Remarking: the total number of bacteria and fungi and yeasts in the product is not more than 100cfu/g and not more than 100cfu/g according to the standard of external preparation
From the above table, it can be seen that: the total number of montmorillonite bacteria in a control group is 767cfu/g, the total number of mould and yeast is 358cfu/g, which exceeds the standard regulation and can not be used for external application of piglets and sows, while the total number of bacteria in a test group is 6cfu/g, the total number of mould and yeast is 8cfu/g, which is far below the standard limit, and the method can be completely applied to the inoculation of sows and can also be used for stopping bleeding and disinfecting wounds such as navel breaking, tooth cutting and the like.
Test example 2:
the test is carried out in 2019 in 8 months in a certain pig farm in Ningxiang of Hunan, the control group adopts the traditional mode for birth delivery, a towel is used for wiping the amniotic fluid of the whole body of the piglet, the umbilical cord is cut off, and then the piglet is disinfected by iodine, and the pudendum of the sow is disinfected by iodine after birth delivery. The experimental group used the powder of this example 3 for midwifery, the powder was sprayed evenly on the whole body of the piglets, the product was used for disinfection after the umbilicus was cut off, and the product was used for disinfection of the pudendum of the sows after the midwifery. The results are shown in the following table:

From the above table, it can be seen that: from the comparison of the delivery time, the control group adopts the traditional delivery mode, the time spent is 4.5h, the test group adopts the powder of the embodiment 2 for delivery, and the time spent is 3.8h, which shows that the powder of the embodiment 2 can save the time spent in delivery, improve the delivery efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the delivery room personnel. Compared with the incidence of piglets at 7 days after birth, the incidence of piglets in the control group is 23.5 percent, the incidence of piglets in the test group is 8.6 percent, and the powder of the embodiment 2 can obviously reduce the incidence of piglets. Compared with the incidence of the sow trigeminy in 7 days after birth, the incidence of the sow trigeminy in the postpartum period can be obviously reduced by 15.4% in a control group and 10.7% in a test group, and the powder in the embodiment 2.
Test example 3:
the test was carried out in 12 months in 2018 in a certain pig farm in Hebei Cangzhou, and the test group was carried out by uniformly scattering a layer of the powder 4 of the embodiment once a day, 50-100g each time, for 3 days continuously. The control group was a piglet incubator without any powder added, and the results are given in the following table:

From the above table, it can be seen that: compared with the ammonia gas concentration, the concentration of a control group is 284mg/ml, and the concentration of a test group is 32mg/ml, which shows that the powder of the embodiment 3 can obviously reduce the ammonia gas concentration in a piglet incubator, protect the respiratory tract of piglets and reduce stress. The comparison of the hydrogen sulfide concentrations shows that the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the piglet incubator can be significantly reduced by the powder of the embodiment 3, wherein the control group is 302mg/ml, and the test group is 52 mg/ml. Compared with the humidity, the comparison result shows that the control group is 78% and the test group is 45%, which indicates that the powder of the embodiment 3 can significantly reduce the humidity in the piglet incubator.
Test example 4
1.1 test materials
The feed additive prepared by the embodiment of the invention.
1.2 protocol
Sows to be born were selected and all sows were divided into 6 groups (see table 5) with 4 replicates per group according to the one-factor trial design principle. The test period was 30 days. The control group was inoculated with dry cloth, and each group was tested for 30 days of inoculation with the feed additive prepared in example 1, the feed additive prepared in example 5, the feed additive prepared in example 6, the feed additive prepared in example 7, and the feed additive prepared in example 8, respectively.

1.3 determination of average birth time and weaning survival rate
The first birth time is the period from the birth of the piglet to the time when the piglet enters the incubator.
The survival rate of weaning, namely the survival rate of piglets after 28 days of weaning.
At the beginning of the test, the birth time of each piglet is recorded, the weaning survival rate of each piglet is counted, and the average birth time and survival rate of each group and the use amount of the born article are calculated.
1.5 test data processing and analysis
Statistical analysis data were analyzed for one-way anova using SPSS 18.0 statistical software, and the results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation, with significant differences when P < 0.05.

