c. welding the cut small sections of angle steel on the walkway plates to form a hanging ring, and welding two hanging rings on each walkway plate at the positions 1/3 on the two sides of the walkway plate respectively;
d. hoisting the walkway plates to one end of a bottom plate of the vestibule by using a hoisting machine for assembling the vestibule and hoisting rings on the walkway plates;
e. hang a pulley at the top of vestibule, install a hoist engine at the other end of vestibule and make draw gear, hook draw gear's couple on the rings of guidance tape, start draw gear and pull the guidance tape and move forward, reach the mounted position, then will walk guidance tape both sides and the channel-section steel welding on the vestibule bottom plate firmly, install next guidance tape in proper order, until guidance tape installation completion.
The installation method of the steel structure corridor walkway plate can be further realized by adopting the following technical measures.

In the method, the specification of the angle steel is L50 angle steel.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the method for installing the steel structure gallery walkway plate of the present invention includes the following steps:
a. the steel structure manufacturing factory completes the processing of the components according to the steel structure drawing, the steel walkway plates can process the walkway plates of the vestibule into one section or two ends (8-12 meters long) according to the length of the vestibule and the transportation requirements of the components, and the on-site assembling workload is reduced;
b. after the assembly of the corridor frame 5 is completed, the installation of the walkway plate 1 is started, and the L50 angle steel is taken firstly and cut into small sections, each section is 30mm long. Preparing a pulley and a small-sized winch;

The invention relates to a method for installing a steel structure corridor walkway plate, wherein a concrete surface layer is arranged on the walkway plate or the same line is not influenced, and an angle steel hanging ring can be embedded in concrete without being cut off. If no surface layer exists on the walkway plate or walking is influenced, the angle steel suspension ring is cut off.
According to the installation method of the steel structure corridor walkway plate, in the actual operation process, if the weight of the walkway plate is not large or a traction device and a pulley are not arranged on the site, a pull rope can be arranged to hook a hanging ring manually to drag the hanging ring to move forwards.
The mounting method of the steel structure vestibule walkway plate has the advantages that the mounting of one small piece and one small piece is not needed, the mounting labor is reduced, welding materials are saved, the construction period is shortened, and meanwhile, the mounting flatness and integrity of the walkway plate are guaranteed. e. hang a pulley at the top of vestibule, install a hoist engine at the other end of vestibule and make draw gear, hook draw gear's couple on the rings of guidance tape, start draw gear and pull the guidance tape and move forward, reach the mounted position, then will walk guidance tape both sides and the channel-section steel welding on the vestibule bottom plate firmly, install next guidance tape in proper order, until guidance tape installation completion.
