Description
本体と、流入口を有する下端部と、流出口を有する上端部と、下端部および上端部の間の喉部とを有するハウジングと、
ハウジングの内部に配置されるピンであって、ハウジング本体に固定される上端部と、弁が配置される頂部を有する缶と接触するのに適した尖っていない押し下げ具を含む下端部であって、その尖っていない押し下げ具は缶の弁を操作することが可能である、下端部と、ピンの上端部および下端部の間の流動部分であり、ハウジングの喉部の内部に配置される流動部分であって、流体がハウジングおよびピンの間を流れることを可能にする流動部分とを有するピンと、
ハウジングの上端部においてハウジングの流出口と流体連絡する栓の流出口と、
を含む。
本体と、流入口を有する下端部と、流出口を有する上端部と、下端部および上端部の間の喉部とを有するハウジングと、
ハウジングの内部に配置されるピンであって、ハウジング本体に固定される上端部と、弁が配置される頂部を有する缶と接触するのに適した尖っていない押し下げ具を含む下端部であって、その尖っていない押し下げ具は缶の弁を操作することが可能である、下端部と、ピンの上端部および下端部の間の流動部分であり、ハウジングの喉部の内部に配置される流動部分であって、流体がハウジングおよびピンの間を流れることを可能にすると共に、ハウジングの流入口およびハウジングの流出口と流体連絡する流動部分とを有するピンと、
ハウジングの上端部においてハウジングの流出口と流体連絡する栓の流出口と、
ハウジングの流入口またはその近傍においてハウジングに隣接して配置されるガスケットと、
を含み、
そのガスケットは、約70デュロメータ〜約100デュロメータの硬度を有する材料を含む。
加圧缶からの冷媒の払い出し用の缶の栓の流量を測定するために、図11の一例としてのピン1120を実験において使用した。缶内部の圧力は662kPa(96psi)であった。流量は約1.7g/秒〜約2.2g/秒であり、測定された平均流量は約2.1g/秒であった。
実施例2においては、図8Aおよび8Bに示す設計のピンを有する缶の栓を用いた。実施例1と同じ条件において、流量は約0.6g/秒〜約1.8g/秒であった。
実施例3においては、図7Aおよび7Bに示す設計のピンを有する缶の栓を用いた。実施例1と同じ条件において、流量は約1.0g/秒〜約2.3g/秒であった。
図12に示す突き刺し方式の缶の栓を実施例1と同じ条件の下で使用した。流量は0g/秒〜約0.8g/秒であった。突き刺し方式の缶の栓は弁を使用不可能にする。
Claims (4)
- 本体と、流入口を有する下端部と、流出口を有する上端部と、前記下端部および前記上端部の間の喉部とを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置されるピンであって、前記ハウジングの本体に固定される上端部と、弁が配置される頂部を有する缶と接触するのに適した尖っていない押し下げ具を含む下端部であって、前記尖っていない押し下げ具は前記缶の弁を操作することが可能である、下端部と、前記ピンの前記上端部および前記下端部の間の流動部分であり、前記ハウジングの喉部の内部に配置される流動部分であって、流体が前記ハウジングおよび前記ピンの間を流れることを可能にする流動部分とを有するピンと、
前記ハウジングの流入口またはその近傍において前記ハウジングに隣接して配置されるガスケットであって、缶の栓を缶に取り付ける時に少なくとも1%であって100%未満に圧縮される、70デュロメータから100デュロメータの硬度を有する材料を含むガスケットと、
前記ハウジングの上端部において前記ハウジングの流出口と流体連絡する栓の流出口と、
を含み、
前記缶の栓は、前記缶の前記頂部のねじ部分を介して前記缶に取り付けられるものであり、
前記缶は、上向きに隆起して前記ピンの前記尖っていない押し下げ具が通過できる開口を有する頭頂部を有しており、
前記弁は、Oリングを押圧する隆起した環状の突起である止め具と、スプリングと、をもち、前記尖っていない押し下げ具と係合するプラグであって、前記缶からの流体の通過を許容し、または前記缶からの流体の流出を防止するプラグを有している、
缶の栓。 - 前記ピンの流動部分が、前記ピンの中心軸に垂直な第1方向において、前記ピンの中心軸に垂直な第2方向における寸法より大きい寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の缶の栓。
- 前記ピンが、前記ピンの流動部分に沿って配置されるピンリミッタであって、前記ピンを係合する際に前記ピンが下降し得る距離を制限するためのピンリミッタを有する、請求項1に記載の缶の栓。
- 前記ピンリミッタが少なくとも1つの肩部であり、前記ハウジングが、前記ハウジングの流入口またはその近傍において前記ハウジングの喉部に沿って配置されるストッパをさらに含み、その場合、前記少なくとも1つの肩部および前記ストッパは、前記ピンを係合する際に前記ピンが下降し得る距離を制限するために前記少なくとも1つの肩部が前記ストッパと接触するように、その寸法が定められる、請求項3に記載の缶の栓。
