Abstract
The embodiment of the application provides a display device and a wall-mounted air conditioner. The display device includes: the mounting bracket is provided with a connecting part which is connected with the body of the air conditioner; the display component is limited on the mounting bracket and is movably connected with the mounting bracket, and the display component comprises a display plate; and the pre-tightening mechanism is matched with the mounting bracket and the display assembly and is used for providing pre-tightening force for the display panel, which is close to the panel of the air conditioner, so that the display panel is abutted against the panel. The display device provided by the embodiment of the application ensures that the panel and the display panel of the air conditioner do not need to rely on a fixed connection structure with accurate matching to ensure good matching of the display panel and the panel, but can ensure good matching of the display panel and the panel through the pre-tightening mechanism of the display device. Background
At present, an indoor unit of a wall-mounted air conditioner is limited by an assembly structure, and a display panel can only be adapted to one air conditioner panel, so that the universality is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the application is to provide a display device with a display panel capable of adapting to different panels.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: a display device, comprising: the mounting bracket is provided with a connecting part which is connected with the body of the air conditioner; the display component is limited on the mounting bracket and is movably connected with the mounting bracket, and the display component comprises a display plate; and the pre-tightening mechanism is matched with the mounting bracket and the display assembly and is used for providing a pre-tightening force for the display panel, which is close to the panel of the air conditioner, so that the display panel abuts against the panel.
The display device provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a mounting bracket, a display assembly and a pre-tightening mechanism. Detailed Description
The principles and features of the present application are described below with reference to the drawings, the examples are illustrated for the purpose of illustrating the application and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the application.
As shown in fig. 2, one embodiment of the present application provides a display device 100 including: a mounting bracket 1, a display assembly 2 and a pretensioning mechanism 3.
Wherein the mounting bracket 1 is provided with a connection portion 11 as shown in fig. 1. The connection part 11 is provided to be connected to the body 5 of the air conditioner.
The display component 2 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and is movably connected with the mounting bracket 1. The display assembly 2 comprises a display panel 21.
The pre-tightening mechanism 3 is matched with the mounting bracket 1 and the display assembly 2, and is used for providing pre-tightening force for the display panel 21 to be close to the panel 4 of the air conditioner so as to enable the display panel 21 to be abutted against the panel 4, as shown in fig. 6.
The display device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a mounting bracket 1, a display assembly 2 and a pre-tightening mechanism 3. The mounting bracket 1 is a mounting carrier for the display assembly 2. The display assembly 2 comprises a display panel 21 for cooperating with a panel 4 of an air conditioner to realize a display function of the air conditioner. The pre-tightening mechanism 3 is used for providing pre-tightening force for the display panel 21, so that the display panel 21 can be abutted against the panel 4 after the assembly is completed, and good matching of the display panel 21 and the panel 4 is realized.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 1 is provided with a connection portion 11, and the connection portion 11 can be connected to the body 5 of the air conditioner, so that the display module 2 can be indirectly fixed to the body 5 of the air conditioner through the mounting bracket 1, as shown in fig. 3, instead of being fixed to the panel 4 of the air conditioner. In this way, the display module 2 and the panel 4 are independent of each other without any connection therebetween.
On the other hand, the display component 2 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and can move relative to the mounting bracket 1, so that the display component 2 can move in a certain range in the assembly process, and then can be abutted against the panel 4 under the action of the pre-tightening mechanism 3 and cannot be damaged. Like this, after the air conditioner assembly is accomplished, display panel 21 can be self-adaptation with panel 4 laminating, pretension under pretension mechanism 3's effect, as shown in fig. 6, guarantee not leak light between display panel 21 and the panel 4, realize the good laminating of display panel 21 and panel 4, guarantee the stability of display panel 21.
