Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure may be more clearly understood, aspects of the present disclosure will be further described below. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced in other ways than those described herein; it is to be understood that the embodiments disclosed in the specification are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments.
In article management, for example, in the management of non-intelligent articles such as industrial products, commodities, and new articles formed by packaging and packaging combination of the products, logistics units, and combination thereof, information identifiers given to the articles are the basis for realizing the information management of the articles, and the information identifiers are used for realizing the integration of the information identifiers and the articles by binding data carriers bearing article identification information with the articles, so that in the subsequent article transportation and circulation management, a code recognition device acquires the article identification information of the articles by a machine recognition method and performs corresponding business operations.
The article identification information is used to record information related to the article corresponding to the article, and for example, the article identification information includes, but is not limited to, one or more of the following information: industry information, enterprise information, category information, dimension information, packaging specification, packaging material information, packaging level information, article number information, and the like.
The item identification information may encode the item. The following description will be given with article identification information as an article code. The article code has a plurality of different coding systems and coding structures, has relative stability and continuity, and has uniqueness. The technology of data carriers for machine reading is constantly evolving.
In the field of article management, in various application scenarios such as supply chains, in order to realize statistics, management, and the like of articles, it is generally necessary to encode related information of the articles to form article codes, and the article codes may be stored in article tags in various different forms, that is, the article tags may be used to carry article codes, for example, information such as enterprise codes, category codes, and/or article numbers. Then the article label is adhered, clamped or riveted on the surface of the article or the outer packing case, and circulates with the article, the article code is obtained by arranging the codes of different information of the article according to the preset sequence, so that the article and the article code are in one-to-one correspondence.
Under various scenes, the related information of the article can be obtained through the article code carried in the article label, so that the article can be managed.
The article label carrying the article code has various forms, for example, article labels in the form of bar codes or two-dimensional codes can be used for carrying the article code.
Among them, the barcode is the label of the article which is developed at the earliest and is also the common article label at present. With the development of two-dimensional codes in recent years, article labels in the form of two-dimensional codes are also gradually developed.
However, for the above article tags in the form of bar codes or two-dimensional codes, when the article codes of the articles need to be known, the article tags on the articles need to be scanned one by one at a short distance (about 1 meter), and the article tags cannot be shielded during scanning, for example, when the article tags are bar codes, the bar codes cannot be shielded so that the article codes can be known through scanning.
However, this makes it inefficient to know the item codes of a large number of different items, for example, when a supermarket checks items in a warehouse, if the barcodes of a large number of items are scanned one by one at a close distance, a large amount of labor and time are consumed. In addition, the mode of scanning the bar code and knowing the article code of the article is that under the condition that the article label is pasted on the surface of the article and the article has an outer package, the outer package needs to be disassembled to scan the article label on the surface of the article arranged in the outer package, so that the article code can be known, however, the sales are affected by the disassembly of some outer packages, the outer packages cannot be disassembled, and the article code cannot be known. The outer package can be removed, and the process of removing the outer package further causes more labor and time to be consumed for obtaining the code of the article. How to improve the article management efficiency becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
In order to solve the above problem, the present disclosure provides a data transmission method, in which an item code is stored in an item tag, so that, in a scenario of multiple item management, the item code broadcasted by the item tag is quickly obtained based on a short-distance wireless communication technology, thereby improving the item management efficiency.
The short-range wireless communication technology is various, and can be an intelligent short-range wireless communication technology such as bluetooth, RFID, LoRa or NBIoT.
Short-range wireless communication technologies that are relatively widely used and have relatively mature technologies are currently the RFID technology and the bluetooth technology.
The following describes RFID technology in short-range wireless communication technology, which transmits or receives information by electromagnetic waves to identify an object.
RFID has started to evolve rapidly after the 60-70 s, in the 80-90 s different technical products and applications were derived from different radio frequency bands, and international standardization work was started at the end of the 90 s.
The low-frequency or high-frequency working mode of the RFID is short-distance reading, and the RFID has multiple applications in the aspects of animal identification and card identification.
