Portable multifunctional emergency water treatment device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water treatment equipment, in particular to a portable multifunctional emergency water treatment device which can be lifted by one person on the shoulder or two hands.
Background
When emergency rescue is carried out to cope with earthquake disasters, mud-rock flows, tsunamis and the like and military field training exercise and unmanned island conservation, the problem of water consumption of personnel needs to be solved first, and the method for providing water is to carry out desalination and purification treatment on surface water, underground water, brackish water and sea water by using a water carrying vehicle or a mobile water treatment device.
The existing mobile water treatment device has two defects, namely, the device is arranged on a mobile vehicle, and the water purification device can not quickly reach the scene under the condition of road damage or mountain disaster or when an army goes deep into deep mountain dense forests; secondly, the water quality provided by the water treatment device only reaches the standard of domestic water and drinking water, but cannot provide medical water with the water quality reaching the standard of medical water, and cannot meet the requirement of on-site wounded person treatment on the medical water.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems that: the problem that the existing water treatment device has the two defects is solved, and the water treatment device convenient to carry is provided.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: a portable multifunctional emergency water treatment device comprises a shell, a raw water inlet, a domestic water outlet, a drinking water outlet and a medical water outlet are extended from the shell,
a prefilter and an ultrafiltration are sequentially connected between the raw water inlet and the domestic water outlet in the shell through pipelines;
a first booster pump, a first-stage reverse osmosis filter, an activated carbon filter and a first ultraviolet sterilizer are sequentially connected between the living water outlet and the drinking water outlet in the shell through pipelines;
the second booster pump, the second reverse osmosis filter, the resin filter and the second ultraviolet sterilizer are connected in the shell from the water outlet of the first reverse osmosis filter to the medical water outlet in sequence.
In order to increase the water supply, the first booster pump and the first stage reverse osmosis filter are two groups which are connected on the pipeline in parallel.
In order to improve the water quality, the first-stage reverse osmosis filter is composed of two reverse osmosis filters connected in series.
The arrangement taking into account the filtration accuracy is that the pre-filter is a 50 μm filter, a 5 μm filter and a 1 μm filter through which raw water flows in order.
Another arrangement considering the filtering function is that the pre-filter is a cartridge filter and an activated carbon filter through which raw water sequentially flows.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention concentrates the main device capable of providing three kinds of water, namely domestic water, drinking water and medical water, in one shell, can ensure that the weight of the whole device is controlled to be the degree of lifting by one person or two persons through selecting the specifications of each filter.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The portable multifunctional emergency water treatment device shown in the accompanying drawings 1 and 2 comprises a shell, wherein in order to show the internal structure, part of a cover plate is removed, and only a frame part of the shell is mainly reserved, a raw water inlet 1, a living water outlet 2, a drinking water outlet 3 and a medical water outlet 4 are extended out of the shell, the whole device can be placed in a knapsack or a plastic box body so as to be convenient for one person to carry or two persons to lift, and a pre-filter 5 and an ultrafiltration 6 are sequentially connected between the raw water inlet 1 and the living water outlet 2 in the shell in a pipeline manner; a first booster pump 7, a first reverse osmosis filter 8, an activated carbon filter 9 and a first ultraviolet sterilizer 10 are sequentially connected between the living water outlet 2 and the drinking water outlet 3 in the shell through pipelines; a second booster pump 11, a second reverse osmosis filter 12, a resin filter 13 and a second ultraviolet sterilizer 14 are sequentially connected between the water outlet of the first reverse osmosis filter 8 and the medical water outlet 4 in the shell through pipelines.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first booster pump 7 and the first stage reverse osmosis filter 8 are two groups which are connected on the pipeline in parallel; the first stage reverse osmosis filter 8 is a series of two reverse osmosis filters.
The prefilter 5 is a 50 μm filter, a 5 μm filter 5-1, and a 1 μm filter 5-2 through which raw water flows in this order.
The invention is used as a main device for water treatment, and the working process after being combined with a plurality of accessory devices which are also portable on site is as follows:
in the place with surface water source, a small generator set is pressed, a submersible pump is immersed into the surface water to obtain water, raw water is obtained, the water inlet pipe flows into a folding water tank, and under the action of water power, the folding water tank is popped up immediately after water inlet, so that the water tank is provided with 1m 3 A volumetric water tank; the water in the water tank continuously enters along with the pressurized water of the water intake pump, after the water intake pump is full, the pressurized water flows into the pre-filter 5 through the inlet pipeline of the upper overflow port, the pressure pump can be additionally arranged at the front end of the pre-filter 5, the pre-filter 5 is designed as a triple filter with a detachable filter core, the peculiar smell and organic matters in raw water are pretreated, the filtering precision is 40-50 mu m, the filter core can be replaced at any time according to the change of the filtering water quantity and the color of the filter core, the discharged water enters the ultrafiltration 6 again, and the characteristics that 99 percent of bacteria are trapped by the ultrafiltration membrane are utilized, so that the discharged water can meet the requirement of domestic water;
the other outlet water of the ultrafiltration 6 is connected with a first booster pump 7 and is pressed into a first-stage reverse osmosis filter 8, and the outlet water of the first-stage reverse osmosis filter 8 is adsorbed by an active carbon filter 9 and sterilized by a first ultraviolet sterilizer 10 to meet the requirement of drinking water;
the other water from the first reverse osmosis filter 8 is pressed into the second reverse osmosis filter 12 by the second booster pump 11, and then is changed into blood permeation and medical water by the resin filter 13 and the second ultraviolet sterilizer 14, and the resin filter 13 utilizes the characteristic of anion-cation exchange to make the water quality meet the requirement of purified water.
All the produced water after the water treatment respectively reaches the quality standard drinking water of the surface water environment of the domestic water GB3838, the sanitary standard of the domestic drinking water of GB5740, the standard of YY0572 hemodialysis and related therapeutic water, and the three standard-reaching water can be respectively connected into a folding water tank for storage and use.
The method is characterized in that the water quality of surface water is roughly divided, the surface water is clear, colorless and odorless, the surface water is turbid and has micro odor, the surface water of the type A can be directly used as raw water to be connected into the device, if the surface water of the type B is the surface water, the surface water is connected into a pretreatment device, turbidity and COD in the raw water are degraded through dosing and coagulation, and denitrification and dephosphorization are carried out until the water quality is clear, and then the surface water is connected into the device as raw water.