In this way, the panel 4 and the display panel 21 of the wall-mounted air conditioner 200 do not need to rely on a precisely matched fixed connection structure to ensure good matching between the display panel 21 and the panel 4, but can ensure good matching between the display panel 21 and the panel 4 through the pre-tightening mechanism 3 of the display device 100. Therefore, the display device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application has better universality, can be adapted to different panels 4, is beneficial to reducing the design cost and the production cost of manufacturers, and also enables the panels 4 to be designed in a diversified manner.
In an exemplary embodiment, the pretensioning mechanism 3 comprises at least one first elastic element 31, as shown in fig. 2. The first elastic member 31 is arranged to provide a pre-tension force to the display assembly 2.
Wherein the first elastic member 31 may be arranged to provide a pre-tension to a middle region of the display assembly 2.
The pre-tightening mechanism 3 includes a first elastic member 31, and the first elastic member 31 can provide a pre-tightening force to the middle area of the display assembly 2 by using a restoring elastic force thereof. The pretightening force is provided for the middle area of the display component 2, which is favorable for balancing the stress of the display component 2, thereby improving the stability and smoothness of the display component 2 in the process of moving relative to the mounting bracket 1.
Illustratively, the number of first elastic members 31 is plural, and as shown in fig. 2, the plural first elastic members 31 are disposed at intervals.
In one specific example, as shown in fig. 2, the surface of the display assembly 2 facing the mounting bracket 1 is generally rectangular. The number of the first elastic pieces 31 is two, and the two first elastic pieces 31 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the display assembly 2 to provide pretightening force for the middle area of the display assembly 2.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first elastic member 31 has a free end 311 and a fixed end 312, as shown in FIG. 2. One of the display assembly 2 and the mounting bracket 1 is connected to the fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31, and the other is abutted against the free end 311 of the first elastic member 31.
In this embodiment, the first elastic member 31 takes a form in which one end is fixed and one end is free, and an elastic deformation function is achieved by the swing of the free end 311. The fixed end 312 of the first elastic piece 31 is fixedly connected with the display assembly 2 or the mounting bracket 1, so that the position stability and the use reliability of the first elastic piece 31 are ensured, and the first elastic piece 31 can be effectively prevented from shifting, tilting and the like in the use process, thereby being beneficial to improving the use reliability of products.
In an exemplary embodiment, the display assembly 2 further includes a display box 22, the display box 22 is limited to the mounting bracket 1 and movably connected to the mounting bracket 1, and the display panel 21 is fixed to the display box 22. One of the display box 22 and the mounting bracket 1 is connected to the fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31, and the other is abutted against the free end 311 of the first elastic member 31.
The display assembly 2 includes a display case 22 and a display panel 21. The display case 22 plays a role of fixing and protecting the display panel 21. During assembly, the display panel 21 is fixed to the display case 22 such that the display panel 21 and the display case 22 form a module. Then, the display box 22 is arranged on the mounting bracket 1, so that the display panel 21 can be indirectly limited on the mounting bracket 1. Since the display box 22 is movably connected with the mounting bracket 1, the display panel 21 can move with the display box 22 relative to the mounting bracket 1.
Because the fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31 is fixedly connected with the display box 22 (or the mounting bracket 1), and the free end 311 abuts against the mounting bracket 1 (or the display box 22), the first elastic member 31 is ensured to provide a pretightening force for the display box 22, and then the pretightening force is indirectly provided for the display plate 21, so that the display plate 21 is ensured to abut against the panel 4 under the pretightening force.
In an exemplary embodiment, the first elastic member 31 is a spring plate, as shown in fig. 2.
The first elastic piece 31 is in the form of a spring piece, has a simple structure and is convenient for processing and forming; the elastic deformation capability of the first elastic piece 31 is improved, so that the elastic pretightening force which can be applied by the first elastic piece 31 is improved, and the matching reliability of the display panel 21 and the panel 4 is further improved; and contributes to weight saving of the display device 100.
