Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water treatment equipment, in particular to a portable multifunctional emergency water treatment device capable of being carried by one person on the shoulder or two persons.
Background
When emergency rescue is carried out to deal with earthquake disasters, debris flow, tsunami and the like, military field training exercises and unmanned island conservation, the problem of water consumption of personnel needs to be solved firstly, and the method for supplying the water is to carry out desalination and purification treatment on surface water, underground water, brackish water and seawater by using a water truck for carrying the water or using a mobile water treatment device.
The existing mobile water treatment device has two defects, namely, the device is arranged on a mobile vehicle, and the water purification device cannot rapidly arrive at the site under the condition of road damage or mountain disaster areas or when troops go deep into a deep mountain forest; secondly, the water quality provided by the water treatment device only reaches the standard of domestic water and drinking water, and the water treatment device can not provide medical water with the water quality reaching the standard of medical water and can not meet the requirement that the on-site treatment and cure of the wounded needs to use the medical water.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the problem that the existing water treatment device has the defects of the two points is overcome, and the water treatment device which is convenient to carry is provided.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a portable multifunctional emergency water treatment device comprises a shell, a raw water inlet, a domestic water outlet, a drinking water outlet and a medical water outlet are extended out of the shell,
a pre-filter and an ultrafiltration are sequentially connected in the shell from the raw water inlet to the domestic water outlet through pipelines;
a first booster pump, a first-stage reverse osmosis filter, an activated carbon filter and a first ultraviolet sterilizer are sequentially connected between the domestic water outlet and the drinking water outlet in the shell through pipelines;
a second booster pump, a second-stage reverse osmosis filter, a resin filter and a second ultraviolet sterilizer are sequentially connected in the shell from the water outlet of the first-stage reverse osmosis filter to the medical water outlet through pipelines.
In order to increase the water supply amount, the first booster pump and the first-stage reverse osmosis filter are two groups which are connected on the pipeline in parallel.
In order to improve the water quality, the first-stage reverse osmosis filter is two reverse osmosis filters connected in series.
One setting that takes into account the filtration accuracy is that the pre-filter is a 50 μm filter, a 5 μm filter and a 1 μm filter through which the raw water flows in this order.
Another arrangement considering the filtering function is that the pre-filter is a cartridge filter and an activated carbon filter through which raw water flows in sequence.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention integrates three main devices which can provide domestic water, drinking water and medical water into a shell, can ensure that the weight of the whole device is controlled to the degree that one person backs up or two persons lift up by selecting the specification of each filter, when the product is tested, the device with the weight of less than 60 kilograms can meet the daily water consumption of four hundred persons, when more persons exist, the use requirement can be met by increasing the number of the device, when fewer persons exist, the first booster pump and the first-stage reverse osmosis filter can be arranged into one group instead of two groups in parallel to further reduce the weight, the water treatment equipment can be used for training army, field training, and can be carried in a backpack manner or carried by hands without being carried by a vehicle, so that the water treatment equipment can reach the camp, and the temporary water consumption of the army is solved.