The ultrahigh frequency RFID technology has the characteristic of good penetrating and diffracting properties, so the ultrahigh frequency RFID technology has attracted wide attention in the beginning of the 20 th century, the technology research and development, the standard establishment and the large-scale application in the field are promoted, the RFID tag recognizer with excellent performance is developed and starts to be used commercially, and after years of development, part of the ultrahigh frequency RFID technology is applied in the fields of clothing, commodity identification and the like in a large scale at present.
To the condition that article label was sheltered from such as article extranal packing, need not to demolish the extranal packing, RFID still can discern reading to make article management's efficiency higher.
However, due to the problems of technology, cost, popularization and the like, the application of the ultrahigh frequency radio frequency tag for identification of the current articles is less, the number of terminal devices such as mobile phones supporting the RFID is less, and the RFID technology, especially the ultrahigh frequency RFID technology, cannot be widely applied. In addition, the RFID generally needs to be read within a distance range of about 1 meter, and the application of the RFID technology to the scene of acquiring the article codes of a large number of articles will also make the efficiency of article management not high.
The following describes bluetooth technology among short-range wireless communication technologies. In the field of short-range wireless communication, bluetooth technology is rapidly developed, the transmission distance of bluetooth is usually 1-100 meters, and more devices support the bluetooth function, and it becomes possible to implement article management by using the bluetooth technology.
The core device for realizing the Bluetooth function is a Bluetooth chip. When the Bluetooth chip leaves the factory, a manufacturer burns a Bluetooth address in the Bluetooth chip, the Bluetooth address is usually a 48-bit binary code, and the Bluetooth address is divided into two parts: the first 24 digits are the unique identification code of the manufacturer, and the last 24 digits are self-assigned by the manufacturer. The bluetooth address is used as a unique identifier of the bluetooth chip for identification in bluetooth communication, i.e. the bluetooth chip usually broadcasts its bluetooth address when broadcasting.
However, the article code is usually determined by the article manufacturer, different article manufacturers may use the same bluetooth chip manufacturer's chip, and different articles manufactured by the same article manufacturer may also use different bluetooth chip manufacturers' chips. Therefore, the one-to-one correspondence between the Bluetooth address in the article label and the article needs to be established in advance, the Bluetooth address of the article label is obtained in the article management process, and the article corresponding to the article label is determined according to the one-to-one correspondence between the Bluetooth address and the article.
The following description will be given with specific examples.
A manufacturing enterprise A purchases and obtains object labels based on Bluetooth, wherein part of the object labels are purchased and obtained from a Bluetooth device manufacturing enterprise N, part of the object labels are purchased and obtained from a Bluetooth device manufacturing enterprise S, the manufacturing enterprise A adopts a coding form of A1.001, A1.002 codes different batches or different objects under the same product, and after the corresponding object codes are written into the purchased object labels, the manufacturing enterprise A stores the one-to-one correspondence between the object codes and the Bluetooth addresses.
Manufacturing enterprise B purchases and obtains the article label based on the Bluetooth, wherein part of article labels are purchased and obtained from Bluetooth device manufacturing enterprise N, part of article labels are purchased and obtained from Bluetooth device manufacturing enterprise S, manufacturing enterprise B adopts the coding form B1.001, B1.002 codes different batches or different articles under the same product, and after writing the corresponding article codes into the purchased article labels, manufacturing enterprise B stores the one-to-one correspondence between the article codes and the Bluetooth addresses.
When the articles produced by the manufacturing enterprise a and the manufacturing enterprise B enter the ring section of the supply chain, the code identification device can acquire the bluetooth addresses corresponding to a large number of articles based on the bluetooth protocol, and the article information cannot be quickly and intuitively acquired from the bluetooth addresses.
The existing bluetooth protocol mainly aims to solve the communication problem, namely, communication is realized among different devices, so that when a bluetooth device broadcasts, a bluetooth address serving as a unique identifier of the bluetooth device is broadcasted.
