Abstract

大容量喷雾阀
                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种从压力容器发散产品的喷雾阀,特别是具有轴向作动的大容量排放杆的喷雾阀,用于排放大量产品并可以通过阀杆将产品快速地填充到容器中。
                        背景技术
在传统形式的喷雾阀组件中,通过下压连在喷雾阀直立阀杆顶部的按钮、帽或喷口而开启竖直作动的喷雾阀,以释放喷雾容器中的产品。当放开按钮、帽或喷口时,该阀由作用使其复位到关闭位置的弹簧而关闭。阀杆在中间位置具有环形槽,一个或多个较小的孔在环形槽的位置贯穿阀杆壁。带有用于阀杆的中心开口的密封衬垫的环形阀位于环形槽内,当阀处于关闭位置时,小孔位于阀衬垫下表面下方。当阀通过下压按钮等而打开时,阀杆轴向向下运动,其一个或多个小孔将运动到衬垫之下的位置。喷雾容器中的产品随后在推进剂的影响下向上穿过传统的浸入管,进入环绕阀杆的阀壳体中,接着通过一个或多个小孔进入阀杆,向上通过阀杆孔,并向外通过连在阀杆顶部的按钮、帽或喷口上的排出喷嘴。
在某些情况下希望利用上述传统喷雾阀来高速、大量地发散产品,例如用于清洁半导体元件的加压除尘气体形式的产品,或远距离攻击黄蜂和大黄蜂巢的水雾。目前的限制是:由于为了机构的稳定性,需要在环形槽的区域具有足够的阀杆结构,阀杆因此在其小孔处不具有足够的总排放面积,且阀杆本身的内部不具有足够的可用面积。
上述传统喷雾阀还用来通过向下进入加压容器的阀杆充填产品,用于最终通过阀杆将产品发散。为了快速充填粘性产品(如剃须膏),希望在阀杆的内部具有足够的面积,并且在阀杆小孔中具有足够的总面积,以实现高速填充。由于上述结构上的原因,上述面积迄今为止还无法实现。
                       发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有轴向作动阀杆的大容量喷雾阀,其具有上部、中部和下部。多个(最好是四个)较大的长方形小孔设置在阀杆中部的环形槽中,长方形小孔的从一侧边到相对的一侧边之间尺寸与顶部到底部之间的尺寸的比值优选接近于至少大约3∶1的比例。阀杆孔从阀杆上部的顶部向下延伸,通过阀杆中部,并基本上向下进入阀杆的下部。狭窄的腹板交叉件具有与阀杆的上部和下部一体模制的径向外边缘,其在阀杆孔中所占据的位置基本上上至阀杆上部,并向下延伸通过阀杆的中部,向下进入阀杆下部。阀杆中部的狭窄腹板件的径向外边缘在阀杆中部限定多个较大长方形小孔。该多个小孔位于垂直于阀杆轴线并通过狭窄交叉腹板件的径向外边缘的圆的圆周上,占所述圆周的至少70%,优选为至少75%。
应该理解:在环形槽中的长方形小孔占据槽圆周的大部分,从而提供较大的总排放(或充填)小孔面积。即使在较大长方形小孔的情况下,狭窄腹板交叉件和限定较大长方形小孔的外边缘也可以提供足够强的结构以防止阀杆断裂。这是由于狭窄腹板交叉件基本上向上延伸到阀杆上部而向下延伸到阀杆下部。并且,狭窄腹板交叉件还在阀杆中留下足够的阀杆内部面积,以进行所需的大容量排放和快速充填。通过阀杆排放或填充时的产品流由于本发明而相应地最大化。
本发明的大容量阀杆结构简单,容易由单件塑料(如尼龙)模塑。

