after the cutter 308 trims the edges of the packing box, at this time, the sliding rod 307 drives the cutter 308 to move upwards, and further drives the toothed plate 901 fixedly connected with the upper end of the sliding rod 307 to move upwards, and drives the gear 905 engaged with the toothed plate 901 to rotate forwards, so that the gear 905 rotates forwards for a quarter of a circle, and further under the action of the one-way bearing 903, the gear 905 drives the disc 804 to rotate forwards for a quarter of a circle clockwise through the driving rod 904, the one-way bearing 903 and the fixing rod 906, so that the first conductive plate 805 on the disc 804 contacts with the second conductive plate 806, so that the electromagnetic plate 801 corresponding to the first conductive plate 805 is electrified and magnetized, and further the permanent magnetic plate 802 drives the flat plate 402 to rotate for a quarter of a circle under the action of the attraction of the electromagnetic plate 801, so that the cutter 308 can trim different edges of the packing box, when the sliding rod 307 drives the cutter 308 to move downwards to trim the packing box, at this time, the toothed plate 901 drives the gear 905 to rotate the gear 905 backwards for a quarter of a circle, then, the inner ring of the one-way bearing 903 rotates, so that the outer ring of the one-way bearing 903 does not rotate any more, the disc 804 is kept stable when the toothed plate 901 moves downwards, and the cutter can stably cut the edges of the packaging box;
when the packing box is adsorbed at the upper end of the flat plate 402, the pressure in the strip-shaped cavity 403 is low at the moment, so that the pressure in a sealed space formed by the side wall, away from each other, of the two sliding plates 702 and the inner wall of the strip-shaped cavity 403 is higher than the pressure in the strip-shaped cavity 403, the two sliding plates 702 approach each other under the action of the pressure, meanwhile, the sealed space inhales air through the one-way air inlet pipe 704, after the packing box is cut, the motor 302 stops rotating at the moment, so that the impeller 504 stops rotating, the air is not inhaled any more in the air suction pipe 407, the pressure in the strip-shaped cavity 403 is balanced with the outside, the two sliding plates 702 are away from each other under the elastic force of the second spring 703 at the moment, the pressure in the sealed space is increased, and then, the air in the sealed space is sprayed into the L-shaped groove 701 through the one-way exhaust pipe 705, and the paper scraps in the L-shaped groove 701 are blown down into the collection frame 707 to be collected.
