Description

Stable and reliable transfer device and transfer method for bedridden patients
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a transfer device capable of stably and reliably transferring a bedridden patient and a transfer method using the transfer device.
Background
When performing surgery or physical examination using large equipment such as B-mode ultrasound, CT, or nuclear magnetic resonance, it is necessary to frequently transfer a bedridden patient. How to easily and smoothly transfer the patient without increasing the pain of the patient is a problem which troubles medical care personnel. In the existing method, medical staff jointly lift a patient from a hospital bed to a movable bed, and then lift the patient from the movable bed to a workbench of equipment after moving to a specified place. In the process, more than two medical workers need to complete the operation together, which not only wastes time and labor, but also increases the pain of patients. The moving beds on the market at present mainly comprise the following types:
1. the simple moving bed can be regarded as a trolley capable of placing a stretcher, the moving bed is simple in structure, but when the stretcher is pushed on an uneven road surface such as an up-down slope, a patient feels bumpy, and the up-down patient needs to be manually lifted. In addition, each universal wheel is independently controlled by a brake, so that the operation is inconvenient.
2. The multifunctional moving bed has more functions than a simple moving bed, and has the functions of lifting and lifting the upper part of the body and the like. The moving bed has the advantages of complex structure, large size, poor trafficability, inconvenient movement in a narrow space and still need to be manually lifted and placed by patients who get on or off the bed.
3. The invention discloses a special moving bed, such as a transfer and nursing device for paralyzed patients, which is disclosed in the invention patent of CN 112353596A, and the invention utilizes the matching of a screw rod and a nut mechanism and a hydraulic cylinder to clamp and lift the whole mattress, and realizes the transfer of the patients through manual pushing. The disadvantages of the invention are quite obvious: the appearance is larger than that of a sickbed, the trafficability is poor, and the transportation is very inconvenient; the hydraulic cylinder needs a set of hydraulic system to drive, and the whole device is very heavy and has no brake device. For another example, CN 206391102U discloses an improved medical movable hospital bed, in which the movable bed realizes the lifting of the bed board through the mutually crossed rod-shaped structures, and a plurality of springs are installed under the bed board for buffering; the moving bed is not provided with a brake device, and a patient is placed on the bed plate by a nursing staff and is pushed manually.
As can be seen from the above, although the structures of the mobile sickbed or patient moving device existing in the market or given in the patent are different, the working principles and the functions implemented by the mobile sickbed or patient moving device are different, and the following problems generally exist: firstly, the patient needs to be lifted up manually and then put on the movable bed, so that the pain of the patient is increased, and even the patient is possibly damaged; secondly, the device is heavy, poor in trafficability and inconvenient to transport; and thirdly, no brake is provided or four wheels (or two wheels) only have independent brakes and no synchronous and coordinated brake device is provided, so that the brake is inconvenient and unreliable, and potential safety hazards are brought to the transfer of patients.

The brake mechanism 6 is used for synchronous braking of four universal wheels, and as shown in fig. 7, a stepped shaft hole with a large upper part and a small lower part is arranged in a fork-shaped wheel frame shaft 61 of the universal wheel, a slide rod and a long spring 69 are arranged in the stepped shaft hole, and the slide rod is connected with a smaller hole at the lower part of the stepped shaft hole in a sliding fit manner. The upper end of the slide bar is provided with a brake disc 62, and the lower end of the slide bar is provided with a brake block 63. The long spring 69 is positioned in a larger hole at the upper part of the stepped shaft hole, the upper end surface of the long spring is abutted against the brake disc 62, and when the brake disc is in a non-braking state, the long spring 69 can enable the brake pad 63 to be separated from the contact with the rolling surface of the wheel 68, so that the rolling resistance of the wheel 68 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 8, an eccentric wheel 64 is provided above the brake disc 62, the four eccentric wheels 64 are connected two by two transmission shafts 65, and the two transmission shafts 65 are mounted on the base plate 21 by bearing seats. The two transmission shafts 65 are connected through a first chain sprocket transmission pair 66, and one of the transmission shafts is connected with a brake lever 67 arranged on the door-shaped upright post 22 through a second chain sprocket transmission pair 66. When the hand brake lever 67 is tightened, each eccentric wheel 64 is driven by the chain transmission pair 66 and the transmission shaft 65 to rotate, and the corresponding brake disc 62 is pressed downwards, so that each brake pad 63 is pressed against the corresponding wheel 68, and all four universal wheels are in a braking state. Compared with the traditional transfer vehicle with two fixed wheels and two driving wheels, the four-wheel synchronous braking mode has uniform and large braking force and can prevent the transfer vehicle from deviating during braking; compared with the traditional independent brake, the brake pedal for four wheels is prevented from being stepped by medical staff around the vehicle body, which is particularly important for the brake on a slope road.
