Claims (8)

1. An edging device for producing a touch screen is characterized by comprising a frame with a supporting frame, a transmission assembly, a translation edging assembly, an angle grinding assembly, a sliding edging assembly, an integral rotating assembly and a sucker assembly; the transmission assembly is arranged above the frame; the translation edge grinding assembly comprises a translation adjusting seat, a translation air cylinder, an edge grinding wheel and a translation grinding motor for driving the edge grinding wheel; the translation adjusting seat is arranged on the lower surface of a supporting plate at the top of the frame, the translation adjusting seat is arranged on the opposite outer side of a conveying belt, the translation adjusting seat moves back and forth along the running direction of the conveying belt under the driving of a translation cylinder through a translation rail, the edge grinding wheel is arranged at the top of the translation adjusting seat and runs under the driving of a translation grinding motor, the side edge of the touch screen to be subjected to edge grinding, which is close to the touch screen, moves along with the translation adjusting seat to be subjected to edge grinding, and the touch screen is restored to the original position after the set edge grinding time is finished; the angle grinding assembly comprises two moving seats, an automatic telescopic rod, two angle grinding wheels and two angle grinding motors, the two moving seats are arranged on the lower surface of a supporting plate at the top of the frame, the two moving seats are arranged at two ends of the outer side of the other conveying belt through two parallel rails, the two angle grinding wheels are respectively provided with the lower ends of the two moving seats, main bodies of the two angle grinding wheels are linked through the automatic telescopic rod and move relatively, the two angle grinding wheels respectively move and adjust to angle grinding stations, angle grinding operation is carried out under the driving of the two angle grinding motors respectively, and the angle grinding assembly is restored to the original position after the set angle grinding time is finished; the sliding edge grinding assembly comprises an I-shaped part, a top edge grinding wheel, an edge grinding motor, a transverse moving seat and a moving cylinder, the transverse moving seat transversely moves under the driving of the moving cylinder through a sliding rail arranged on one side, close to the conveying belt, of the I-shaped frame, the top edge grinding wheel is arranged on one side, close to the conveying belt, of the transverse moving seat, top edge grinding operation is carried out under the driving of the edge grinding motor, and the sliding edge grinding assembly is restored to the original position after the set edge grinding time is finished; the integral rotating assembly is arranged at a virtual central point between the two conveying belts and comprises a forward and backward rotating motor, a rotating seat and a supporting platform which are distributed from bottom to top; the top surface of the supporting platform is lower than the upper surface of the conveying belt, the supporting platform is fixed at the top of the rotating seat, and the supporting platform is supported to move in a forward and reverse rotating mode under the action of a forward and reverse rotating motor; the sucker assembly comprises four suckers and four negative pressure devices; the four suckers are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the supporting platform and respectively suck the touch screen or release the touch screen under the control of the negative pressure devices connected with the suckers.

The edge grinding apparatus for producing touch screens according to claim 1, further comprising a positioning assembly, wherein the positioning assembly comprises a first positioning assembly and a second positioning assembly for realizing accurate positioning of the touch screen in the horizontal direction, the first positioning assembly is used for realizing positioning of the touch screen in the conveying direction of the touch screen, and the second positioning assembly is used for realizing positioning of the touch screen in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, so that the touch screen is ensured to be accurately positioned before entering the processing device.

The edge grinding equipment for producing the touch screen as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first positioning component comprises a first positioning rod, a second positioning rod, a first electric control lifting seat, a second electric control lifting seat, a first transmission belt, two first transmission wheels and a first driving piece, the first positioning rod is vertically arranged on the first electric control lifting seat and is fixedly arranged close to the output end of the transmission component, the second positioning rod is vertically arranged on the second electric control lifting seat and is arranged close to the input end of the transmission component, and the second electric control lifting seat is fixedly connected with the first transmission belt and slides relative to the surface of the frame; the two first driving wheels are arranged in the running direction of the touch screen, are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the second electric control lifting seat, are in transmission connection with the first driving belt, and are driven by the first driving piece to perform multi-point contact on two sides of the touch screen, so that the touch screen is positioned in the conveying direction; after positioning, the first electric control lifting seat and the second electric control lifting seat respectively control the first positioning rod and the second positioning rod to descend, and the edge of the touch screen to be polished is reserved.

The edge grinding equipment for producing the touch screen as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second positioning assembly comprises a third positioning rod, a fourth positioning rod, a third electrically-controlled lifting seat, a fourth electrically-controlled lifting seat, a second transmission belt, two second transmission wheels and a second driving piece, the third positioning rod is vertically arranged on the third electrically-controlled lifting seat, the fourth positioning rod is vertically arranged on the fourth electrically-controlled lifting seat, is respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the transmission assembly and slides relatively to the surface of the frame; the fourth electric control lifting seat is fixedly connected with two opposite side bands of the second transmission belt, two second transmission wheels are arranged on two opposite sides of the transmission assembly and are in transmission connection with the second transmission belt, and the two sides of the touch screen are in multi-point contact under the driving of a second driving piece, so that the touch screen is positioned in the non-transmission direction; after positioning, the third electric control lifting seat and the fourth electric control lifting seat respectively control the third positioning rod and the fourth positioning rod to descend, and the edge of the touch screen to be polished is reserved.
5. An edging machine for the production of touch screens as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an automatic controller by which all the operating actions are controlled.
6. An edging machine for producing touch screens as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that said automatic controller is able to adjust the distance of the two mobile seats to the side of the touch screen where the two corners to be ground are located.
7. An edging apparatus for producing a touch screen according to claim 5, wherein said automatic controller is capable of adjusting the distance of the translational adjustment block to the touch screen to be edged.
8. The edge grinding equipment for producing the touch screen according to claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly comprises two conveyor belts and a driving motor, the touch screen to be ground is flatly laid on the two conveyor belts, and the touch screen is conveyed to a processing position under the driving of the driving motor.
