By comparing the contents of the cubilose acid and the cubilose acid sugar alcohol in the examples 1 and 2 and the comparative examples 1 and 2, the fact that the cubilose acid sugar alcohol in the examples 1 and 2 is prepared to be very suitable for being eaten by the diabetics after the pretreatment is carried out, and part of the combined cubilose acid can be converted into the cubilose acid sugar alcohol to be extracted by adding the ferric chloride and the copper chloride, and the cubilose acid sugar alcohol content in the product is higher than that of the cubilose acid, so that the cubilose acid extraction rate is improved and the cubilose is very suitable for being eaten by the diabetics; by comparing the purity of the cubilose acid and the cubilose acid sugar alcohol of the examples 1 and 2 with that of the comparative examples 1 and 2, the fact that the products prepared by the pretreatment of the examples 1 and 2 and the addition of the ferric chloride and the cupric chloride can convert part of the combined cubilose acid into the cubilose acid sugar alcohol have higher purity and have higher nutritional value when being prepared into edible cubilose products can be obviously found.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
