The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Based on the problem that the existing washing equipment with the external water suction pump has residual water after the washing is finished, the invention provides a residual water discharge control method of the washing equipment, and aims to completely discharge the residual water in the external water suction pump, the water suction pipe, the water inlet pipe, the inner wall of the outer barrel and the inner and outer walls of the inner barrel of the washing equipment after the washing is finished, so that the situations that the residual water is remained in the parts to cause deterioration and stink, the next washing of a user is influenced, cross infection is caused, and the water inlet pipe, the external water suction pump and the water suction pipe are frozen in winter are avoided, the use requirements of the user are met, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the laundry device of the present invention includes a cabinet, an outer tub 1 disposed in the cabinet, an inner tub 2 rotatably disposed in the outer tub 1, a suction pipe 3 having an outlet facing the inner tub 2, an external suction pump 4 connected to the suction pipe 3, a water inlet pipe 5 having an outlet facing the inner tub 2, a water inlet valve 6 disposed on the water inlet pipe 5, and a drain assembly communicated with the outer tub 1, wherein the external suction pump 4 is selectively communicated with an external water tank. Wherein, external water tank can be the supporting water tank of laundry equipment self, also can be the water tank of user's family oneself to the form of water tank is not limited to the box form completely yet, as long as it can contain water and can be in the water introduction interior bucket 2 with the water in the water tank through the effect of external water suction pump 4 when external water suction pump 4 places it in. It should be noted that, when the laundry device is a pulsator washing machine, the conventional pulsator washing machine is a lower drain type pulsator washing machine, the drain assembly may include a drain pipe 7 and a drain valve 8 disposed on the drain pipe 7, some users may, of course, have a home that is not accessible due to space-related problems, such as the pulsator washing machine being placed in a kitchen, but the floor drain is in the toilet and the walls between the kitchen and the toilet are not provided with through openings at the bottom, in which case, the pulsator washing machine may be modified into an upper drain type pulsator washing machine such that the drain pipe 7 has a rising portion through the through hole of the wall body in order for the drain pipe 7 to have a rising portion, and a drain pump having a drain motor may be added to the drain assembly, of course, in practical application, the lower draining type pulsator washing machine may also have a draining motor to increase the draining speed, and the adjustment or change of the specific structure of the washing apparatus does not limit the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling drain residual water of the present invention includes:
s1: when the washing equipment finishes the washing program and the external water suction pump 4 is taken out of the external water tank, opening the water inlet valve 6 and the external water suction pump 4 for a first preset time;
the purpose of the step S1 is to discharge the residual water in the water inlet pipe 5 into the inner barrel 2 by opening the water inlet valve 6, and the external water suction pump 4 is opened to ensure that the residual water in the external water suction pump 4 and the water suction pipe 3 are also discharged into the inner barrel 2, the execution actions of opening the water inlet valve 6 and opening the external water suction pump 4 are preferably performed simultaneously, although in other examples, the execution actions of opening the water inlet valve 6 and opening the external water suction pump 4 may be performed sequentially, and the execution sequence is not limited, such adjustment and change of the execution time does not limit the present invention, the time for opening the water inlet valve 6 and the external water suction pump 4 ensures that the residual water in the water inlet pipe 5, the external water suction pump 4 and the water suction pipe 3 can be completely discharged for a first preset time, which can be obtained by way of experiments, for example, the first preset time can be set to 1min, such adjustments and changes to the first preset time do not constitute a limitation of the present invention.
S2: closing the water inlet valve 6 and the external water suction pump 4 for a second preset time;
the step S2 is to make the water on the inner and outer walls of the inner barrel 2 and the inner wall of the outer barrel 1 flow to the bottom of the barrel through gravity, the time for closing the water inlet valve 6 and the external water suction pump 4 is ensured to last for a second preset time to ensure that the water on the inner and outer walls of the inner barrel 2 and the inner wall of the outer barrel 1 can sufficiently flow to the bottom of the barrel, the second preset time can be obtained through experiments, for example, the second preset time can be set to 9min, and the adjustment and change of the second preset time do not limit the present invention. In the process of executing step S2, it is preferable to make the digital display tube of the laundry device display the residual water draining code, for example, display "Ud" or other residual water draining prompting code on the digital display tube, and at this time, the laundry device is completely in the standing state, i.e., the power-on standby state, which is beneficial to avoid that the user mistakenly thinks that the residual water draining procedure is finished and the laundry device is powered off and shut down in advance, so as to ensure that the subsequent steps of the residual water draining procedure can be executed continuously.
