After the steel wire rope 17 is extruded by the cleaning plate 17, the first guide wheel 7 and the second guide wheel 20, the deformed position is smoothed, so that the steel wire rope 17 is not easy to break and damage in use. When the wire rope 17 is wound around the outside of the storage roller 11, the first guide wheel 7 and the second guide wheel 20 can move horizontally along with the arrangement movement of the wire rope 17, so that the wire rope 17 can be wound around the outside of the storage roller 11 in a regular arrangement. When the steel wire rope 17 is wound, the moving plate 21 moves along the sliding rail 22 through the electric sliding block, the second guide wheel 20 can be pushed to move together, and the first guide wheel 7 and the cleaning plate 24 also move in the horizontal direction together after being subjected to the pulling force of the steel wire rope 17, so that the steel wire rope 17 can stably move in the first guide wheel 7 and the second guide wheel 20, the derailment phenomenon can not occur, and the abrasion between the steel wire rope 17 and the edges of the first guide wheel 7 and the second guide wheel 20 is reduced. When the first guide wheel 7 moves in the horizontal direction, the telescopic end of the telescopic column 19 at one end moves, so that the normal rotation of the first guide wheel 7 is not affected. The telescoping end of the upper third hydraulic ram 32 is retracted and the telescoping end of the lower third hydraulic ram 32 is extended outwardly, thereby causing the push plate 31 to rotate about the support 30 within the slide slot 18. The push plate 31 is inclined, the distance between the push plate and the inner wall of the sliding groove 18 is gradually increased from top to bottom, and the resistance applied by the roller 29 when moving downwards is gradually increased, so that the roller is not moved any more. So that the movable frame 2 and the vehicle carrying plate can not fall down rapidly after losing the tension of the steel wire rope 17, and the falling accident of the vehicle can be prevented when the vehicle is parked, and the safety is improved. When the steel wire rope 17 is maintained and replaced subsequently, the car carrying plate cannot fall off, the steel wire rope 17 can be replaced and maintained freely, and the operation is simpler and more efficient.
In use, the height of the shielding plate 14 can be adjusted through the first hydraulic column 16 according to the actual working environment, and the lower sealing frame 12 and the sealing folding curtain 13 can shield the driving motor 15 and the lubrication box 8. The driving motor 15 and the lubrication box 8 can not be wet in rainy and snowy days, are not easy to damage, and have long service life. In high temperature weather, can upwards remove shielding plate 14, driving motor 15 heat dissipation nature is better, and in chilly winter, shutoff frame 12 and sealed folding curtain 13 move down and can carry out winter proofing heat preservation to the spare part of bottom plate 9 top, keep higher work efficiency.

the anti-falling mechanism is arranged at the joint of the inside of the installation frame (1) and the movable frame (2); a shielding mechanism capable of moving up and down is arranged at the top of the bottom plate (9);

one side inner wall of the lubrication box (8) is connected with a fixed seat (38) at two sides of the first guide wheel (7), one end of the fixed seat (38) away from the side wall of the lubrication box (8) is connected with a cleaning plate (24), a plurality of inserting rods (23) are connected between the cleaning plate (24) and the fixed seat (38), one end of each inserting rod (23) is fixedly connected with the fixed seat (38), the other end of each inserting rod (23) is movably inserted into the cleaning plate (24), a return spring is connected between the end of each inserting rod (23) and the interior of the cleaning plate (24), and a through hole (25) is formed in the interior of the cleaning plate (24) in a penetrating manner;
one end of the steel wire rope (17) passes through the through hole (25) and bypasses the lower part of the first guide wheel (7) and the upper part of the second guide wheel (20), and finally passes through a through hole at one end of the bottom plate (9) to be connected with the pull plate (6), and a pulley for buffering the steel wire rope (17) is arranged in the through hole;
