Abstract

Background
The beer is brewed by using wheat malt and barley malt as main raw materials, adding hops, gelatinizing and saccharifying in a liquid state, and fermenting in a liquid state. A stirring device is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the motor 5 close to the bottom of the cylinder body 1; a heating device 9 is arranged on a rotating shaft of the motor 5; the heating device 9 is arranged on the rotating shaft of the motor 5.
Agitating unit include puddler 7, puddler 8, the pivot both sides of motor 5 are fixed with puddler 7, 7 top fixedly connected with puddler 8 of puddler, the puddler 8 of one side is equipped with two puddlers 8 at least, puddler 8 sets up with puddler 7 is perpendicular.
The rotatory pivot that drives of motor 5 rotates, then drives agitating unit and rotates, uses through agitating unit and heating device cooperation, makes the beer heating in the cylinder body more even, prevents that beer from boiling inadequately and boiling thoroughly.
The bottom of the cylinder body 1 is provided with a discharge pipeline 19, the side face of the bottom of the cylinder body 1 is provided with a sampling pipeline 20, the discharge pipeline 19 is provided with a first valve 21, and the sampling pipeline 20 is provided with a second valve 22.
The outside of the cylinder body 1 is provided with a control box 24, a controller 25 is arranged in the control box 24, and the controller 25 is electrically connected with the temperature sensor 13, the water pump 12, the first valve 21, the second valve 22, the motor 5 and the power supply 26.
Through the controller, the motor, the valve and the water pump can be automatically controlled to monitor the temperature, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
