Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of washing equipment, in particular to a washing machine residual water draining control method and a washing machine.
Background
Working procedure time sequence of the existing washing machine: when the drain valve is closed and the draining process is finished, water drops on the inner barrel wall cannot flow to the drain valve from the inner barrel wall immediately, a certain amount of time is needed, a certain amount of residual water can be stored at the drain valve in long-time accumulation, bacteria and the like can be bred in long-time storage, and when the water is used next time, the whole washing barrel can be polluted after water is fed. In addition, in cold areas, water stored in the washing machine can freeze, freeze and damage parts such as a drain valve, and the like, so that the washing machine is water-leaking and the like.
The Chinese patent with application number 201710164809.1 discloses a working method of a drain valve of a washing machine, wherein the washing machine comprises a drain valve of the washing machine and an on-off control circuit; the drainage steps are as follows: step one: when water is ready to drain, the control system controls the power supply to charge C1, after the charging is finished, the switch K is closed, the relay K1 is switched on, and the motor is controlled to be started for draining; step two: judging whether the drainage stage belongs to final secondary drainage; when the drainage stage belongs to non-final secondary drainage, after the non-final secondary drainage is finished, entering a first delay program, switching off a switch K, switching on a normally open contact pin of a time relay S1, and controlling a motor D to be started for T1 time; after the whole washing is finished, a final secondary drainage stage is entered, after the drainage is finished, a second delay program is entered, at the moment, the switch K is turned off, the normally open contact pin of the time relay S2 is turned on, and the time for the motor D to turn on T2 is controlled; t2 is greater than T1. However, the above patent is a method of operating a drain valve of a washing machine, in which the drain valve determines a time point of executing the next drain by its own time setting after each drain.
The present invention has been made in view of this.

In this embodiment, T1 is preferably 9 minutes, and the washing machine is allowed to stand for 9 minutes, so that the residual water is more sufficiently accumulated.
In this embodiment, when the washing machine executes the water drainage program, the drainage control structure is restarted to be opened, and the residual water is drained through the drain pipe until the residual water in the washing machine is completely drained, and then the drainage control structure is closed.
In this embodiment, when the drainage control structure starts the drainage T2 time after the drainage program is executed, the drainage control structure is considered to be closed after all the residual water in the washing machine is drained; preferably, T2 is 30 seconds.
In this embodiment, when the residual water draining procedure is executed, after the water level in the washing machine is monitored to be lower than the empty water level for a certain time T3, the residual water in the washing machine is considered to be completely drained, and then the drainage control structure is closed.
After the washing machine is operated for a certain time, the washing machine executes a residual water discharging program to discharge residual washing water in the washing machine, so that the conditions of bacteria breeding and the like caused by long-time water storage in the washing machine are avoided; meanwhile, the situation that the residual water freezes and damages the parts such as the drain valve is prevented. Before the working procedure is started, the washing machine executes a residual water draining procedure, so that the situation that the residual water in the last washing of the washing machine pollutes the washing and affects the cleanliness of the clothes is prevented.
In this embodiment, before the washing machine performs the water drainage procedure, the washing machine detects the internal water level, and if the water level detection value is below the preset reset point, the washing machine performs the water drainage procedure; if the water level detection value is above the preset reset point, the water drainage condition is not met, and an automatic shutdown program is executed. The drainage program of the washing machine is only executed below the preset reset point, so that the situation that the washing water poured by a user is drained when the user uses the washing machine again is avoided, the drainage program is more reasonable, and the user experience is improved.
In the embodiment, the washing machine is provided with the prompt tone, and the user can know the stage of executing the working program of the current washing machine according to the prompt tone; when the washing machine judges that the residual water draining program is executed, the washing machine sends out a first prompt tone; and when the washing machine judges that the water drainage residual condition is not met and the automatic shutdown program is executed, the washing machine sends out a second prompt tone. The user is reminded whether the washing machine meets the water drainage condition or not and whether the water drainage program is started or not through different prompt tones, so that the user can clearly know the working steps and the working states of the washing machine in the washing process.
In this embodiment, the first alert tone is a buzzing alert n tone, the second alert tone is a buzzing alert m tone, and m and n are non-equal positive integers, so that the user can better distinguish the first alert tone from the second alert tone.
In this embodiment, the sound lengths of the first alert sound and the second alert sound are set to different values; preferably, the first prompting sound is 3 sounds of buzzing, and the second prompting sound is 6 sounds of buzzing. Different beeps are adopted to remind the user, so that the user can obtain the operation information of the washing machine more conveniently.
