Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于改进型防雾膜的水果保鲜包装方法,属于水果保鲜包装方法技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:准备包装材料;S2:裁出防震海绵;S3:在防震海绵上打出放置腔体;S4:将防震海绵铺设在塑料瓦楞盒内;S5:将待包装的水果依次放置在防震海绵的放置腔体内;S6:通过气调包装机将塑料瓦楞盒内的空气进行抽真空,把空气抽出后,再充入具有一定比例的氮气、氧气和二氧化碳的混合气体,经过压膜、热塑封、切膜等环节包装而成;本发明能够显著提高水果的货架期,同时该包装方法较为复杂,提高包装成本,能够满足不同销售市场的需求,促进水果分级,提升水果产品档次,使水果的多档次销售具有更广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明属于水果保鲜包装方法技术领域,具体涉及一种基于改进型防雾膜的水果保鲜包装方法。
背景技术
水果含有丰富的碳水化合物、有机酸、维生素及无机盐,是人们日常生活中不可缺少的食品之一,但水果的生产存在较强的区域性,且水果本身存在易腐性,与消费者对于水果需求的多样性而言会产生较大的矛盾,因此水果保鲜包装变得尤为重要。
现有技术存在以下问题:现有水果保鲜包装方法为了提高消费者的购买欲望以及信任度,多是将水果放置在塑料瓦楞盒内,再通过保鲜膜进行全方位包裹,这种方法通过保鲜膜隔绝空气,降低新鲜水果内细胞的呼吸作用,以达到保鲜的效果,但包装较为简陋,不能满足不同销售市场的需求,无法促进水果分级,不利于提升水果的产品档次,降低水果的市场前景。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了一种基于改进型防雾膜的水果保鲜包装方法,具有能够显著提高水果的货架期,能够满足不同销售市场的需求,促进水果分级,提升水果产品档次,使水果的多档次销售具有更广阔的市场前景的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于改进型防雾膜的水果保鲜包装方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:准备塑料瓦楞盒、防震海绵、待包装水果、气调包装机;
S2:根据塑料瓦楞盒的面积大小裁出对应面积大小的防震海绵;
S3:在裁出的防震海绵上均匀打出若干个放置腔体;
S4:将带有放置腔体的防震海绵铺设在塑料瓦楞盒的内部;
S5:将待包装的水果依次放置在防震海绵的放置腔体内;
S6:通过气调包装机将塑料瓦楞盒内的空气进行抽真空,把空气抽出后,再充入具有一定比例的氮气、氧气和二氧化碳的混合气体,经过压膜、热塑封、切膜等环节包装而成。
本发明中进一步的,所述步骤S1中,塑料瓦楞盒为生物基生物降解塑料制成。
本发明中进一步的,所述步骤S3中,减震海绵上的放置腔体数量以及大小可根据待包装的水果决定。
本发明中进一步的,所述步骤S6中,氮气、氧气和二氧化碳的具体比例为90%:5%:5%。
本发明中进一步的,所述步骤S6中,压膜采用的是聚乙烯复合膜。
本发明中进一步的,所述步骤S6中,热塑封的温度控制在130-150℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明水果通过气调包装机将塑料瓦楞盒内的空气进行抽真空,把空气抽出后,充入90%氮气、5%氧气和5%二氧化碳的混合气体,再经过压膜、热塑封、切膜等环节包装而成,该包装方法中比例适当的氮气能够防止霉菌生长,氧气能抑制厌氧菌的繁殖,二氧化碳能抑制大多数需氧菌的繁殖,延长细菌生长的迟滞期,以达到保鲜的效果,能够显著提高水果的货架期,同时该包装方法较为复杂,提高包装成本,能够满足不同销售市场的需求,促进水果分级,提升水果产品档次,使水果的多档次销售具有更广阔的市场前景。
2、本发明压膜过程中采用的是聚乙烯复合膜,聚乙烯复合膜具有防雾的效果,方便消费者在购买水果时能够清楚的看到水果的品相,提高消费者的购买欲望以及信任度。
3、本发明塑料瓦楞盒为生物基生物降解塑料制成,废弃后能够在特定条件下进行降解,避免塑料瓦楞盒对自然环境造成破坏,具有环保功效,提高该包装方法的市场竞争力。
4、本发明在塑料瓦楞盒的内部放置带有放置腔体的防震海绵,再将待包装的水果放置在防震海绵的放置腔体内,防震海绵可有效减少运输途中的震动对水果造成的影响,同时防震海绵的放置腔体间存在间距,可有效避免水果间发生摩擦损坏,提高水果的运输良品率。

1.一种基于改进型防雾膜的水果保鲜包装方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:准备塑料瓦楞盒、防震海绵、待包装水果、气调包装机;
S2:根据塑料瓦楞盒的面积大小裁出对应面积大小的防震海绵;
S3:在裁出的防震海绵上均匀打出若干个放置腔体;
S4:将带有放置腔体的防震海绵铺设在塑料瓦楞盒的内部;
S5:将待包装的水果依次放置在防震海绵的放置腔体内;
S6:通过气调包装机将塑料瓦楞盒内的空气进行抽真空,把空气抽出后,再充入具有一定比例的氮气、氧气和二氧化碳的混合气体,经过压膜、热塑封、切膜等环节包装而成。