S3: starting the drainage assembly for a third preset time;
the step S3 is to discharge the residual water at the bottom of the barrel, where the residual water at the bottom of the barrel at least includes the residual water in the previous water inlet pipe 5, external water suction pump 4 and water suction pipe 3 and the residual water in the inner wall of the outer barrel 1 and the inner and outer walls of the inner barrel 2, the time for opening the water discharge assembly ensures that the residual water at the bottom of the barrel can be fully discharged for a third preset time, which can be obtained by experiments, for example, the third preset time can be set to 1min, and such adjustment and change of the third preset time do not limit the present invention. In this step, the drain valve 8 of the drain assembly may be opened for a third preset time.
S4: the laundry device performs the single spin-off process to rotate the inner tub 2 for a fourth preset time.
The step S4 is to rotate the inner tub 2 by making the laundry device perform a single-spin procedure, that is, the inner tub 2 rotates relative to the outer tub 1, and an air flow is generated during the rotation of the inner tub 2, so as to dry the inner and outer walls of the inner tub 2 and the inner wall of the outer tub 1, and to ensure that the time for performing the single-spin procedure of the laundry device lasts for a fourth preset time, which can be obtained by experiment, for example, the fourth preset time can be set to 15min, and such adjustment and change of the fourth preset time do not limit the present invention. In this step, if the drain assembly has a drain motor, the drain motor is also turned on, and it is ensured that the drain valve 8 is continuously opened, if there is residual water in the drying process, the residual water is further discharged out of the outer tub 1, and the residual water in the drain pipe 7 can be continuously discharged.
After the step S4, the inner tub 2 of the laundry device may be in an inertia deceleration state (i.e., the dewatering motor is powered off), and when the rotation speed of the inner tub 2 reaches a low rotation speed, a command to close the drain valve 8 and the drain motor is sent, and the inner tub 2 is powered off after braking, specifically, the control may be performed by detecting a change in the rotation speed of the inner tub 2 or by time, for example, the drain valve 8 and the drain motor are closed after the dewatering motor is powered off for 55 seconds, and the inner tub 2 is powered off after braking.
Preferably, in case that the laundry device ends the washing course, the drain residual water control method of the present invention further comprises: and sending out a washing end prompt. The advantage of setting up like this lies in that the user can close tap, avoids follow-up water intaking valve 6 to open the back water pipe 5 and continues to fill water to interior bucket 2 to the user also can take out external suction pump 4 from external water tank according to the suggestion, avoids external suction pump 4 to open the back water pipe 3 and continues to fill water to interior bucket 2. In the invention, the manner of sending the washing end prompt can be a buzzing prompt, namely, the buzzer of the washing equipment sends an alarm prompt, for example, the sound prompt can be sent at intervals by '0.1 on-0.05off-0.1on-0.05 off', namely, the prompt sound is alternately sent in a manner of turning on 0.1s and turning off 0.05s, the prompt time can last for 1min, and the user is informed of the treatment.
In practical applications, the washing apparatus may automatically perform the residual water draining process after the prompt, and it is preferable that the user may select whether to perform the residual water draining process. In one possible case, a residual water draining function key is provided on a control panel of the laundry device, and a residual water draining command of the laundry device is input to the laundry device when the residual water draining function key is selected, that is, a user may cause the laundry device to perform a residual water draining process by selecting the residual water draining function key. In another possible case, the control panel of the laundry device is not provided with a residual water draining function key, and a residual water draining command of the laundry device is input to the laundry device when the original function key is selected and lasts for a fifth preset time, for example, the residual water draining function can be selected by selecting the "program" function key for more than 5s, and hearing the prompt tone of "drip" represents selecting the function. Alternatively, there may be no residual water draining function key on the control panel of the laundry device, and a residual water draining command of the laundry device is input to the laundry device when at least two original function keys are simultaneously selected or when at least two original function keys are simultaneously selected and last for a fifth preset time, for example, the residual water draining function is selected by pressing the "program" function key and the "water amount" function key 3s for a long time, and the function is selected when the "dripping" prompt sound is heard. Of course, for the laundry device with the internet of things function, for example, the controller of the laundry device is connected to the smart terminal (e.g., a mobile phone, a tablet, a smart watch, or a bracelet), and the instruction for draining the residual water of the laundry device is input to the laundry device through the smart terminal.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