In an exemplary embodiment, the spring plate is provided with a fixed end 313, as shown in FIG. 2. This is advantageous to further improve the elastic deformation capability of the elastic sheet, further improve the pretightening force applied by the elastic sheet to the display assembly 2, and further improve the reliability of the matching between the display panel 21 and the panel 4; and contributes to weight saving of the display device 100.
In one specific example, the spring is rectangular, as shown in fig. 2. The fixed end 313 is rectangular.
In an exemplary embodiment, one of the display assembly 2 and the mounting bracket 1 to which the fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31 is coupled is provided with a escape groove 13 for escaping the free end 311 of the first elastic member 31, as shown in fig. 2.

Further, the display assembly 2 further comprises a display box 22, the display box 22 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and movably connected with the mounting bracket 1, and the display plate 21 is fixed on the display box 22. Both ends of the first elastic member 31 are respectively abutted against the display case 22 and the mounting bracket 1.

In an exemplary embodiment, the pretensioning mechanism 3 may specifically cooperate with the display box 22 of the display assembly 2, as shown in fig. 2, to provide pretensioning force to the display panel 21 adjacent to the panel 4.
In a specific example (not shown in the drawings), the pre-tightening mechanism 3 includes a first elastic member 31, the first elastic member 31 is a spring piece, a fixed end 312 of the first elastic member 31 is fixedly connected with the display box 22, and the display box 22 is provided with the avoidance groove 13. In one exemplary embodiment, the first mounting cavity 221 is a rectangular cavity. The number of the limiting hooks 222 is four, as shown in fig. 2, the four limiting hooks 222 are symmetrically arranged on two long edges of the top of the first mounting cavity 221, and are used for clamping and fixing the display panel 21.
In an exemplary embodiment, the display case 22 is provided with a relief hole (not shown in the drawing), through which one end of the first elastic member 31 abuts against the display panel 21, as shown in fig. 6. In this embodiment, the first elastic member 31 directly abuts against the display panel 21, and may directly provide a pre-tightening force to the display panel 21.
The first elastic member 31 may be a spring plate (as shown in fig. 6) having a free end 311 and a fixed end 312, or may be a spring.
In an exemplary embodiment, the bottom wall of the first mounting recess 221 is further provided with a supporting protrusion 224 for supporting the display panel 21, as shown in fig. 2. The number of the supporting protrusions 224 is four, and as shown in fig. 2, four supporting protrusions 224 are provided at four corners of the first mounting recess 221. In this way, the display panel 21 is stably held between the four support protrusions 224 and the four limit hooks 222. In addition, the surface of the display panel 21 facing the bottom wall of the first mounting cavity 221 may also be provided with some electronic components, which is beneficial to optimizing the structural layout of the display panel 21.
In an exemplary embodiment, the pretensioning mechanism 3 comprises at least one second elastic element 32, as shown in fig. 2. The second elastic member 32 is arranged to provide a pre-tension to the display assembly 2.

The pretightening force is provided for the edge area of the display component 2, so that the display component 2 can be conveniently adjusted in position in a certain range according to different shapes of the panels 4, and further good matching with different panels 4 is realized.
For the scheme that pretension mechanism 3 includes first elastic component 31 and second elastic component 32, first elastic component 31 cooperates with second elastic component 32, can provide sufficient pretightning force to display module 2, and guarantees the stability of display module 2 for display module 2 can support the different panel 4 in adaptation, is favorable to the diversified design of panel 4.
Of course, the pretensioning mechanism 3 may also comprise only the first elastic member 31 or only the second elastic member 32.
In an exemplary embodiment, two ends of the second elastic member 32 respectively abut against the display assembly 2 and the mounting bracket 1.
In this embodiment, two ends of the second elastic member 32 are in an abutting manner to cooperate with the display assembly 2 and the mounting bracket 1, which is beneficial to increasing the selection range of the second elastic member 32, such as a spring, a shrapnel, an elastic block, an elastic ball, etc., so that the selection can be reasonably performed as required.
