The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in ram, flash memory, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, etc. storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in a memory 41, and the processor 40 reads the information in the memory 41 and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware thereof.
Corresponding to the method, the embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores machine executable instructions, and when the computer executable instructions are called and executed by a processor, the computer executable instructions cause the processor to execute the steps of the method.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of devices or units through some communication interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters indicate like items in the figures, and thus once an item is defined in a figure, it need not be further defined or explained in subsequent figures, and moreover, the terms "first," "second," "third," etc. are used merely to distinguish one description from another and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above-mentioned embodiments are only specific embodiments of the present invention, which are used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that: any person skilled in the art can modify or easily conceive the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments or equivalent substitutes for some technical features within the technical scope of the present disclosure; such modifications, changes or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included therein.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing standards, comprising:
identifying and inputting the identification number of the standard product, and determining the placement position of the standard product based on the identification number; the identification number is bound with the date information of the standard substance; the placement position corresponds to a virtual storage position of the standard product;
generating a visual interface for placing the standard product based on the virtual storage position;
detecting the date information in real time, and generating an expiration reminder aiming at the standard substance exceeding the expiration date; the expiration reminder includes a virtual storage location for the standard, the virtual storage location being used to determine an actual placement location of the standard.
2. The method for managing a standard substance according to claim 1, wherein the identification number includes basic information of the standard substance; the basic information comprises the name, the type and the number of the standard product; the type includes a hazard level;
the method comprises the following steps of identifying and recording the identification number of the standard product, wherein the steps comprise:
scanning the identification number of the standard product and carrying out image recognition to obtain basic information of the standard product; and recording the basic information into a database.
3. The method for managing standards according to claim 2, further comprising: and generating a risk prompt based on the risk level of the standard substance.
4. The method for managing a standard substance according to claim 1, wherein the identification number further includes information relating to the standard substance;
the step of identifying and entering the identification number of the standard product further comprises the following steps: inputting the related information into a database; the related information comprises related product information and compound information of the standard substance.
5. The method for managing a standard substance according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the identification number is set on the storage device of the standard product through laser recording, and the storage device comprises any one of a reagent bottle, a culture dish and a packaging box.
6. The method for managing a standard substance according to claim 1, wherein the date information includes: the production time of the standard substance, the quality guarantee period of the standard substance and the warehousing time of the standard substance;
detecting the date information in real time, and generating an expiration reminder for the standard substance exceeding the expiration date, wherein the step comprises the following steps:
generating a safe storage period for the standard based on the date information;
and comparing the safe storage periods in real time, and generating an expiration reminder for the standard substance exceeding the safe storage periods.
7. The method for managing a standard substance according to claim 1, further comprising:
displaying the overdue reminder on the visual interface in a popup mode;
and sending the overdue reminder to a manager in the form of an email.
8. The method for managing a standard substance according to claim 1, further comprising:
recording the ex-warehouse times of the standard products, and judging the residual quantity of the standard products based on the ex-warehouse times;
and when the residual quantity reaches a margin threshold value, performing inventory alarm.
9. A system for managing standards, comprising:
the identification and entry module is used for identifying and entering the identification number of the standard product and determining the placement position of the standard product based on the identification number; the identification number is bound with the date information of the standard substance; the placement position corresponds to a virtual storage position of the standard product;
the interface generation module is used for generating a visual interface for placing the standard product based on the virtual storage position;
the detection module is used for detecting the date information in real time and generating an expiration reminder aiming at the standard substance exceeding the expiration date; the expiration reminder includes a virtual storage location for the standard, the virtual storage location being used to determine an actual placement location of the standard.
10. A server comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
