Abstract

The invention provides a display assembly and a refrigerator with the same, wherein the display assembly comprises a mounting box and a touch display panel fixedly mounted on the mounting box; the display assembly further comprises a key panel integrally arranged with the touch display panel, a first circuit board positioned at the rear side of the touch display panel and a second circuit board positioned at the rear side of the key panel; the mounting box is provided with a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity which are used for accommodating the first circuit board and the second circuit board respectively, and the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity are arranged independently. The display component adopts the touch display panel and the key panel which are integrally designed according to actual product requirements, and the first circuit board and the second circuit board which are independent are matched, so that the energy consumption is reduced, the assembly is facilitated, and the structure change design is also conveniently carried out.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration equipment, in particular to a display assembly and a refrigerator with the same.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, users have higher requirements on intelligent control and appearance of the refrigerator, and the traditional display assembly can only realize adjustment and display of basic working modes of the refrigerator, and obviously cannot meet the requirements. On the other hand, most of the existing display components are assembled on the corresponding display panel, the PCB and related components after the foaming of the refrigerator door body is finished, and the process is complex; and the PCB is easy to be protected in the assembling process, thus the poor assembly of the display component is easy to cause. In order to solve the above problems, a technical scheme for realizing display and interactive control of a refrigerator by using a touch display panel is disclosed in the industry, but setting and adjustment of the refrigerator needs to light the whole touch display panel, so that energy consumption is increased, a more severe heat insulation requirement is provided for a display assembly, and when the touch display panel fails, normal use of the refrigerator is affected.
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide a new display assembly and a refrigerator having the same.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a display assembly and a refrigerator with the same, which can simplify the assembly process, reduce the energy consumption and the heat emitted by the work of the display assembly, and facilitate the structure adjustment design of the display assembly according to the actual requirements.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a display module, which includes a mounting box, and a touch display panel fixedly mounted on the mounting box; the display assembly further comprises a key panel integrally arranged with the touch display panel, a first circuit board positioned on the rear side of the touch display panel and a second circuit board positioned on the rear side of the key panel; the mounting box is provided with a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity which are used for accommodating the first circuit board and the second circuit board respectively, and the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity are arranged independently.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the touch display panel is arranged in a flat plate shape; the key panel is arranged in a curved surface shape.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the touch display panel is rectangular, and the projection of the key panel along the front-back direction is rectangular.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the left and right side edges of the key panel are flush with the touch display panel along the front-back direction, and the middle position of the key panel is recessed rearward to form an arc shape.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the mounting box includes a bracket and a rear cover detachably fixed behind the bracket, the bracket includes a first area and a second area, the touch display panel is mounted in the first area, and the key panel is mounted in the second area; the first area is provided with a first opening for communicating the touch display panel with the first circuit board, and the second area is provided with a second opening for communicating the key panel with the second circuit board.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by one of ordinary skill in the art according to the embodiment are included in the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a display module 100 of the present invention includes a mounting box 1, and a touch display panel 2 and a key panel 3 fixedly mounted on the mounting box 1. The mounting box 1 comprises a support 11 and a rear cover 12 which are detachably assembled into a whole along the front-rear direction, the key panel 3 is arranged adjacent to the touch display panel 2, and the key panel 3 is located below the touch display panel 2.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the bracket 11 includes a first area 111 and a second area 112, the touch display panel 2 is installed in the first area 111, and the key panel 3 is installed in the second area 112. The projections of the touch display panel 2 and the key panel 3 in the front and back directions are rectangular, and the side edge of the touch display panel 2 is flush with the side edge of the key panel 3. The first circuit board 4 and the second circuit board 5 are arranged at intervals, and the mounting box 1 is formed with a first accommodating cavity 13 and a second accommodating cavity 14 for accommodating the first circuit board 4 and the second circuit board 5, respectively. The first receiving cavity 13 and the second receiving cavity 14 are independent from each other, and the first circuit board 4 and the second circuit board 5 are electrically connected to each other through a set of flat cables 6.
Here, the touch display panel 2 is configured in a flat plate shape, so as to facilitate the control of the manufacturing cost of the touch display panel 2; the key panel 3 can be designed according to the design requirements of actual products. In this embodiment, the key panel 3 is provided with a plurality of touch keys 31. The button panel 3 is arranged to be curved, the left and right side edges of the button panel 3 are flush with the touch display panel 2, and the middle position of the button panel 3 is concave backwards to be arc-shaped. Accordingly, the bracket 11 is formed with an arcuate step portion 115 between the first region 111 and the second region 112.
In order to facilitate the fixing of the first circuit board 4 and the second circuit board 5, a plurality of first bayonets 41 are disposed on the periphery of the first circuit board 4, a plurality of second bayonets 51 are disposed on the periphery of the second circuit board 5, and the bracket 11 further has a first retaining member 116 that is engaged with the first bayonets 41 and is used for fixing the first circuit board 4, and a second retaining member 117 that is engaged with the second bayonets 51 and is used for fixing the second circuit board 5.
In order to fix the first circuit board 4 better, the first circuit board 4 is further provided with a mounting hole 42, and a protrusion (not shown) corresponding to the mounting hole 42 is formed in the first region 111 of the bracket 11 in a protruding manner towards the rear. The display assembly 100 further includes a fixing screw 7 penetrating through the mounting hole 42 and fixing the first circuit board 4 on the protrusion. The mounting holes 42 are disposed in the middle of the first circuit board 4, and specifically, the mounting holes 42 are disposed in two and spaced along the central axis of the first circuit board 4 in the vertical direction.
The rear cover 12 includes a first cover plate 121 corresponding to the first receiving cavity 13, and a second cover plate 122 corresponding to the second receiving cavity 14, and a side plate 123 formed by folding and extending forward along the peripheral sides of the first cover plate 121 and the second cover plate 122. The touch display panel 2 and the first circuit board 4 emit relatively high heat during operation, and the display module further includes a heat insulation board 8 attached to the rear side of the first cover plate 121. The heat generated by the operation of the key panel 3 and the second circuit board 5 is small, and corresponding heat insulation materials are not needed. The side plate 123 is opened with a connection port 124 communicating with the first receiving cavity 13, and the first circuit board 4 is connected to the outside through the connection port 124.
A first mounting part 118 is arranged on the bracket 11, and the first mounting part 118 is arranged at intervals with the first circuit board 4 and the second circuit board 5; the side plate 123 of the rear cover 12 is provided with a second mounting portion 125 corresponding to the first mounting portion 118, and the first mounting portion 118 and the second mounting portion 125 are clamped with each other to assemble the bracket 11 and the rear cover 12 into a whole. Of course, the bracket 11 and the rear cover 12 may be assembled and formed by other fixing methods.
The invention also provides a refrigerator (not shown in the figures), which comprises a refrigerator body, a door body and the display assembly 100, wherein the display assembly 100 is arranged on the door body.
