In the above scheme, the insertion parts 12 are inserted into the mounting holes 511 of the mounting plate 51 in an interference manner, then on the mounting control panel assembly, the insertion parts 12 at one end of the control panel assembly are respectively inserted into the mounting holes 511 on the washing machine box body 5, the other end of the control panel assembly rotates towards the washing machine to be assembled on the washing machine, the mounting holes 511 cut the insertion parts 12 to form the cutting grooves 1221, so that the position of the control panel assembly is more effectively limited, the control panel assembly is prevented from shifting in the transportation or falling process, the assembling clearance between the control panel assembly and the washing machine is increased, the product is not fine, and the user experience is influenced.

In the above-mentioned solution, the supporting surface 412 of the supporting portion 121 is designed to be attached to the end surface of the mounting hole 511 on the cutting side, so that the cutting side of the mounting hole 511 is prevented from cutting the rib 122 and then further cutting the socket 12.
Preferably, the supporting surface 412 of the supporting portion 121 is an arc surface or a plane, and the end surface of the cutting side of the mounting hole 511 is correspondingly set to be an arc surface or a plane;
in the above solution, the end surface of the mounting hole 511 on the cutting side is disposed corresponding to the supporting surface 412 of the supporting portion 121, which is beneficial to realize the supporting of the supporting surface 412 of the supporting portion 121 on the cutting side.
Preferably, the supporting surface 412 is a plane, the rib 122 is disposed on the plane, the mounting hole 511 is a square hole, and one side of the square hole abuts against the plane after the rib 122 is cut.

Preferably, the length of the socket part 12 is longer than the mounting hole 5110.1mm-1.0mm in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the control panel assembly;
the above dimensions were found by the inventors in a number of experiments when the length of the spigot 12 was longer than the mounting hole 5110.1mm-1.0 mm; after the mounting hole 511 cuts the insertion part 12, the cutting groove formed on the insertion part 12 can have a good clamping effect on the mounting hole 511.
It is further preferable that the length of the support portion 121 of the insertion part 12 matches the length of the mounting hole 511 in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the control panel assembly, and the length of the cutaway groove portion 122 of the support portion 121 is 0.1mm to 1.0 mm.
In the above solution, after the installation hole 511 cuts the slot part 122, a slot of 0.1mm-1.0mm is formed, and the slot has a good clamping effect on the installation hole 511. And the support part 121 is matched with the mounting hole 511, so that the whole control panel assembly is fastened on the box body 5 and is not easy to shift and fall off.
Preferably, the hardness of the mounting plate 51 is greater than that of the insertion part 12;
in the above solution, the hardness of the mounting plate 51 is greater than that of the socket 12, so that the mounting hole 511 can cut the socket 12.
Preferably, the material of the mounting plate 51 is different from that of the plug part 12; more preferably, the mounting plate 51 is made of metal, and the insertion part 12 is made of plastic.
In the above scheme, the front plate 7 of the washing machine is made of a sheet metal part, and the insertion portion 12 made of a plastic material can be cut by the mounting hole 511 formed in the sheet metal part, of course, the insertion portion 12 can also be made of a metal material with hardness smaller than that of the sheet metal part, so that the hardness of the groove structure formed by cutting the insertion portion 12 by the mounting hole 511 of the sheet metal part is high, and the structure of the groove is regular and stable.
In this embodiment, there is no gap between the mating part 12 and the mounting hole 511, but there is an interference amount of 0.1mm to 1.0 mm. In the process of the rotary installation of the control panel assembly, the insertion part 12 interferes with the installation hole 511, the front plate 7 is a sheet metal part, the installation hole 511 on the front plate is equivalent to a blade, the insertion part 12 can be cut into a cutting edge by the installation hole 511, the cutting edge not only limits the forward movement of the control panel assembly, but also limits the up-and-down movement of the control panel assembly to a certain extent, and therefore poor assembly caused by the displacement of the front end of the control panel assembly can be avoided.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment provides a washing machine using the control panel assembly in the first or second embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7, the control panel assembly of the washing machine of the present embodiment has a positioning rib a6, a positioning rib b61, a positioning surface a62, a positioning surface b63, a positioning surface c64, a positioning surface d65, an insertion part 12, a positioning claw 66 (for being clamped on the cross beam 9 on the box body 5), and the like. Fig. 9-12 show the structure of the washing machine cabinet 5, including but not limited to the rear casing 10 (or two side plates and a rear plate) and the front plate 7, wherein the rear casing 10 has positioning holes a152, b153, a154, b155, c156, d 157. In the mounting process, the insertion portion 12 of the control panel assembly is inserted into the mounting hole 511 of the front plate 7, and then rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 11 (rotated toward the case 5). When the positioning surface a62, the positioning surface b63, the positioning surface c64 and the positioning surface d65 on the control panel assembly and the positioning surface a154, the positioning surface b155, the positioning surface c156 and the positioning surface d157 on the box body 5 are sequentially contacted, the positioning rib a6 and the positioning rib b61 are sequentially inserted into the positioning hole a152 and the positioning hole b153, the control panel assembly is pre-assembled on the box body 5 module, the mounting hole 511 cuts the insertion part 12 in the process that the control panel assembly rotates towards the box body 5, and finally, as shown in fig. 7, 11 and 12, the positioning claws 66 are arranged at intervals on the top of the control panel assembly to be clamped on the corresponding cross beam 9 on the box body 5, as shown in fig. 11, the cross beam 9 is provided with the clamping holes 8 for being clamped with the positioning claws 66. Further, referring to fig. 12, screws 101 are screwed to the two positioning claws 66 at the top ends of the control panel assembly fixed to the housing 5 to be fastened to the cross member 9.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (15)

