Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A control method of a washing machine is characterized in that after the pump motor is started, a detection structure (7) detects whether a water outlet pipeline of the water suction pump discharges water or not, and judges whether a water inlet valve of a washing machine body is opened or not according to detection information so as to judge whether the pump motor continues to work or not;
the method comprises the following steps:
step 1, electrifying and starting a washing machine body, and executing step 2;
step 2, starting a washing program of the washing machine body to enter a water inlet process, opening a water inlet valve, and executing step 3;
step 3, starting a pump motor, and executing step 4;
step 4, detecting whether the water outlet pipeline of the water suction pump of the structure is water or not, and respectively executing the step 5 or 6 according to the detection information;
step 5, if the water outlet pipeline of the water suction pump discharges water, the water inlet valve of the washing machine body is opened, the water inlet valve indicates that the water inlet is not at the set water level, the pump motor continues to work, and the step 4 is executed;
step 6, if the water outlet pipeline of the water suction pump does not discharge water, closing a water inlet valve of the washing machine body, indicating that the water inlet reaches a set water level, stopping the work of a pump motor, and ending the water inlet process;
when the washing machine body is not in the water inlet process, a starting instruction of the pump motor is triggered to start the pump motor, the water suction pump (3) starts to suck water, the detection structure (7) detects whether water flows out of a water outlet pipeline of the water suction pump (3), and the pump motor automatically stops when water does not flow.
2. The control method of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pump motor is started during the water supply of the washing machine body.
3. The control method of a washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the pump motor is activated once every certain time.
4. A suction pump for a control method of a washing machine according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a control structure (100) for controlling the operation state of the pump motor is provided on the power line of the suction pump (3), a detection structure (7) for detecting whether the suction pump (3) is discharging water is provided on the water outlet pipe (2) of the suction pump (3), the detection structure (7) is connected to the control structure (100), and the control structure (100) controls the pump motor to continue to operate after determining that the water outlet pipe of the suction pump (3) is discharging water according to the detection information of the detection structure (7).
5. A suction pump according to claim 4, characterized in that the control structure (100) comprises a feedback control module, which is connected to the detection structure (7) and the pump motor, respectively, so that the feedback control module collects the detection information of the detection structure (7) after the pump motor is started and controls the operation state of the pump motor according to the detection information.
6. A suction pump according to claim 5, characterized in that the control structure (100) is an adapter (1).
7. The water suction pump as claimed in claim 4, wherein the control structure (100) comprises a timed starting module, the timed starting module is connected with the pump motor, and the timed starting module triggers the pump motor to start after a pump motor start command is triggered.

A suction pump according to any of claims 4-7, characterized in that the detection structure (7) comprises a blade (4) rotating with the flow of the water flow, a magnet (5) arranged at the edge of the blade (4) and a switch type Hall sensor (6) arranged near the edge of the blade (4), the blade (4) rotates, the Hall sensor (6) outputs a pulse signal and transmits the signal to the control structure (100), so that the control structure (100) judges whether the water outlet pipeline of the suction pump (3) is discharging water according to whether the pulse signal is collected.
9. A suction pump according to any of claims 4-7, characterized in that the suction pump (3) is immersed in a water supply.
10. A washing machine equipped with a suction pump according to any of claims 4 to 9, characterized in that it comprises a washing machine body provided with a water inlet valve for controlling the opening and closing of a water inlet line, the water inlet line of the washing machine body being in communication with the water outlet line (2) of the suction pump (3).
