Abstract
The invention discloses an internal feeding type flexible winnowing system, wherein a feeding pipeline (2) of the system extends into a winnowing device (1), and the winnowing device (1) is divided into a plurality of winnowing areas. The invention also discloses a method for winnowing tobacco stem shreds by using the internal feeding type flexible winnowing system. The internal feeding type flexible winnowing system avoids stalk filament crushing and increases the winnowing precision.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco equipment, and particularly relates to a flexible winnowing system and method for internal feeding cut stems, which are applied to a cut stem winnowing link in a cigarette cut tobacco manufacturing process.
Background
The air separator is a special device for separating materials in the air separator by utilizing the inertia or gravity settling velocity difference of the materials under wind power, and is widely applied to tobacco, food, farming processing, chemical industry and mining industry. The stem silk winnower is applied to a stem silk winnowing link in a tobacco processing process, is generally arranged between a stem silk drying process and a stem silk flavoring process, winnowes the dried stem silk by utilizing the sedimentation velocity difference between normal stem silk and unqualified stem silk in wind power conveying, removes unqualified stem silks with high density, stem blocks, agglomerated stem silk, non-tobacco sundries and the like, and improves the purity of the stem silk. And (4) after pure and qualified cut stems are screened out, adding fragrance to the cut stems to improve the quality of the cut stems.
The design requirement of an air separator used in the tobacco industry is high, and one reason is that the physical parameter difference between the unqualified cut stems to be separated and the qualified cut stems is small, and more accurate and scientific process parameter design is needed; the second reason is that the crushing of qualified cut stems is reduced as much as possible while the pneumatic separation is realized, because the difference of the sedimentation velocity (inertia) of the cut stem separation is small and the mechanical crushing degree is large.
The cube-shaped throwing type air separator in the prior art is the most widely used stem silk air separator at present, and has the characteristics of no maintenance and high processing capacity. The main structure of the pneumatic stem sliver separator is shown in figure 5, and the pneumatic stem sliver separator comprises a throwing device 20, a single-stage winnowing chamber 21, a stem shred pneumatic conveying pipeline 26, a waste stem sliver discharging hopper 25 at the lower part and the like. The tobacco stem shred winnowing method comprises the following steps: the dried cut stems are thrown to a single-stage winnowing chamber 21 at a high speed by a throwing device 20 to fully disperse the cut stems; meanwhile, part of the stem powder runs out through the stem shred dust removal cover 23; the heavy components contained in the cut stems have different sedimentation speeds from normal cut stems, and the heavy components are settled in the single-stage air separation chamber 21 and discharged through the waste stem discharge hopper 25; the normal cut stems are conveyed to the flavoring process through the air conveying pipeline 26 under the action of negative pressure, and then the cut stems are subjected to subsequent process treatment. The cubic throwing type stem silk air separator in the prior art mainly has the following problems: 1. the feed system is large in size. Because the feeding is carried out by adopting the modes of a material throwing turning plate, a high-speed belt and the like, the mechanical crushing of the cut stems is larger. 2. The 'dead zone' exists in the air separation chamber, part of the cut stems are in a fluidized state at the right-angle wall surface of the air separation chamber and do not reach a conveying state, and the water loss and the breaking are large. 3. The unqualified cut stems have poor removing effect, or the removed material contains more qualified cut stems, or the unqualified cut stems have insufficient removing capability, and the purity cannot meet the requirement.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a flexible winnowing system for internal feeding cut stems, which is simple in structure, can avoid crushing the materials by mechanical feeding, and can effectively improve winnowing precision and material purity. The invention discloses a method for winnowing tobacco stems by using an internal feeding type flexible winnowing system, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
starting an exhaust fan, and exhausting air through an air conveying pipeline 10 by the exhaust fan to form negative pressure in the winnowing device 1; at the moment, the cut tobacco stems fall into the feeding pipeline 2 through the material slide way 5 and enter the thin waist 110 of the air separation device 1; most of the cut tobacco stems enter a first air separation area 111, and pure cut tobacco stems are extracted from the air conveying pipeline 10 after air separation and enter the next working section; part of the heavier cut tobacco stems enter the second air separation area 112 and continue to be subjected to air separation in the second air separation area 112;
meanwhile, the heavier tobacco stalk shreds entering the thin waist 110 of the air separation device 1 enter a second air separation area 112, air is supplemented to the second air separation area 112 through an air supplementing and impurity removing hopper 3, the tobacco stalk shreds are air separated in the second air separation area 112, and the pure tobacco stalk shreds after air separation enter a first air separation area 111 and are discharged from an air conveying pipeline 10 to enter the next working section;

The method for winnowing tobacco stem shreds by using the internal feeding type flexible winnowing system comprises the following steps:
starting an exhaust fan, and exhausting air by the exhaust fan through an air conveying pipeline 10 to form negative pressure in the winnowing device 1; at the moment, the cut tobacco stems fall into the feeding pipeline 2 through the material slide way 5 and enter the thin waist 110 of the air separation device 1; most of the cut tobacco stems enter a first air separation area 111, and pure cut tobacco stems subjected to air separation are discharged from an air conveying pipeline 10 and enter the next working section, such as a flavoring working section and the like; part of the heavier cut tobacco stems enter the second air separation area 112 to be continuously subjected to air separation in the second air separation area 112; meanwhile, a small part of the tobacco stems entering the thin waist 110 of the air separation device 1 enter the second air separation area 112, the air supplement impurity removal hopper 3 supplements air to the second air separation area 112, the tobacco stems are separated in the second air separation area 112, and pure tobacco stems after air separation enter the first air separation area 111 and are discharged from the air conveying pipeline 10 to enter the next working section; the heavier tobacco stems such as stem sticks, stem blocks, wet mass stem shreds and non-tobacco impurities after air separation fall into the material receiving disc 6 through a feed opening 114 at the bottom of the second air separation area 112 and are discharged through a discharge hopper 7 for further treatment; and (5) finishing the air separation of the tobacco stem shreds.
The pure tobacco stem shreds are obtained after the internal feeding type flexible winnowing system is used for winnowing the tobacco stems and the cubic throwing type winnowing machine in the prior art is used for winnowing the tobacco stems and the tobacco stems, and the comparison is shown in the following table:
