Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the edge-sealing and surface-covering integrated V-shaped groove forming method which is convenient for mechanical production, stable in production quality, high in production efficiency, extremely low in material loss, compact in glued joint and attractive in appearance.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the forming method comprises the steps of determining the cutting form of the composite base material according to the shape and the size of a plate, and folding the composite base material provided with the V-shaped groove into a whole to wrap the light core material. The composite base material of the edge-sealing and surface-covering integrated V-shaped groove at least comprises a base material and a veneer material layer which are glued together. And if the section graph of the plate is an N-sided polygon, the cutting track is that the N-sided polygon is unfolded into (N +2) surfaces, a cutting V-shaped groove is arranged on the bevel edge of the composite base material, the cutting depth is the thickness of the base material, the veneering material layer is reserved, and the angle of the V-shaped groove cut by the bevel edge is 88-100 degrees. The outer contour of the same plate is determined to be dynamic and various in the expansion form, and the groove position dynamically changes along with the outer contour. The cutting track of the groove is the outer contour of the mapping graph, the cutting edge of the composite base material is formed, the cutting depth is the thickness of the composite base material, the mapped redundant part is cut off, the obtuse angle of the groove cut off of the cutting edge is 130-137 degrees, the composite base material is folded, and the groove are bonded smoothly.
As a further improvement to the above technical solution:
the thickness of the edge-sealing cladding base material is 0.2-3mm, and the base material comprises a medium-density fiberboard, a shaving board, a plywood, a wood board, oily paper, PVC, PP or wood veneer. The section shape of the light core material can be a polygonal figure such as a triangle, a quadrangle, a pentagon, a hexagon or an octagon, and the light core material is various prism polyhedrons.
The technology also develops a forming device for processing the V-shaped groove. The forming device is provided with a clamp for fixing the composite base material, and four corners of the composite base material are fixed. When the base material is a paper-based material, the base material is cut by a blade, the blade is fixed on the base by a pressure lever, the pressure lever is provided with a chute with the angle of 25-45 degrees and is used for determining the inclination angle of the blade during cutting, the cutting mode of the blade is single-knife back and forth cutting or double-knife one-time cutting, and the base is fixed on the device by a screw. The blade runs on the bevel edge to cut the V-shaped groove, and the angle (A) of the V-shaped groove is 88-100 degrees. The blade operates to cut the cut edge into a groove, and the cut obtuse angle (Z) of the groove is 130-137 degrees; when the substrate is a wood-based material, the apparatus used is a milling machine. The angle (A) of the V-shaped groove after milling by the milling cutter is between 88 and 100 degrees. The milling machine operates to cut the cut edge into a bevel (5), and the bevel cut obtuse angle (Z) is 130-137 degrees. The blade or milling cutter is oriented to cut out the shape of each face of the plate from left to right and from top to bottom in sequence.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention discloses an edge sealing and surface covering integrated forming method formed by folding a base material provided with a V-shaped groove along the V-shaped groove, which changes the problems that the traditional edge sealing and surface covering are low in efficiency and high in cost, avoids the phenomena that the edge sealing at the edge is improper and warping and irregularity easily occur, and avoids the phenomena that the seam of a surface layer and a balance layer material is separated from the seam and the like. Meanwhile, the material loss is reduced, and the production cost is reduced. The V-shaped groove is only arranged on the paper base or the wood base material, and the veneering material adhered outside the V-shaped groove is not damaged, so that the base material can be folded into an integrated edge sealing covering surface along the V-shaped groove by the internal bonding strength and the flexibility of the veneering material, and the forming method is more convenient for mechanical production, stable in production quality and attractive in appearance.
As a general inventive concept, the present invention also provides a method for forming an edge-sealing and surface-covering integrated V-shaped groove, comprising the steps of:
s1: preparing a composite base material: the method comprises the steps of firstly cementing a veneering material layer and a base material with standard specifications to form a composite base material by using white latex, and cutting the composite base material into composite base materials with corresponding sizes according to the area of a required furniture plate after being unfolded.
S2: writing a cutting machine running program: the composite substrate is fixed and cutting is initiated by programming according to the different dimensional requirements.
S3: gluing and forming: and folding the cut composite base material into a whole wrapping paper-based furniture plate for gluing, and uniformly pressing and shaping each surface of the plate for 24 hours.
Compared with the prior art, the technology has the advantages that:
the technology can be used for edge sealing and surface covering of wood-based and paper-based hollow composite boards, and realizes the integration of the edge sealing and the surface covering of the hollow composite boards. The faces support each other to form a stable structure. The technology simultaneously meets the requirements of bearing, connecting and direct edge sealing of the paper-based structure, and has the advantages of simple process, easy industrialization and low cost production.
The thickness of the edge sealing cladding set by the forming method can be customized and orderly regulated according to the requirements of different products, different plates or different parts, and the purposes of individuation and accurate design are met.
Detailed Description
The invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
Example 1 was carried out: (corrugated sandwich composite board cuboid table edge banding)
The embodiment of the invention relates to an integrated forming method for edge sealing and facing of a rectangular furniture plate, wherein a rectangular body is unfolded into 6 faces according to a preset requirement that N is 4, and six-face edge sealing and facing are carried out on 2 upper and lower surfaces and 4 side edges.
Fig. 1-3 show a method for forming an edge-sealing and surface-covering integrated V-shaped groove, wherein a composite substrate (23) compounded by a kraft paper board and a surface material layer (3) is selected as a substrate (2), the kraft paper board is 1mm in thickness, the surface material layer (3) is PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and 0.4mm in thickness, and the light core material (1) is a corrugated sandwich composite board.
The manufacturing method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing a composite base material: PVC is firstly glued with white latex on standard 2440mm 1220mm 1mm kraft paper board to form a composite substrate, and the composite substrate is cut into small composite substrates with corresponding sizes according to the area size of the required furniture board after being unfolded.
S2: writing a cutting machine running program: and (3) writing programs according to different size requirements, fixing the composite base material, starting cutting, and cutting V-shaped grooves on the small divided composite base material by using a customized blade or a customized milling cutter, wherein the angle of each V-shaped groove is 90 degrees, and the number of the V-shaped grooves is 5. The cutting edge on the small composite base material is a groove with a cutting angle of 135 degrees. The depth of the V-shaped groove is 1mm, and the PVC is ensured to be reserved after the V-shaped groove is formed, namely, the veneering material layer cannot be damaged by the blade.
S3: gluing and forming: folding the cut composite base material into a whole to wrap the paper-based furniture plate for gluing, gluing in each V-shaped groove, so that the composite base material can be folded along each cut V-shaped groove by utilizing the bonding strength and flexibility of the facing material layer, the original plate is glued by using an adhesive, the gluing amount is 100-150 g/square meter, and then, each surface of the plate is uniformly pressed and fixed for 24 hours by using a clamping device.
Example 2 was carried out: (triangular prism honeycomb plate five-sided edge banding)
In the embodiment, the invention relates to a triangular prism type furniture plate, wherein 3 is required according to the preset requirement, three side bodies are unfolded into 5 surfaces, and five-surface edge sealing and cladding are carried out on 2 upper and lower surfaces and 3 side edges.
Fig. 4-5 show a method for forming an edge-sealing and face-covering integrated V-shaped groove, wherein a composite substrate (23) compounded by a kraft paper board and a face-covering material layer (3) is selected as the substrate (2), the kraft paper board is 3mm thick, the face-covering material layer (3) is PVC and 0.4mm thick, and the light core material (1) is a honeycomb board.
The manufacturing method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s1: preparing a composite base material: PVC is firstly glued with white latex on a standard kraft paper board with the specification of 2440mm 1220mm 3mm to form a composite substrate, and the composite substrate is cut into small composite substrates with corresponding sizes according to the area size of the unfolded furniture board.
S2: writing a cutting machine running program: and (3) writing programs according to different size requirements, fixing the composite base material, starting cutting, and cutting V-shaped grooves on the small divided composite base material by using a customized blade or a customized milling cutter, wherein the angle of each V-shaped groove is 90 degrees, and the number of the V-shaped grooves is 4. The cutting edge on the small composite base material is a groove with a cutting angle of 135 degrees. Example 3 of implementation: (hexagonal prism table edge banding)
The present embodiment relates to a hexagonal prism furniture plate, where N is 6 according to a preset requirement, a hexagonal body is unfolded into 8 surfaces, and eight-side edge sealing and facing are performed on 2 upper and lower surfaces and 6 side edges.
Fig. 6 shows a method for forming an edge-sealing and facing integrated V-shaped groove, wherein a composite base material compounded by a medium-density fiberboard and a facing material layer (3) is selected as the base material (2), the medium-density fiberboard has a thickness of 1mm, the facing material layer is PVC and has a thickness of 0.4mm, and the light core material (1) is a corrugated composite board.

S3: gluing and forming: folding the cut composite base material into a whole to wrap the paper-based furniture plate for gluing, gluing in each V-shaped groove, so that the composite base material can be folded along each cut V-shaped groove by utilizing the bonding strength and flexibility of the facing material layer, the original plate is glued by using an adhesive, the gluing amount is 100-150 g/square meter, and then, each surface of the plate is uniformly pressed and fixed for 24 hours by using a clamping device.
Example 4 of implementation: (desk leg edge banding)
In the embodiment, the furniture plate with the cuboid table legs relates to a table leg furniture plate, and four side faces of the edge sealing and covering face of each table leg are 4 according to the preset requirement. Fig. 7 shows a method for forming an edge-sealing and facing integrated V-shaped groove, wherein a composite base material compounded by a medium-density fiberboard and a facing material layer (3) is selected as the base material (2), the medium-density fiberboard has a thickness of 1mm, the facing material layer is PVC and has a thickness of 0.4mm, and the light core material (1) is a corrugated composite board.
