin production manager is analyzed, a ratio total value is obtained by combining corresponding parameters of personnel, and early warning treatment is carried out on resin production equipment corresponding to the abnormal parameters through reasonably selecting the personnel of the ratio total value.

Referring to fig. 1, an internet-based resin production management monitoring system is shown for use in a server, it being understood that the number of intelligent terminals and servers in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of intelligent terminals and servers, as desired for implementation. For example, the server may be a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers; the system comprises a resin browsing module, a production management module, an acquisition module, a verification module, an inquiry module, a registration module, a database, a parameter storage module, an authority setting module and a resin access module;
a user accesses a resin handicraft in the resin browsing module through an intelligent terminal and the Internet and submits production demand information of the resin handicraft, and the resin browsing module sends the production demand information of the resin handicraft to the production management module;
the production management module receives the production demand information of the resin artware, then carries out production distribution, and sends a position acquisition instruction to an intelligent terminal of a user; the user intelligent terminal feeds back the current positioning position to the generation management module; analyzing the production demand information of the resin artware to obtain the name of the resin artware, generating a production index instruction corresponding to the name of the resin artware and feeding the production index instruction back to the database, and searching workshop data of a production workshop corresponding to the name of the resin artware after the database receives the production index instruction; the workshop data comprise the position of a workshop, the number of the resin artware to be produced and the resin art value; the resin art value is a numerical value for evaluating the qualification of the resin artware produced in the workshop, which is obtained by comprehensively calculating the corresponding numerical values of the unqualified times and the total production times of the resin artware in the selected workshop; the specific calculation of the fat art value is as follows: marking the total production times of the workshop and the unqualified times of the resin artware as PQ1 and PQ2 respectively; extracting numerical values of the total production times and the unqualified times of the resin artware in a workshop, and setting weight coefficients corresponding to the total production times and the unqualified times of the resin artware as 0.6 and 0.4; obtaining a corresponding fat process value ZY of a workshop by using a formula ZY = PQ1 multiplied by 0.6-PQ2 multiplied by 0.4; calculating the position distance between the position of the workshop and the fed back current positioning position to obtain a required distance, and marking the workshop with the required distance smaller than a preset distance threshold as a primary workshop; normalizing the quantity JG to be produced of the resin artware in the primary selection workshop and the fat skill value ZY, and taking the numerical values of the quantity JG and the fat skill value ZY;
setting the weight coefficients of the quantity to be produced of the resin artware and the weight coefficients of the resin artware value to be 0.2 and 0.8 respectively; obtaining a vehicle generation value CS of a primary selection workshop by using a formula CS =0.2/JQ + ZY multiplied by 0.8, and marking the primary selection workshop with the maximum vehicle generation value as a selection workshop; increasing the number of the resin artware to be produced in the selected workshop by one;
the acquisition module acquires equipment parameters and production videos of resin production equipment corresponding to the selected workshop production resin artware and transmits the equipment parameters and the production videos to the parameter storage module through the Internet; the resin production equipment comprises a reaction kettle, a resin processing mold and the like;
the method comprises the following steps that a tester detects the resin artware produced in a selected workshop and uploads corresponding detection parameters to a verification module, the verification module sends the detection parameters to a parameter storage module, when the detection is unqualified, a remanufacturing instruction is fed back to the selected workshop, and the selected workshop remanufactures the corresponding resin artware;

the parameter storage module also comprises a distribution unit and a plurality of computer terminals corresponding to resin production managers; the distribution unit is used for identifying the equipment parameters, the production videos and the detection parameters to obtain corresponding storage authorities, and sending the equipment parameters, the production videos and the detection parameters with the same storage authorities to the computer terminals corresponding to the resin production managers with the access authorities equal to the storage authorities for storage; the storage authority comprises a first-level authority, a second-level authority, a third-level authority and a fourth-level authority; each storage authority correspondingly stores equipment parameters, production videos and detection parameters of different classifications;

the authority setting module is used for setting the access authority of the resin production management personnel, and setting the access authority of the resin production management personnel corresponding to responsible personnel, wherein the access authority comprises a primary authority, a secondary authority, a tertiary authority and a quaternary authority; the access right of the first-level right is the maximum, the access right comprises all data stored in the accessible parameter storage module, the second-level right, the third-level right and the fourth-level right, and the range of the access data is sequentially reduced;
the resin access module is used for inquiring the equipment parameters, the production videos and the detection parameters which correspond to the production of the resin artware in the parameter storage module through the intelligent terminal by a user; a user inquires the production video of the corresponding resin handicraft through the intelligent terminal, so that the user can know the whole production process of the required resin handicraft conveniently;