                   具体实施方式
参照图1-2,用标号10表示的喷雾阀组件安装并卷入压力容器(未示出)的安装杯形体12的支座部分11。压力容器容纳推进剂和要发散的产品,或是在与本发明相关的某些情况下只容纳用作诸如除尘气体的推进剂。
阀组件10通常包括阀壳体13、阀关闭螺旋弹簧14和阀杆15。阀杆15具有横向小孔16,从阀杆外部延伸进入阀杆15的内孔。凸起17从阀杆15向下延伸,陷入螺旋弹簧14的顶部并在其中对中。
弹性环形衬垫18环绕阀杆15并在喷雾阀关闭时密封阀杆小孔16(图1)。环形衬垫18夹在安装杯12的支座部分11的底面11a和阀杆15下部上的朝上环形凸缘19之间。安装杯在20处卷边以保持喷雾阀组件。
借助于环形槽联接到阀杆15顶部的是传统作动喷口21,其具有与中空阀杆15液体接触的内部产品通道22,及用于喷射产品的排出喷嘴23。当作动件21被克服弹簧14的力而下压时,阀杆的小孔16位于环形衬垫18下(见图2),喷雾容器内的产品此时可以进入阀壳体13,向上环绕阀杆15的下部,通过阀杆小孔16进入阀杆15,向上经中空阀杆进入作动件21,并向外通过喷嘴23。当作动件21被释放时,弹簧14将阀杆15向上压向图1的位置,此时阀杆小孔16被衬垫18再次阻塞。阀此时关闭而防止产品流动进入阀杆。
上述针对图1和2的讨论总的说来也可以应用在具有轴向作动阀杆的传统喷雾阀中。下面看一下本发明的特征,图3-7示出了轴向作动的大容量排放阀杆15,其具有上部25、中部26和下部27。中部26实际上是由截锥表面28和阀杆下部27顶部的环形突缘19限定的环形阀杆槽,截锥表面28从阀杆上部25向内并向下延伸。中部26包括较大的长方形小孔16,下面将对其进行更详细的描述。如上所述,环形衬垫18(见图1)容纳在阀杆中部26的环形阀杆槽中。
从阀杆上部25顶部开始延伸的是阀杆孔29,其向下穿过阀杆中部26并基本上向下进入阀杆下部27,直至孔的底部30。防套装(anti-nesting)竖直肋31位于阀杆上部25。杯形开口32适当地向上延伸进入阀杆下部27,以减少材料并且在阀杆模塑后可以快速冷却。阀杆下部27的平坦部分33使得来自容器的产品可以在阀壳体13和阀杆下部27之间流动。
狭窄的竖直延伸腹板交叉件35模塑在阀杆孔29中,并且其在阀杆孔29中所占据的位置基本上上至阀杆上部25,并向下延伸通过阀杆中部26,向下进入阀杆下部27。狭窄腹板件35终止于阀杆上部25内的点37,及阀杆下部27内的孔底部30。腹板件35的径向外边缘36与阀杆下部27和上部25一体地模塑。在阀杆中部26,四个腹板件35的径向外边缘38向外进一步径向延伸超出边缘36的上下。对于阀杆中部26来说,径向外边缘38在其间限定多个(最好为四个,且至少为三个)较大的长方形小孔16。要注意的是:较大的长方形小孔的从一侧边到相对的一侧边的尺寸比顶部到底部的尺寸大得多。在示例的实施例中,各较大的长方形小孔的尺寸为0.203cm×0.069cm(0.080英寸×0.027英寸),比值大约为3∶1。垂直于阀杆轴线画圆,该圆穿过较大长方形小孔16并穿过四个腹板件35的径向外边缘38,较大长方形小孔16应该占据所述圆周长的至少70%,并且优选为至少75%。在所示实施例中,所述圆的直径为0.356cm(0.140英寸),各径向外边缘38沿着圆周周长的尺寸为0.064cm(0.025英寸),因此,较大长方形小孔16占据圆周周长的至少75%。
腹板件35借助于适当地延伸到阀杆中部26的上下而在中部26提供牢固的内部阀杆支撑结构,以保证防止阀杆断裂,尽管较大长方形小孔16占据了中部26的圆周的大部分。阀杆孔向下延伸进入阀杆下部27的部分还提供了有可能在小孔16中或小孔16上累积的灰尘或产品的存储器。
本发明腹板件35由于非常狭窄而不会占据阀杆孔29内更大的面积。在所示的实施例中,在紧挨阀杆中部26上的水平截面中的腹板件35占阀杆内部有效横截面积小于50%。参照图5,在所示实施例中腹板件35之间的四个内部面积分别为0.041cm(0.016平方英寸),阀杆孔的直径为0.279cm(0.110英寸)。
对于本发明的实施例来说,高容量阀杆轴的下述标称尺寸及上述给定尺寸提供了通过阀杆的大容量排放及快速充填:
腹板件35的顶部到底部的尺寸:0.483cm(0.190英寸);
各腹板件35的宽度:0.064cm(0.025英寸);
在直径上相对的腹板件35的径向外边缘38之间的从一侧边到相对的一侧边的尺寸:0.356cm(0.140英寸);
在直径上相对的腹板件35的径向外边缘36之间的从一侧边到相对的一侧边的尺寸:0.279cm(0.110英寸);
阀杆上部25的外径:0.401(0.158英寸)。
本领域的普通技术人员应该明白:在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的前提下可以对本发明进行各种变形和/或改变。同样应该理解:如“上”、“下”、“中”、“内”、 “外”、“水平”、 “竖直”、“顶”、“底”、“之上”、“之下”及说明书中所用的相应类似位置术语是针对图中所示的位置使用的,而并非限定性的。

Claims (6)

1.大容量喷雾阀,包括下列元件的组合:安装杯;接收在安装杯内的喷雾阀壳体;安装在所述壳体内的轴向作动阀杆,所述阀杆具有向上延伸并伸出安装杯外的上部、具有多个长方形小孔的中部、以及下部,阀杆中部在其中具有环形槽;环形衬垫,在阀杆未被轴向压下时环绕并密封包括多个较大长方形小孔的阀杆中部;所述阀杆具有从阀杆上部的顶部开始向下延伸,穿过阀杆中部并向下达到阀杆下部的阀杆孔;狭窄的腹板件,具有与阀杆上部和下部一体模制的径向外边缘,所述腹板件在阀杆孔中所占据的位置上至阀杆上部,并向下延伸通过阀杆中部,向下进入阀杆下部到达孔的底部;阀杆中部的狭窄腹板件的径向外边缘在阀杆中部限定多个较大长方形小孔;较大长方形小孔的从一侧边到相对的一侧边的尺寸比顶部到底部尺寸大;所述多个较大长方形小孔位于通过狭窄腹板件的径向外边缘的圆上,占所述圆的圆周的至少70%。
2.如权利要求1所述的大容量喷雾阀,其特征在于,有四个较大长方形小孔,其占据所述圆的圆周的至少75%。
3.如权利要求1所述的大容量喷雾阀,其特征在于,长方形小孔的从一侧边到相对的一侧边尺寸与顶部到底部尺寸之间的比值大约是3∶1。
4.如权利要求1所述的大容量喷雾阀,其特征在于,在紧挨阀杆中部上的水平截面中的狭窄腹板件占阀杆内部有效横截面积小于50%。
5.如权利要求1所述的大容量喷雾阀,其特征在于,狭窄腹板件在阀杆上部和下部的径向尺寸小于狭窄腹板件在阀杆中部的径向尺寸。
6.如权利要求1所述的大容量喷雾阀,其特征在于,狭窄腹板件在水平横截面中形成交叉。
