8. The track grinding and finishing machine of claim 1, further comprising a housing and a dust processor, wherein the housing covers all of the fixed stations and the grinding stations, and a dust suction port is formed in the housing and connected to the dust processor through a pipe.
9. The track grinding finisher of claim 2 wherein the grinding wheels on the grinders at the second and eighth stations are arranged horizontally and the grinding wheels on the grinders at the fourth and sixth stations are arranged vertically.
