the antiphlogistic tea with the detoxification effect is prepared by the following steps:
step S1: adding honeysuckle, wild chrysanthemum flower, raw licorice, forsythia and cordate houttuynia in parts by weight of the formula into an oven, drying for 4 hours at the temperature of 40 ℃, adding the dried honeysuckle flower, wild chrysanthemum flower, raw licorice, forsythia and cordate houttuynia into a pulverizer together with crystal sugar, pulverizing, and sieving with a 60-mesh sieve to obtain traditional Chinese medicine powder;

adding the mixed tea powder into a feed hopper 202 of an automatic tea bag charging and sealing machine, enabling the mixed tea powder to fall to the bottom end of a discharging pipe 203, sealing the bottom end of the discharging pipe 203 by the upper surface of a material rotating disc 204, starting a driving motor 401, driving a main driving belt wheel 402 to rotate by the output end of the driving motor 401, driving a driven belt wheel 404 to rotate by the main driving belt wheel 402 through a belt, driving an input end of a speed reducer 403 to rotate by the driven belt wheel 404, driving a transmission shaft 405 to rotate by the output end of the speed reducer 403 through a coupler 407, driving a transmission gear 408 to rotate by the transmission shaft 405, driving a turntable gear 211 to rotate by the transmission gear 408, driving a turntable shaft 210 to rotate by the turntable shaft 210, driving the material rotating disc 204 to rotate by the turntable shaft 210, and enabling the mixed tea powder in the discharging pipe 203 to quantitatively enter a material storage pipe 205 and a material storage sleeve 206 when the material storage pipe 205 and the material storage sleeve 206 rotate to the bottom end of the discharging pipe 203, when the mixed tea powder in the storage pipe 205 and the storage sleeve 206 is full, the rotating disc 204 rotates again, the storage pipe 205 and the storage sleeve 206 which store the mixed tea powder are moved to the position of the powder outlet pipe 208, the mixed tea powder falls into the powder outlet pipe 208 through the through hole, then falls into a tea bag from the bottom end of the powder outlet pipe 208, the tea bag containing the mixed tea powder moves downwards, the pushing cylinder 603 and the cutting cylinder 607 are started again, the tea bag containing the mixed tea powder is sealed and cut off and separated, a tea bag is prepared, and the tea bag falls into the tea bag receiving hopper 7 to be collected.

Claims (7)

1. An anti-inflammatory tea with detoxification efficacy is characterized in that: the feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of green tea, 15-25 parts of jasmine flower, 15-20 parts of houttuynia cordata, 8-10 parts of honeysuckle, 5-7 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 2-3 parts of raw liquorice, 2-3 parts of fructus forsythiae and 3-5 parts of rock sugar;
the antiphlogistic tea with the detoxification effect is prepared by the following steps:
step S1: adding flos Lonicerae, flos Chrysanthemi Indici, Glycyrrhrizae radix, fructus forsythiae and herba Houttuyniae into oven, drying at 40-45 deg.C for 4-6 hr, adding into pulverizer together with crystal sugar, pulverizing, and sieving with 60 mesh sieve to obtain Chinese medicinal powder;
step S2: pulverizing green tea and flos Jasmini sambac to particle size of 1-5mm to obtain scented tea powder, and mixing with the Chinese medicinal powder to obtain mixed tea powder;
step S3: starting a feeding motor (305), wherein an output end of the feeding motor (305) drives a feeding driven belt wheel (307) to rotate through a feeding driving belt wheel (306) and a belt, the feeding driven belt wheel (307) drives a cloth roller (302) to rotate, the non-woven fabric (303) passes through a plurality of cloth guide rollers (304) and then passes through a cloth rolling hopper (105), the non-woven fabric (303) is curled through the cloth rolling hopper (105) and then folded into two pairs of edge sealing rollers (509), the two edges of the folded non-woven fabric (303) are sealed through heating and extrusion of the edge sealing rollers (509), the bottom end of the non-woven fabric (303) after being sealed is extended into a space between two sealing clamping blocks (606), a pushing cylinder (603) is started, the output end of the pushing cylinder (603) is extended, the two sealing clamping blocks (606) are mutually close to each other, and the bottom ends of the non-woven fabric (303) are heated, extruded and sealed through the clamping blocks (606), simultaneously starting a cutting cylinder (607), driving a cutting blade (610) to move by the output end of the cutting cylinder (607), cutting off redundant non-woven fabrics (303), and making the bottom ends of the non-woven fabrics (303) into tea bags with three sealed sides;
step S4: adding the mixed tea powder into a feed hopper (202) of an automatic tea bag charging and sealing machine, enabling the mixed tea powder to fall to the bottom end of a discharging pipe (203), starting a driving motor (401) to enable a material rotating disc (204) to rotate, enabling the mixed tea powder in the discharging pipe (203) to quantitatively enter a material storing pipe (205) and a material storing sleeve (206) when the material storing pipe (205) and the material storing sleeve (206) rotate to the bottom end of the discharging pipe (203), enabling the material rotating disc (204) to rotate again, moving the material storing pipe (205) and the material storing sleeve (206) which store the mixed tea powder to the position of a powder discharging pipe (208), enabling the mixed tea powder to fall into the powder discharging pipe (208) through a through hole, then falling into a tea bag from the bottom end of the powder discharging pipe (208), enabling the tea bag containing the mixed tea powder to move downwards, starting a pushing cylinder (603) and a cutting cylinder (607) again, sealing and separating the tea bag containing the mixed tea powder, preparing a tea bag, dropping the tea bag into a tea bag receiving hopper (7) and collecting the tea bag;
step S5: placing the tea bag into a microwave sterilization machine, controlling the microwave frequency of 2000-2400MHz, and sterilizing for 1-3min to obtain the anti-inflammatory tea product.