However, matching the corresponding article codes with the bluetooth addresses of a large number of articles results in a large workload, and many manufacturing enterprises need to share the one-to-one correspondence between the article codes and the bluetooth addresses of all articles produced by the manufacturing enterprises to all links of a supply chain.
The present disclosure provides an article management system, which can be applied to, but not limited to, implement article management in the following scenarios:
storage environment: the method comprises the steps of product arrival confirmation, product shelf loading, product checking, product shelf unloading, product positioning, product delivery scenes and the like;
and (3) a transportation link: the method comprises the management links of vehicle loading, process temperature and humidity monitoring, vehicle product unloading and the like;
asset management: including inventory, location, indoor navigation, etc. for a certain category, a certain business, a certain batch, or a certain individual asset.
The technical solution of the present disclosure is explained below with specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an article management system provided by the present disclosure, where the article management system includes a coded identification device 100 and at least one article tag 200, and fig. 1 exemplarily illustrates n article tags 200, which are article tag 1 and article tag 2 … …, respectively, where n is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
The code recognition device 100 may be one or more, and one code recognition device 100 is exemplarily shown in fig. 1. For example, in a large warehouse, when the bluetooth coverage of one code recognition device 100 is not enough to cover the entire warehouse, in a possible implementation manner, a plurality of code recognition devices 100 may be arranged in the warehouse, for example, one code recognition device 100 is arranged in every preset area. In another possible implementation manner, at least one code recognition device 100 may be provided, and an antenna or an antenna array may be provided at intervals of a preset area, and both the antenna or the antenna array are connected to the code recognition device 100. Such that the bluetooth coverage of the coded identification device 100 is sufficient to cover the entire warehouse of items.
Each item tag 200 contains item identification information including one or more of the following item information: industry information, enterprise information, category information, model information, lot information, time information, dimensional specification information, packaging specifications, packaging material information, packaging level information, and item number information.
The industry information may be information of an industry to which the article tag belongs.
The enterprise information may be information of a manufacturing enterprise of the article to which the article tag belongs.
The category information may be information of a category of an article to which the article tag belongs, for example, if the article to which the article tag belongs is yogurt, the category information may be milk product.
The model information may be information of a model of an article to which the article tag belongs.
The batch information may be information of a production batch of the article to which the article tag belongs, and may be, for example, a batch number.
The time information may be the production time of the article to which the article tag belongs or other time information.
The dimension specification information may be information of a dimension specification of an article to which the article tag belongs.
The packing specification may be information on the dimension specification of the outer package of the article to which the article label belongs, and if the article to which the article label belongs is an outer package box, the packing specification may be the dimension specification of the outer package box.
The packaging material information may be information of a material of an outer package of the article to which the article tag belongs.
Wherein, a certain article may be wrapped with a plurality of layers, and the packaging level information may be information of the packaging level of the article to which the article label belongs. For example, if the bottled white spirit has individual packages outside the bottled white spirit and 6 packages are transported in one carton, the packaging level of the bottled white spirit may be the first layer, the packaging level of the individual packages outside the bottled white spirit may be the second layer, and the packaging level of the carton in the next outer layer may be the third layer.
The article number information can be obtained by numbering the articles according to the numbering rule, and the article number information corresponds to the articles one by one.
Optionally, the item identification information may further include version information.
The code recognition device 100 and the article tag 200 may communicate based on the bluetooth protocol, respectively.
The code recognition device 100 may be a mobile device or a fixed device, such as a handheld device, for example, the code recognition device 100 may be a device supporting bluetooth protocol, such as a router, a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet device, and the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.
The article tag 200 is configured to broadcast an identification information message corresponding to the article tag 200 based on a bluetooth protocol.
The identification information message is all article information in the article identification information contained in the article tag 200 or part of the article information in the article identification information. The identification information message does not contain bluetooth address information.