In an exemplary embodiment, the display assembly 2 further includes a display box 22, the display box 22 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and is movably connected with the mounting bracket 1, the display panel 21 is fixed on the display box 22, and two ends of the second elastic member 32 respectively lean against the display box 22 and the mounting bracket 1. Both ends of the second elastic member 32 are abutted against the display box 22 of the mounting bracket 1 and the display assembly 2.
In this way, the second elastic member 32 can provide a pre-tightening force for the display box 22, and further indirectly provide a pre-tightening force for the display panel 21, so as to ensure that the display panel 21 abuts against the panel 4 under the action of the pre-tightening force.
Of course, for the solution that the display assembly 2 includes the display box 22 and the display panel 21, the display box 22 may be provided with an avoidance hole for avoiding the second elastic member 32, so that two ends of the second elastic member 32 may also abut against the mounting bracket 1 and the display panel 21.
In an exemplary embodiment, the display assembly 2 has four corners, and the number of the second elastic members 32 is four, and as shown in fig. 2, the four second elastic members 32 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence with the four corners.
Four corners of the display component 2 are provided with second elastic pieces 32, and each corner of the display component 2 can elastically move under the action of the reset elastic force of the second elastic pieces 32, so that the display component 2 can be adjusted to a required shape within a certain range, the abutting requirements of different panels 4 are met, and the use reliability of the display panel 21 adaptive abutting panel 4 is improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the mounting bracket 1 is provided with a second mounting recess 12, as shown in fig. 2, the second mounting recess 12 being adapted to the display assembly 2. A locating post 14 is provided in the second mounting recess 12, as shown in fig. 2. The second elastic member 32 is a spring, as shown in fig. 2, and is sleeved on the positioning post 14.
The second installation concave cavity 12 is arranged on the installation support 1, so that the display assembly 2 can be positioned and protected, and the fixing reliability of the display assembly 2 can be improved. The second elastic member 32 adopts a spring, and has simple structure, low cost and good elasticity. The positioning column 14 is set in the second mounting concave cavity 12, and the spring is sleeved on the positioning column 14, so that the spring can play a role in elastically supporting the display assembly 2. The positioning column 14 can perform a positioning function on the second elastic member 32 to prevent the spring from tilting and shifting, so as to improve the reliability of the display device 100.
In an exemplary embodiment, the mounting bracket 1 is provided with a guide slot 15, as shown in fig. 2. The display assembly 2 is provided with a guide catch 223 as shown in fig. 2. The guiding hook 223 is clamped with the guiding clamping groove 15, and the guiding hook 223 is in sliding fit with the guiding clamping groove 15, so that the display component 2 is limited on the mounting bracket 1 and is movably connected with the mounting bracket 1.
The guiding hook 223 is clamped with the guiding clamping groove 15, so that the display component 2 can be limited on the mounting bracket 1, and the display component 2 cannot be separated from the mounting bracket 1. And, the size of direction draw-in groove 15 is great relatively for direction pothook 223 and direction draw-in groove 15 sliding fit realize the swing joint of display module 2 and installing support 1, guarantee that direction pothook 223 can be along direction draw-in groove 15 to being close to or keep away from panel 4 the direction motion, and then guarantee that display panel 21 can support panel 4 under pretension mechanism 3's effect. In the movement process of the display component 2 relative to the mounting bracket 1, the guide hook 223 is matched with the guide clamping groove 15, so that a good limiting effect and a good guide effect are achieved, and the stability and smoothness of the display component 2 in the movement process are ensured.
Further, for the case where the display module 2 includes the display case 22 and the display panel 21, the guide catch 223 is provided on the display case 22 as shown in fig. 2.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 2, the second installation cavity 12 is rectangular, and guide clamping grooves 15 are respectively arranged at four corners of the second installation cavity 12. Four guide hooks 223 are correspondingly arranged on the outer side wall of the display box 22. The four guide hooks 223 are matched with the four guide clamping grooves 15 one by one, so that stability of the display assembly 2 in the moving process is effectively ensured.
