1. An internet-based resin production management monitoring system for use in a server, comprising:
the resin browsing module is used for accessing the resin artware and submitting the production demand information of the resin artware by a user through the intelligent terminal and the internet and sending the production demand information of the resin artware to the production management module;
the production management module receives the production demand information of the resin artware and then carries out production distribution to obtain a corresponding selected workshop for producing the resin artware, and the specific production distribution process comprises the following steps:
sending a position acquisition instruction to an intelligent terminal of a user; the position acquisition instruction is used for triggering the user intelligent terminal to feed back the current positioning position;
analyzing the production demand information of the resin artware to obtain the name of the resin artware, generating a production index instruction corresponding to the name of the resin artware and feeding the production index instruction back to the database; the production index instruction is used for triggering a database to search and feed back workshop data of a production workshop corresponding to the name of the resin handicraft; the workshop data comprises the position of the workshop, the quantity to be produced of the resin artware and the fat art value; the resin art value is a numerical value for evaluating the qualification of the resin artware produced in the workshop, which is obtained by comprehensively calculating the corresponding numerical values of the unqualified times and the total production times of the resin artware in the selected workshop; the specific calculation of the fat art value is as follows: marking the total production times of the workshop and the unqualified times of the resin artware as PQ1 and PQ2 respectively; extracting numerical values of the total production times and the unqualified times of the resin artware in a workshop, and setting weight coefficients corresponding to the total production times and the unqualified times of the resin artware as 0.6 and 0.4; obtaining a corresponding fat process value ZY of a workshop by using a formula ZY = PQ1 multiplied by 0.6-PQ2 multiplied by 0.4;
calculating the position distance between the position of the workshop and the fed back current positioning position to obtain a required distance, and marking the workshop with the required distance smaller than a preset distance threshold as a primary workshop; normalizing the quantity JG to be produced of the resin artware in the primary selection workshop and the fat skill value ZY, and taking the numerical values of the quantity JG and the fat skill value ZY; setting the weight coefficients of the quantity to be produced of the resin artware and the weight coefficients of the resin artware value to be 0.2 and 0.8 respectively; obtaining a vehicle generation value CS of a primary selection workshop by using a formula CS =0.2/JG + ZY multiplied by 0.8, and marking the primary selection workshop with the maximum vehicle generation value as a selection workshop; increasing the number of the resin artware to be produced in the selected workshop by one;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring equipment parameters and production videos of resin production equipment corresponding to the selected workshop production resin artware and transmitting the equipment parameters and the production videos to the parameter storage module through the Internet;
the checking module is used for detecting the resin artware produced in the selected workshop by a detector and uploading corresponding detection parameters to the parameter storage module, when the detection is unqualified, a remanufacturing instruction is fed back to the selected workshop, and the selected workshop remanufactures the corresponding resin artware;
the resin access module is used for inquiring the production video and the detection parameters stored in the parameter storage module when the resin artware is produced by a user through the intelligent terminal;
the parameter storage module stores and compares the equipment parameters, when the equipment parameters are not in the corresponding range, the equipment parameters are marked as abnormal parameters, an abnormal early warning instruction corresponding to the abnormal parameters is generated, and the abnormal early warning instruction and the positions of the resin production equipment corresponding to the abnormal parameters are sent to a mobile phone terminal of an early warning processor;
the query module is used for receiving an access connection signaling input by a resin production manager through an access terminal, analyzing the access connection signaling and obtaining a user name and a password of the resin production manager; the user name and the password are verified, after the user name and the password are successfully verified, the access authority corresponding to the user name is obtained, a data query signaling corresponding to the access authority and the user name is generated and sent to the parameter storage module, and the parameter storage module receives the data query signaling, is in communication connection with an access terminal of a resin production manager and allows the access terminal to read the equipment parameters corresponding to the access authority;
the registration module is used for the resin production management personnel to submit the personnel information through the access terminal for registration and send the personnel information which is successfully registered to the database;
the specific process of sending the abnormal early warning instruction and the position of the abnormal parameter corresponding to the resin production equipment to the mobile phone terminal of the early warning processing personnel is as follows: acquiring a resin production manager responsible for the resin production equipment corresponding to the abnormal parameter and marking the resin production manager as a primary selection person, sending a position acquisition instruction to a mobile phone terminal of the primary selection person to acquire the current position of the primary selection person, performing distance calculation on the current position of the primary selection person and the position of the resin production equipment corresponding to the abnormal parameter to obtain a processing distance, marking the primary selection person of which the processing distance is smaller than a set distance threshold value as a preferred person, and multiplying the processing distance of the preferred person by a corresponding preset distance ratio to obtain a distance ratio; acquiring personnel information of the preferred personnel, processing the personnel information, and calculating the time difference between the working time of the preferred personnel and the current time to obtain the working duration; acquiring the instruction receiving time of the preferred personnel and the corresponding early warning processing starting time, and calculating the time difference between the two times to obtain the arrival time of the preferred personnel; summing all the arrival durations and averaging to obtain a mean duration; normalizing the working duration, the average duration and the total number of early warning treatment in the same month of the preferred personnel, and taking the numerical values of the working duration, the average duration and the total number of early warning treatment in the same month, wherein the numerical values are marked as TT1, TT2 and TT3 respectively; obtaining a person value RY of the preferred person by using a formula RY = TT1 × 0.2/(TT2 × 0.4+ TT3 × 0.4), and multiplying the person value by a corresponding preset person proportion to obtain a person proportion value; adding the personnel occupation ratio value and the space occupation ratio value to obtain a total occupation ratio value, marking the preferred personnel with the largest total occupation ratio value as early warning processing personnel, receiving an abnormal early warning instruction and the position of the resin production equipment corresponding to the abnormal parameter by the early warning processing personnel through a mobile phone terminal, recording the time of receiving the abnormal early warning instruction and marking the time as the instruction receiving time, reaching the corresponding resin production equipment for carrying out abnormal processing, simultaneously recording the abnormal processing starting time of the early warning processing personnel, recording the abnormal processing finishing time after the abnormal processing is finished, and carrying out the total early warning processing times of the early warning processing personnel in the current month;
the authority setting module is used for setting the access authority of resin production managers;
the parameter storage module also comprises a distribution unit and a plurality of computer terminals corresponding to resin production managers; the distribution unit is used for identifying the equipment parameters, the production videos and the detection parameters to obtain corresponding storage authorities, and sending the equipment parameters, the production videos and the detection parameters with the same storage authorities to the computer terminals corresponding to the resin production managers with the access authorities equal to the storage authorities for storage.
