Abstract

The data monitoring module comprises a P L C equipment automatic control module, a quality detection module and a warehouse management module, wherein the P L C equipment automatic control module is used for reading data of organizations, equipment and sensors and giving an alarm prompt through sound, characters, pictures and the like so as to assist relevant personnel in processing abnormity and enable production operation to be normally carried out, the quality detection module is used for detecting quality data, and the warehouse management module is used for detecting warehouse data.
As a further scheme of the invention, the P L C device automatic control module includes reading organization information, reading module information, reading device information and reading sensor information, wherein the reading organization information is used to obtain an organization to which a certain piece of information belongs, the reading module information is used to obtain a module to which a certain device belongs, the reading device information is used to obtain a device to which a certain sensor belongs, and the reading sensor information is used to obtain temperature, pressure, water level and speed data on a certain sensor of a certain production line in the production process.
As a still further scheme of the invention: the operation condition module comprises event data details, online order information, an order list and production thickness data, wherein the event data details are used for displaying data display in the production process, the online order information is used for displaying the order quantity in real time, the order list is used for classifying orders in a classification mode, and the production thickness data is used for displaying the actual quantity of production in real time.