Further, the guide clamping groove 15 is a trapezoid groove, as shown in fig. 2, and is specifically a right trapezoid. Thus, the guide clamping groove 15 is provided with a bevel edge, so that the display assembly 2 can be conveniently and moderately inclined within a certain range, and the adaptation requirement of panels 4 with different shapes can be met.
In an exemplary embodiment, the sliding displacement of the display assembly 2 relative to the mounting bracket 1 is less than 15mm.
Limiting the sliding position of the display assembly 2 relative to the mounting bracket 1 to a range of less than 15mm prevents the pretensioning mechanism 3 from being deformed excessively to fail.
Of course, the sliding displacement of the display module 2 with respect to the mounting bracket 1 is not limited to the above range, and may be adjusted as needed.
In an exemplary embodiment, the mounting bracket 1 is further provided with a routing structure (not shown in the figures) for routing the connection lines of the display panel 21.
The wiring structure is arranged on the mounting bracket 1, so that the connection line of the display panel 21 and the connection line of the control main board are facilitated, and the connection line is completely not influenced by the panel 4. Thus, the panel 4 can be disassembled and assembled as required, the influence on the display panel 21 is not required, and the panel 4 is convenient to disassemble and debug in the production process and the panel 4 is convenient to repair and electrically control after sale.
The wiring structure can comprise a wiring groove, a wiring hole, a guide plate, a winding column and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the embodiment of the present application further provides a wall-mounted air conditioner 200, including: the main body 5, the panel 4, and the display device 100 as in any of the above embodiments.
Wherein the panel 4 is connected to the fuselage 5. The connecting part 11 of the mounting bracket 1 is fixedly connected with the body 5, and the display assembly 2 of the display device 100 abuts against the panel 4.
The wall-mounted air conditioner 200 according to the embodiment of the present application includes the display device 100 according to any of the above embodiments, and thus has all the advantages of any of the above embodiments, and will not be described herein.
In an exemplary embodiment, the connection portion 11 includes a connection hole or a connection post. The body 5 can be fixedly connected with the mounting bracket 1 through fasteners such as screws.
In one illustrative embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the body 5 may include a frame 52, chassis, tongue 54, drip tray 51, electrical control box 55, etc. The bottom of the face frame 52 is connected to the bottom case 53, and encloses an installation space. The face frame 52 has an opening, and the panel 4 is connected to the face frame 52 and covers the opening of the face frame 52. The water pan 51, the electronic control box 55, the volute tongue 54 and the display device 100 are all located in the installation space. The mounting bracket 1 of the display device 100 is fixed to the water receiving tray 51 by screws. The display device 100 and the electric control box 55 are distributed side by side, and the connecting wire of the display panel 21 is connected with the electric control main board in the electric control box 55 through the mounting bracket 1.
Of course, the display device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may be used for a cabinet air conditioner, a window air conditioner, or an integrated air conditioner.
Of course, the display device 100 provided in the embodiment of the application may be used for other electric appliances other than air conditioners, such as electric cookers, electric pressure cookers, etc.
In summary, in the display device and the wall-mounted air conditioner provided by the embodiments of the present application, since the display device is fixed on the body of the air conditioner and the display device is provided with the pre-tightening mechanism, the panel and the display panel of the air conditioner do not need to rely on the precisely matched fixed connection structure to ensure the good matching of the display panel and the panel, but the good matching of the display panel and the panel can be ensured by the pre-tightening mechanism of the display device. Therefore, the display device provided by the embodiment of the application has better universality, can be adapted to different panels, is beneficial to reducing the design cost and the production cost of manufacturers, and also enables the panels to be designed in a diversified manner.

Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. Claims (14)
1. A display device, comprising:
the mounting bracket is provided with a connecting part which is connected with the body of the air conditioner;
the display component is limited on the mounting bracket and is movably connected with the mounting bracket, and the display component comprises a display plate; and
the pre-tightening mechanism is matched with the mounting bracket and the display assembly and is used for providing a pre-tightening force for the display panel, which is close to the panel of the air conditioner, so that the display panel is abutted against the panel;
the pre-tightening mechanism comprises at least one first elastic piece and at least one second elastic piece, wherein the first elastic piece is used for providing pre-tightening force for the middle area of the display assembly, and the second elastic piece is used for providing pre-tightening force for the edge area of the display assembly;
the mounting bracket with the fuselage is split type assembly structure, the mounting bracket is equipped with the direction draw-in groove, the display module is equipped with the direction pothook, the direction pothook with direction draw-in groove looks joint, just the direction pothook with direction draw-in groove sliding fit, the direction draw-in groove has the hypotenuse, the hypotenuse sets up to make the display module is relative the gliding in-process of mounting bracket can take place the slope in order to adapt the panel.
2. The display device of claim 1, wherein the display device comprises a display device,
the first elastic piece is provided with a free end and a fixed end, one of the display assembly and the mounting bracket is connected with the fixed end of the first elastic piece, and the other one of the display assembly and the mounting bracket is propped against the free end of the first elastic piece.
3. The display device of claim 2, wherein the display device comprises a display device,
the first elastic piece is a spring piece.
4. The display device of claim 2, wherein the display device comprises a display device,
one of the display assembly and the fixed end of the mounting bracket, which is connected with the first elastic piece, is provided with an avoidance groove for avoiding the free end of the first elastic piece.
5. The display device of claim 1, wherein the display device comprises a display device,
and two ends of the first elastic piece are respectively propped against the display assembly and the mounting bracket.
6. The display device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein,
the display assembly further comprises a display box, wherein the display box is limited on the mounting bracket and is movably connected with the mounting bracket, and the display panel is fixed on the display box;
one of the display box and the mounting bracket is connected with the fixed end of the first elastic piece, and the other one of the display box and the mounting bracket is propped against the free end of the first elastic piece.
7. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein,
the display assembly further comprises a display box;
the display box is limited on the mounting bracket and is movably connected with the mounting bracket;
the display box is provided with a first installation concave cavity and a limit clamping hook, the first installation concave cavity is matched with the plate body of the display panel, and the limit clamping hook clamps the plate body of the display panel in the first installation concave cavity.
8. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein,
and two ends of the second elastic piece are respectively propped against the display assembly and the mounting bracket.
9. The display device of claim 8, wherein the display device comprises a display device,
the display assembly further comprises a display box, wherein the display box is limited on the mounting bracket and is movably connected with the mounting bracket, and the display panel is fixed on the display box;
and two ends of the second elastic piece are respectively propped against the display box and the mounting bracket.
10. The display device of claim 8, wherein the display device comprises a display device,
the mounting bracket is provided with a second mounting concave cavity which is matched with the display assembly; the second installation concave cavity is internally provided with a positioning column, the second elastic piece is a spring, and the spring is sleeved on the positioning column.
11. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein,
the mounting bracket is provided with a second mounting concave cavity which is matched with the display assembly; the second installation concave cavity is rectangular, and the four corners of the second installation concave cavity are provided with the guide clamping grooves;
the display assembly is provided with four corners, the number of the second elastic pieces is four, and the four second elastic pieces are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the four corners.
12. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein,
the display assembly has a sliding displacement of less than 15mm relative to the mounting bracket.
13. The display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein,
the mounting bracket is also provided with a wiring structure for wiring the connecting wires of the display panel.
14. A wall-mounted air conditioner, comprising:
a body;
a panel connected to the body; and
the display device of any one of claims 1 to 13, wherein a connection portion of a mounting bracket is fixedly connected to the body, and a display assembly of the display device abuts against the panel.