The code recognition device 100 is configured to obtain, based on a bluetooth protocol, identification information messages respectively broadcast by the at least one article tag 200; and acquiring the article identification information of the article label 200 and/or the target data of the article label 200 corresponding to the identification information message according to the identification information message.
The target data is information related to the article stored in the article tag 200. Item-related information may include, but is not limited to, the following: sensing information, logistics merchant information, warehouse information, etc., wherein the sensing information may include, but is not limited to: position information, pressure information, temperature information, and the like, a sensor may be built in the article tag 200, wherein the sensor may be a temperature sensor, a position sensor, and the like.
In the existing bluetooth communication, a data packet of a broadcast includes bluetooth address information and communication information, wherein the bluetooth address information is an identity of a main body of the broadcast message.
In practical application, the article tag 200 broadcasts the corresponding identification information message based on the bluetooth protocol, and the article tag does not broadcast the bluetooth address information but uses the identification information message instead of the bluetooth address information for broadcasting, so that the identification information message is used as the identity of the article tag 200, that is, the article tag 200 broadcasts part or all of the corresponding article identification information based on the bluetooth protocol. The code recognition device 100 acquires the identification information message broadcast by the item tag 200 based on the bluetooth protocol.
The article identification information may include one article information or may include a plurality of article information.
If the item identification information includes one kind of item information, the item tag 200 directly broadcasts the one kind of item information at the time of broadcasting.
If the article identification information includes a plurality of article information, the article tag 200 may broadcast the plurality of article information, that is, all article identification information, or a part of the plurality of article information, when broadcasting. For example, the article identification information includes enterprise information, model information, and article number information, and when the article tag 200 broadcasts, the identification information message may be the enterprise information, the model information, the article number information, or the enterprise information, the model information, and the article number information, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In a possible implementation manner, the article tag 200 broadcasts part or all of the article identification information every second preset time period, and the code recognition device 100 may obtain, based on the bluetooth protocol, the identification information messages respectively broadcast by at least one article tag 200 in a first preset time period greater than or equal to the second preset time period.
In another possible implementation manner, the article tag 200 includes a plurality of article information, the article tag 200 broadcasts the plurality of article information in sequence every fourth preset time period, and the code recognition device 100 obtains the identification information messages respectively broadcast by at least one article tag 200 based on the bluetooth protocol in a third preset time period greater than the fourth preset time period.
The third preset time period needs to be determined according to the fourth preset time period and the type number of the item information included in the item tag 200. For example, if 2 kinds of item information are contained in the item tag 200 and the fourth preset time period is assumed to be 10 minutes, the third preset time period may be set to any time length greater than 20 minutes.
In the case that the identification information message is all the article identification information, the identification information message obtained by the code recognition device 100 is the article identification information of the article tag 200.

In this embodiment, through including article management equipment in the article management system for article management is more high-efficient, and in addition, under the realization contains a plurality of codes in article management system and obtains the condition of equipment, the convenient quick management that realizes article.
The article management system provided by the present disclosure will be described below by taking article management of products produced by manufacturing enterprise a and manufacturing enterprise B in the supply chain process, and article identification information stored in an article tag as an article code as an example.
Roles contained in this example: manufacturing enterprise A, manufacturing enterprise B, logistics enterprise A and logistics enterprise B.
Suppose that manufacturer a produces product categories a1, a2, a4 … … a 10. The product types produced by the manufacturing enterprise B are B1, B2 and B3 … … B12.
The bluetooth address of the item tag produced by item tag manufacturer N is encoded with the first 48 bits of F42 owned by item tag manufacturer N. The bluetooth address of the item tag produced by item tag manufacturer S encodes the first 48 bits of 015 owned by item tag manufacturer S.
The method comprises the steps of warehousing and delivering articles in a manufacturing enterprise. After production is finished, products can be put in storage according to batches, and in the storage process, the code identification equipment can finish storage records in a rapid batch reading mode.
During shipment, a manufacturing enterprise can quickly pick out related products according to the article information (such as specified product types and batches) in the order information, and can also position the article label containing the target article information by applying mark quick positioning.