The telescopic handle 7 is provided on the floor 21 for pushing the transfer cart 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the telescopic handle 7 includes a frame-shaped handle body 71, a pair of insertion bars 72 is connected to a lower end of the frame-shaped handle body 71, an insertion sleeve 73 corresponding to the insertion bars 72 is provided on the base plate 21, and a plug member for positioning an insertion position of the insertion bars 72 is provided on the insertion sleeve 73. The telescopic handle 7 capable of being adjusted and detached is arranged, so that the transfer trolley can avoid the bed head or the bed tail of a common ward when a patient is transferred, and the operating distance from the telescopic handle 7 to the transfer trolley can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 10, the latch assembly includes a latch housing 74, a detent pin 75 having a pull ring at one end, and a compression spring 76 extending the insertion end of the detent pin 75 out of the latch housing 74. When the inserting position of the insert 72 in the inserting sleeve 73 is adjusted, the positioning pin 75 is pulled up by the pull ring and the insert 72 is moved, and the pull ring is released at a proper position, so that the positioning pin 75 is inserted into the insert 72 again. The structure of the plug pin assembly is equally applicable to the bayonet pin 55 based on the same principle.
In order to guide the use of the transfer device, the invention also discloses a transfer method using the transfer device, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, as shown in fig. 11-12, the transfer bed board 1 is placed on one side of the hospital bed, and then the patient is translated to the transfer bed board 1. For the patient who can turn on one's side, can turn on one's side earlier to reduce the amount of movement to patient. Because the transfer bed board 1 is thin and has a smooth surface, the patient can be easily moved by only two medical workers or even one medical worker, and the physical consumption of the medical workers can be greatly reduced.
And 2, pushing the transfer device to one side of a sickbed, enabling the rigid hook body 3 to be positioned right above the transfer bed plate 1, and tensioning the hand brake rod 67. The C-shaped configuration of the transfer cart 2 enables the floor 21 to enter the bottom of the bed with the upper suspension 23 positioned directly above the bed. After the bed board 1 is hooked and transferred, the gravity center of the transfer trolley 2 can be stabilized by the C-shaped structure, and the side turning is prevented.
And 3, as shown in fig. 13, lowering the rigid hook 3 by the manual winch 4, enabling the four rotating hook plates to be hooked on the bottom surface of the transfer bed plate 1, and then lifting the rigid hook 3 to a certain height by the manual winch 4 to enable the transfer bed plate to leave the sickbed.
Step 4, as shown in fig. 14, the inserting positioning pin 55 is pulled, the rotating support rod 5 is rotated to horizontally fix the rotating support rod 5, and then the vibration absorption buffer block 56 on the rotating support rod 5 is clamped in the groove 13 in cooperation with the lifting of the rigid hook 3, so as to fix and support the transfer bed board 1.
And 5, loosening the hand brake rod 67, moving the transfer device to a specified position, reversely operating the steps, transferring the patient to a sickbed, drawing out the transfer bed plate 1, and completing the transfer of the patient.
In the above steps, since the four suspenders 32 block the lateral direction of the patient, the patient can be prevented from rolling off laterally. By the same token, the transfer device may also be used to move a bedridden patient from a hospital room to an operating room, or from an ambulance to a hospital room or examination room.
Example 2:
in this embodiment, the transfer device is used to move a bedridden patient from a ward to a detection platform of a detection device such as a CT room or a nuclear magnetic resonance room, so as to facilitate the examination of the patient.
This example differs from example 1 in that:
1. the hoister is a lead screw nut transmission pair driven by a hand wheel and a speed reducer, and the other end of the lead screw nut transmission pair is connected to the rigid hook body 3.
2. Each eccentric wheel 64 is connected with the hand brake rod 67 through a synchronous belt transmission pair, or is connected with the hand brake rod 67 through a rope pulley transmission pair.
3. During braking, the brake pads 63 are pressed against the sides of the wheels 68.
4. The vibration absorbing buffer 56 is a vibration absorbing spring.
5. The transfer vehicle is provided with a transfusion stand for hanging a transfusion bottle.
As can be seen from the above, the same effects as those of embodiment 1 can be obtained by replacing the above configuration.
In order to reduce the workload of the transfer and simplify the operation steps, unlike the transfer method of embodiment 1, in step 5, the transfer table 1 may be directly placed on a detection platform of a CT room or a nmr room and detected together with the patient. Therefore, the patient does not need to move to the detection platform, and the bed plate does not need to be drawn out when being transferred. After the detection is finished, the patient and the transfer bed board are directly moved away by the transfer device. In order to exclude the influence of the conductive material on the detection, the transfer bed plate is made of engineering plastics of non-conductive materials.
The details of which are not described in the prior art. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