As can be seen from Table 7, the use of the feed additive of the present invention significantly shortens the time required for the average birth of piglets during the birth of sows. The effect of each group is obviously better than that of the control group, the effect of the test group 5 is the best, and the effect of the test groups 2 and 3 is the next time. The head-average birth time of the test group 5 is reduced by 23.05 percent (P <0.05) compared with that of the control group, 6.56 percent (P <0.05) and 1.40 percent respectively compared with the test group 1 and the test group 2, and 2.37 percent and 2.76 percent respectively compared with the test group 3 and the test group 4; the test group 1, the test group 2, the test group 3 and the test group 4 were decreased by 17.65% (P <0.05), 21.96% (P <0.05), 21.18% (P <0.05) and 20.87% (P <0.05) respectively, compared with the control group.
As can be seen from Table 7, the feed additive of the present invention can significantly reduce the average head birth cost when used for the birth of sows. Test group 5 gave the best results, and test groups 1 and 2 gave the next best results. The head-to-head survival cost of the test group 5 is reduced by 30.76% (P <0.05) compared with that of the control group, is reduced by 7.16% (P <0.05) and 2.99% compared with the test group 1 and the test group 2 respectively, and is reduced by 11.40% (P <0.05) and 9.47% (P <0.05) compared with the test group 3 and the test group 5 respectively; the test group 1, the test group 2, the test group 3 and the test group 4 were decreased by 25.42% (P <0.05), 28.62% (P <0.05), 21.85% (P <0.05) and 23.52% (P <0.05) respectively, compared with the control group.
As can be seen from Table 7, the feed additive of the invention can significantly improve the survival rate of weaned piglets when sows are born. Test group 5 gave the best results, and test groups 2 and 3 gave the next best results. The weaning survival rate of the piglets of the test group 5 is reduced by 5.09% (P <0.05) compared with the control group, 16.90% and 7.81% compared with the test group 2 and the test group 3 respectively, and 18.68% (P <0.05) and 21.87% (P <0.05) compared with the test group 4 and the test group 5 respectively; the reduction of test group 2, test group 3, test group 4 and test group 5 to the control group was 85.54% (P <0.05), 86.97% (P <0.05), 85.23% (P <0.05) and 84.62% (P <0.05), respectively.
In summary, the effect of the test 3 groups was the best when the feed was stored for 60 days, i.e. the formulation of example 5 was optimal.
The technical means disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the technical means disclosed in the embodiments, but also include technical solutions formed by any combination of the above technical features. The powder for sow farrowing and midwifery as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the enzyme preparation is prepared by mixing the following materials in parts by weight: 300 parts of protease, 200 parts of amylase, 200 parts of B-glucanase, 200 parts of cellulase and 100 parts of glucose oxidase.
5. The powder for sow farrowing and midwifery as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plant extract is prepared by mixing the following materials in parts by weight: 300 parts of pseudo-ginseng extract and 700 parts of honeysuckle extract.
6. The powder for sow farrowing and midwifery as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the plant essential oil is prepared by mixing the following materials in parts by weight: 300 parts of peppermint oil, 300 parts of borneol and 400 parts of clove oil.
7. A method for preparing the powder for sow farrowing and farrowing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) sealing the reaction kettle with the heating and sterilizing function, heating to 115-fold 120 ℃ through a jacket, preserving the heat for 10 minutes, sterilizing, and placing to room temperature;
(2) selecting raw materials according to the weight ratio, adding the raw materials into the reaction kettle in the step 1, sealing and uniformly stirring;
(3) uniformly stirring the mixture obtained in the step 2, sterilizing at a low temperature, and then placing the mixture to room temperature;
