本发明提供一种酚类固化剂及合成方法和应用,涉及固化剂领域,包括如下组分,改性环氧树脂共30份、三聚催化剂10份、二环乙烷化合物50份,小料10份,该固化剂形成的防腐涂层具有与基材具有非常好的粘结力;涂膜表面光滑,具有良好光泽;具有极强的抗渗透、防腐蚀能力,涂层适应温度区间大;表面硬度高,涂层致密性强,具有良好的抗植物根茎穿刺能力;涂膜具有优良的抗高温阴极剥离能力等优异性能被广泛应用在各类输油、输气、输水管道的内外壁防护上。

技术领域
本发明涉及固化剂领域,尤其涉及一种酚类固化剂及合成方法和应用。
背景技术
固化剂是环氧树脂应用领域中不可缺少的重要组成部分,它与环氧树脂一样决定着固化产物的物理性能。在众多环氧树脂固化剂中,应用最广、用量最大的当属双酚A型固化剂,因它具有反应速度快、可室温固化等特点。
专利号为CN103497311B公开了一种环氧树脂多胺固化剂及一种水性环氧固化剂乳液。本发明通过将多元胺改性成具有亲环氧树脂的环氧树脂多胺固化剂,再将环氧树脂多胺固化剂通过相反转法制备成固化剂乳液,引入了环氧树脂链段,与环氧乳液相容性好,促进固化均匀,固化膜均匀致密,改善了固化膜的综合力学性能。
但是由于低级脂肪胺,分子质量较低、挥发性大、毒性大、对人体伤害也大;而且在低级分子中,因活泼氢较多,固化反应速度很快,室温下就发生激烈反应,使固化收缩应力大、易开裂、性脆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种酚类固化剂及合成方法和应用,以解决固化收缩应力大、易开裂、性脆的技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:一种酚类固化剂,包括如下组分,改性环氧树脂共30份、三聚催化剂10份、二环乙烷化合物50份,小料10份;
所述二环乙烷化合物为二环乙烷醚、甲基二环乙烷、咪唑基二环乙烷中的一种或多种组合;
所述小料包括消泡剂、流平剂、促进剂。
优选的,所述消泡剂、流平剂、促进剂的比例为1:1:0.3;
所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅油、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物中的一种或多种混合;所述流平剂为双酚F型环氧树脂与双酚A型环氧树脂以1:1混合;所述促进剂为水杨酸与咪唑以1:1混合。
一种酚类固化剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、改性环氧树脂共30份、三聚催化剂10份、二环乙烷化合物50份混合加入到反应釜中,升温到120℃;
S2、将小料混合碾碎后取2/3到反应釜中,继续升温至165℃,反应计时到100min;
S3、反应完成后,降温至150℃,加入剩余小料,保温反应30min,之后充分搅拌;
S4、取样检测合格后放料。
一种酚类固化剂的应用,所述酚类固化剂用于胶黏剂、灌封料、涂料、地坪。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、该防腐涂层具有与基材具有非常好的粘结力;涂膜表面光滑,具有良好光泽;
2、具有极强的抗渗透、防腐蚀能力,涂层适应温度区间大;
3、表面硬度高,涂层致密性强,具有良好的抗植物根茎穿刺能力;
4、涂膜具有优良的抗高温阴极剥离能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1
改性环氧树脂共20份、三聚催化剂10份、二环乙烷化合物60份混合加入到反应釜中,升温到120℃;
S2、将小料混合碾碎后取2/3到反应釜中,继续升温至165℃,反应计时到100min;
S3、反应完成后,降温至150℃,加入剩余小料,保温反应30min,之后充分搅拌;
S4、取样检测合格后放料。
实施例2
改性环氧树脂共30份、三聚催化剂10份、二环乙烷化合物50份混合加入到反应釜中,升温到120℃;
S2、将小料混合碾碎后取2/3到反应釜中,继续升温至165℃,反应计时到100min;
S3、反应完成后,降温至150℃,加入剩余小料,保温反应30min,之后充分搅拌;
S4、取样检测合格后放料。
实施例3
改性环氧树脂共40份、三聚催化剂10份、二环乙烷化合物40份混合加入到反应釜中,升温到120℃;
S2、将小料混合碾碎后取2/3到反应釜中,继续升温至165℃,反应计时到100min;
S3、反应完成后,降温至150℃,加入剩余小料,保温反应30min,之后充分搅拌;
S4、取样检测合格后放料。

Claims (4)
1.一种酚类固化剂,其特征在于:包括如下组分,改性环氧树脂共30份、三聚催化剂10份、二环乙烷化合物50份,小料10份;
所述二环乙烷化合物为二环乙烷醚、甲基二环乙烷、咪唑基二环乙烷中的一种或多种组合;
所述小料包括消泡剂、流平剂、促进剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种酚类固化剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂、流平剂、促进剂的比例为1:1:0.3;
所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅油、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物中的一种或多种混合;所述流平剂为双酚F型环氧树脂与双酚A型环氧树脂以1:1混合;所述促进剂为水杨酸与咪唑以1:1混合。
3.权利要求1所述的一种酚类固化剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、改性环氧树脂共30份、三聚催化剂10份、二环乙烷化合物50份混合加入到反应釜中,升温到120℃;
S2、将小料混合碾碎后取2/3到反应釜中,继续升温至165℃,反应计时到100min;
S3、反应完成后,降温至150℃,加入剩余小料,保温反应30min,之后充分搅拌;
S4、取样检测合格后放料。
4.权利要求1所述的一种酚类固化剂的应用,其特征在于:所述酚类固化剂用于胶黏剂、灌封料、涂料、地坪。