1. A control panel assembly of a washing machine comprises a box body, wherein a mounting plate is arranged on the box body, a mounting hole is formed in the mounting plate, and a plurality of inserting parts are correspondingly and convexly arranged at one end of the control panel assembly;
the insertion part comprises a supporting part close to one side of the internal structure of the washing machine and a cutting groove part close to one side of the surface of the box body, in the process of rotationally assembling the control panel assembly on the washing machine, the cutting groove part is cut by the mounting hole to form a cutting groove, and the end surface of the inner side of the mounting hole abuts against the supporting part;
one side of keeping away from washing machine inner structure on the mounting hole is the cutting side, the supporting part with cutting side complex one side is provided with the holding surface, grooving portion is including setting up the holding surface on the protruding muscle, at control panel assembly to washing machine rotation assembly's in-process, the cutting side cutting of mounting hole the protruding muscle after, the butt is in the holding surface on.

The control panel assembly of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cabinet includes a front panel having a laundry inlet, the top of the front panel is folded to form a horizontal mounting plate, a plurality of mounting holes are formed on the surface of the mounting plate, the insertion parts at one end of the control panel assembly are respectively inserted into the mounting holes, and the mounting holes cut the insertion parts to form cutting grooves when the other end of the control panel assembly rotates toward the washing machine.
3. A control panel assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cut side of the mounting hole is fitted with the surface of the rib after the insertion part is inserted into the mounting hole, so that the cut side cuts the rib during the process of rotating and assembling the control panel assembly to the cabinet.

The control panel assembly of a washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the rib is cut at the cut side of the mounting hole and then attached to the support surface of the support portion, and the support surface blocks the cut side to prevent the cut side of the mounting hole from further cutting the support portion.
5. A control panel assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the support surface of the support part is an arc surface or a flat surface, and the end surface of the cut side of the mounting hole is correspondingly configured as an arc surface or a flat surface.
6. A control panel assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the support surface is a flat surface, the rib is provided on the flat surface, the mounting hole is a square hole, and one side of the square hole abuts on the flat surface after cutting the rib.
7. A control panel assembly for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the ribs are provided in plurality, and the plurality of ribs are spaced in the same direction.
8. A control panel assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein a distance between adjacent ribs is not less than a width of the ribs.
9. A control panel assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the width of the rib is 1mm-2 mm.
10. A control panel assembly for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the length of the insertion part is longer than the mounting hole by 0.1mm to 1.0mm in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the control panel assembly.

The control panel assembly of a washing machine as claimed in claim 10, wherein the length of the support part of the insertion part is matched with that of the mounting hole in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the control panel assembly, and the length of the cutout part of the support part is 0.1mm to 1.0 mm.
12. A control panel assembly for a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the mounting plate has a hardness greater than that of the insertion part.
13. A control panel assembly of a washing machine as claimed in claim 12, wherein the mounting plate is made of a material different from that of the insertion part.
14. A control panel assembly for a washing machine as claimed in claim 13, wherein the mounting plate is made of a metal material, and the insertion part is made of a plastic material.
15. A washing machine having the control panel assembly of any one of claims 1 to 14.