When the order is delivered, the code recognition device can acquire the article identification information of all products in the order in a rapid batch reading mode, complete the binding of the order number (such as ABC) and the identification data of the corresponding delivered product and the delivery information record, and send the record to a buyer system (such as a retail terminal and a distributor), thereby realizing the transparentization of the article information corresponding to the order and preventing channel conflict.
The logistics distribution enterprise focuses on that the role is responsible for logistics business, and can be a special article distribution enterprise, or a logistics branch or department of a manufacturing enterprise or a business enterprise. The major job of the enterprise is to combine the products into one logistics unit.
For example, for the logistics enterprise a, the products of one or more manufacturing enterprises are packaged and transported by using the packaging boxes to form a logistics unit, and an article label is given, and in the article label, the article code J1.001.001 allocated by the logistics enterprise is written.
In the logistics unit, 5 a1 products produced by manufacturing enterprise a, 3B 1 products produced by manufacturing enterprise B, and 10C 1 products produced by manufacturing enterprise C are stored, and the item code adopted by each product uniquely identifies the data structure assigned by the manufacturing enterprise, which is not described again.
Similarly, for logistics enterprise b, the distribution item code for the formed logistics unit is y1.00a.001. In the system, the item code of the product contained in the logistics unit can be stored.
After passing through the logistics enterprise, the articles enter a logistics turnover center/warehouse.
And carrying out article management in the goods receiving and dispatching link. In the goods receiving and dispatching link, the goods codes of a plurality of products contained in a plurality of logistics units can be obtained through a rapid batch reading mode, and the goods codes of the logistics units are obtained and recorded.
For example, after the packing box J1.001.001 and the packing box y1.00a.001 enter the working area of the code recognition equipment, the goods receiving can confirm that the goods receiving can be confirmed after the goods receiving codes of the packing box are received, and then the goods codes of the products in the packing box are read in the goods receiving area. Or when receiving goods, after listening to and acquiring a new article code, the code of the logistics packing box and a plurality of article codes in the packing box are collected and recorded once by batch reading mode, and the receiving event is confirmed.
And carrying out article management in a warehouse checking link. In the logistics warehouse, since the article codes contained in the article labels on all logistics units and products contain unique codes of enterprise article types, batches and single articles, the inventory process can carry out related inventory at a plurality of packaging levels and article levels.
As inventories by owner: the items of a certain logistics enterprise or a certain manufacturing enterprise can be checked in the warehouse.
For example, in a logistics warehouse, all logistics units from a logistics enterprise A can be checked, and only the logistics units with J-headed article codes need to be communicated or connected through the code identification device, so that the related article codes can be acquired and/or target data can be acquired.
Alternatively, all products from manufacturing enterprise a are inventoried, and the product corresponding to all the article codes from manufacturing enterprise a is communicated (e.g., read in batch) or linked through the code recognition device, so as to obtain the target data of the related article codes and/or article labels.
Meanwhile, for a certain category, for example, the category 2 product of the B industry of the manufacturing enterprise, only the code identification device needs to communicate or establish connection with all the products of the item code initiated by the B2, so as to obtain the target data of the related item code and/or item label.
In a retail environment for goods, such as a retail terminal enterprise placing an order (order number: ABC) with a manufacturing enterprise, the manufacturing enterprise associates the order number with the item identification information of the product of the order when shipping. When the order is conveyed to the retail terminal, the retail terminal can read the identification information of all commodity articles of the order in batches through the coding identification equipment to finish rapid receiving; and whether the order is the original order commodity can be judged by comparing the associated commodity identification information under the order number in the system with the commodity identification information of the received commodity.
The retail terminal enterprise can rapidly count the commodities (such as categories, quantities, time and date and the like) in the store on demand through the in-store code identification device, know the temporary inventory of the commodities, and facilitate activities such as temporary commodity management in the store. Meanwhile, the sale condition of commodities in the store can be rapidly counted, and replenishment is facilitated.
