本发明涉及一种彩色声管加工方法,属于助听设备领域。
背景技术
目前,助听器和耳模连接的彩色声管只有国外生产的直接挤出成型的浓重彩色的声管,即挤出时就是彩色的声管,这种彩色声管价格极为高昂,每一小段(几厘米)要上百元甚至几百元,国内尚没有能够生产出优质彩色声管的厂家,该技术一直被国外公司所垄断。
发明内容
本发明提供一种彩色声管加工方法,以解决目前的彩色声管否是国外生产的直接挤出成型即为彩色的声管,价格高昂的问题。
为实现上述目的,拟采用这样一种彩色声管加工方法,该方法是将油性墨水均匀涂覆于无色透明的声管表面,涂覆后,利用有机溶剂擦拭声管涂覆面,声管涂覆面颜色逐渐变淡直至稳定,控制声管颜色的浓淡程度达到需求后立刻停止擦拭,油性墨水的颜色根据声管所需的颜色选择。
前述方法中,所述有机溶剂为芳香烃类、脂肪烃类、脂环烃类、卤化烃类、醇类、醚类、酯类、酮类、二醇衍生物以及乙腈、吡啶或苯酚中的任意一种、或任意两种及两种以上的混合物。
前述方法中,所述有机溶剂为浓度75%~95%的乙醇。
前述方法中,利用吸附有油性墨水的海绵均匀擦拭声管外表面,涂覆均匀后,立刻用浓度为75%~95%的乙醇擦拭声管外表面。
前述方法中,涂覆均匀后的20小时内,用浓度为75%~95%的乙醇擦拭声管涂覆面。
前述方法中,擦拭声管表面后晾干,再在声管涂覆面镀膜。
前述方法中,所述声管的内表面涂覆一层超疏水涂层或超亲水涂层。
前述方法中,所述超疏水涂层或超亲水涂层为纳米涂层。
前述方法中,所述声管包括软质声音通道和硬质声音通道。
前述方法中,所述超疏水涂层涂覆于声管的声孔和内表面。
与现有技术相比,本发明能够打破欧美国家的彩色声管垄断地位,为国内基本空白的彩色声管增添全新低成本优质的制作方法,色彩涂覆方便无需颜料和PU或PVC抑或硅胶基础材料同时搅拌加热并挤出成型声管,成本低廉;可控制颜色浓淡程度,颜色附着牢固、经久不变、增强触感、光泽、固色、防止紫外线对颜色造成的褪色保护;同时,在声管内表面增加超疏水涂层,在急剧冷热交替以及潮湿环境下,由于超疏水涂层的存在,不会在声孔和声管内表面形成细密水雾凝结,而是能够使凝结的水汽快速凝成水珠滑落、流出,不会在声孔和声管内长时间留存,从而大幅度减少蒸腾到传声器或扬声器内的水汽,达到延长传声器和扬声器使用寿命的目的,该超亲水和超疏水纳米材料通过涂覆,高温固化、UV照射抑或自然干燥固化的相应工艺在声音通道和声管内壁形成牢固且柔性或硬性长效的超亲水或超疏水涂层;本发明应用范围广泛,例如声学检测设备,耦合腔、助听器和耳模之间的声通道和声管、音响等,对声学设备起到很好的正面保护作用;减少残疾人对助听器使用的额外经济负担,适宜推广应用。

实施例
本实施例提供一种有色声管加工方法,该方法是利用吸附有油性墨水的海绵均匀擦拭无色透明的声管外表面,涂覆后,立刻用浓度为75%~95%的乙醇擦拭声管外表面,擦拭过程中,声管颜色逐渐变淡直至稳定,在声管颜色稳定之前,控制声管颜色的浓淡程度达到需求后立刻停止擦拭,油性墨水的颜色根据声管所需的颜色选择,擦拭声管外表面后,将声管烘干并静置24小时,乙醇可替换为如下有机溶剂:①芳香烃类:苯、甲苯、二甲苯等;②脂肪烃类:戊烷、己烷、辛烷等;③脂环烃类:环己烷、环己酮、甲苯环己酮等;④卤化烃类:氯苯、二氯苯、二氯甲烷等;⑤醇类:甲醇、异丙醇等;⑥醚类:乙醚、环氧丙烷等;⑦酯类:醋酸甲酯、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丙酯等;⑧酮类:丙酮、甲基丁酮、甲基异丁酮等;⑨二醇衍生物:乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇单丁醚等;⑩其他:乙腈、吡啶、苯酚等。
为提高助听器的使用寿命,还可在声管的内表面涂覆一层纳米超疏水涂层,在急剧冷热交替以及潮湿环境下,由于超疏水涂层的存在,不会在声孔和声管内表面形成细密水雾凝结,而是能够使凝结的水汽快速凝成水珠滑落、流出,不会在声孔和声管内长时间留存,从而大幅度减少蒸腾到传声器或扬声器内的水汽,达到延长传声器和扬声器使用寿命的目的,该超亲水和超疏水纳米材料通过涂覆,高温固化、UV照射抑或自然干燥固化的相应工艺在声音通道和声管内壁形成牢固且柔性或硬性长效的超亲水或超疏水涂层。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种有色声管加工方法,利用吸附有油性墨水的海绵均匀擦拭无色透明的声管外表面,涂覆1小时后,用浓度为75%~95%的乙醇擦拭声管外表面,擦拭过程中,声管颜色逐渐变淡直至稳定,颜色稳定后停止擦拭,油性墨水的颜色根据声管所需的颜色选择,擦拭声管表面后,将声管烘干或静置20小时,而后,使用镀膜剂在擦拭后的声管表面镀膜,控制色彩浓淡的程度之后增强触感,光泽、固色、以及防止紫外线对颜色造成的褪色保护。
本实施例所述乙醇也可替换为如下有机溶剂:①芳香烃类:苯、甲苯、二甲苯等;②脂肪烃类:戊烷、己烷、辛烷等;③脂环烃类:环己烷、环己酮、甲苯环己酮等;④卤化烃类:氯苯、二氯苯、二氯甲烷等;⑤醇类:甲醇、异丙醇等;⑥醚类:乙醚、环氧丙烷等;⑦酯类:醋酸甲酯、醋酸乙酯、醋酸丙酯等;⑧酮类:丙酮、甲基丁酮、甲基异丁酮等;⑨二醇衍生物:乙二醇单甲醚、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇单丁醚等;⑩其他:乙腈、吡啶、苯酚等。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种彩色声管加工方法,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为芳香烃类、脂肪烃类、脂环烃类、卤化烃类、醇类、醚类、酯类、酮类、二醇衍生物以及乙腈、吡啶或苯酚中的任意一种、或任意两种及两种以上的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种彩色声管加工方法,其特征在于,具体涂覆方法为:所述有机溶剂为浓度75%~95%的乙醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种彩色声管加工方法,其特征在于,具体涂覆方法为:利用吸附有油性墨水的海绵均匀擦拭声管外表面,涂覆均匀后,立刻用浓度为75%~95%的乙醇擦拭声管表面。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种彩色声管加工方法,其特征在于:涂覆均匀后的20小时内,用浓度为75%~95%的乙醇擦拭声管涂覆面。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种彩色声管加工方法,其特征在于:擦拭声管涂覆面后晾干,再在声管涂覆面镀膜。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种彩色声管加工方法,其特征在于:所述声管的内表面涂覆一层超疏水涂层或超亲水涂层。
