The go gauge detection mechanism and the no-go gauge detection mechanism respectively comprise a plug gauge bottom plate 5 and a plug head seat 6, a plug gauge driving motor 7 is arranged on the plug gauge bottom plate 5, a plug gauge lead screw 8 is mounted on an output shaft of the plug gauge driving motor 7, a plug gauge lead screw seat 9 is arranged at the rear end of the plug head seat 6, the plug gauge lead screw seat 9 is connected with the plug gauge lead screw 8 in a matched mode, a first sliding block is arranged on the bottom surface of the plug head seat 6, a first sliding rail 10 is arranged on the plug gauge bottom plate 5, the length direction of the first sliding rail 10 is the axial direction of the plug gauge lead screw 8, the first sliding block is mounted on the first sliding rail 10 in a matched mode, a displacement sensor 11 is further arranged on the plug gauge bottom plate 5, the displacement sensor 11 is located on one side of the plug head seat 6 and used for detecting displacement of the plug gauge head seat 6, a plug gauge torque sensor 12 is further arranged between the plug gauge driving motor 7 and the plug gauge lead screw 8, one end of a detection shaft of the plug gauge torque sensor 12 is connected with the output shaft of the plug gauge driving motor 7 through a coupler, and the other end of the plug gauge is connected with the plug gauge 8 through the plug gauge torque sensor, the plug gauge base, the plug gauge torque sensor is arranged, when the plug head cannot be increased, the plug head cannot be blocked in time, and the linear driving motor can prevent the plug gauge driving motor from being damaged, and the plug gauge driving motor or the plug head from being overloaded, and further prevent the plug head from being damaged; the through gauge detection mechanism 1-1 and the no-go gauge detection mechanism 1-2 have the same movement structure, and the difference is that in the through gauge detection mechanism, the front end of a plug head seat is provided with a through gauge plug head 13-1; in the no-go gauge detection mechanism, a no-go gauge plug head 13-2 is mounted at the front end of a plug head seat, two no-go gauge plug heads 13-1 are oppositely arranged, two no-go gauge plug heads 13-2 are oppositely arranged, proximity switches 37 are further arranged in the no-go gauge plug head 13-1 and the no-go gauge plug head 13-2 respectively, probes of the proximity switches 37 are located on the front end faces of the no-go gauge plug head 13-1 and the no-go gauge plug head 13-2, and electric leads of the proximity switches 37 penetrate out from the rear ends of the no-go gauge plug head 13-1 and the no-go gauge plug head 13-2.
In order to improve the moving range of the go gauge detection mechanism and the no-go gauge detection mechanism, a second sliding block 39 is arranged on the bottom surface of the plug gauge bottom plate 5, a second sliding rail 38 is further arranged on the table top of the plug gauge go-no-go detection table 1, the second sliding block 39 is installed on the second sliding rail 38, and the direction of the second sliding rail 38 is the axial direction of the plug gauge lead screw 8.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 8, a thread go-no go gauge mechanism 2-1 and a thread no-go gauge mechanism 2-2 are arranged on the thread go-no go detection table 2, two thread go gauge mechanisms 2-1 are arranged, and the two thread go gauge mechanisms 2-1 are oppositely arranged; two thread no-go gauge mechanisms 2-2 are arranged, and the two thread no-go gauge mechanisms 2-2 are oppositely arranged; the two thread go gauge mechanisms and the two thread no-go gauge mechanisms form a rectangle, and a second rotating mechanism is arranged at the center of the rectangle; the second rotating mechanism is used for placing the mounting plate 33 and driving the mounting plate 33 to rotate the two thread go-no-go gauge mechanisms which are positioned on the same side of the second rotating mechanism, and the two thread no-go gauge mechanisms are positioned on the other side of the second rotating mechanism; the middle position of the connecting line between the two thread go gauge mechanisms is provided with a workpiece pressing mechanism, and the middle position of the connecting line between the two thread no-go gauge mechanisms is provided with a workpiece pressing mechanism.
The thread go-no go mechanism and the thread no-go mechanism both comprise a thread go-no go mechanism bottom plate 14, a horizontal electric screwdriver 15-1 is installed on the thread go-no go mechanism bottom plate, a thread go-no go base 16 is arranged on the side surface of the thread go-no go base 14, a thread go-no go detection platform 2 is provided with a thread go-no go drive motor 17, an output shaft of the thread go-no go drive motor 17 is provided with a thread go-no go screw 18, the thread go-no go screw 18 is installed in a matching way with the thread go-no go base 16, and the thread go-no go drive motor 17 is provided with an encoder;
the horizontal electric screwdriver 15-1 comprises a first electric screwdriver driving motor 19-1, a first electric screwdriver rotating shaft 20-1 is arranged on an output shaft of the first electric screwdriver driving motor 19-1, a first thread gauge torque sensor 21-1 is arranged between the first electric screwdriver driving motor 19-1 and the first electric screwdriver rotating shaft 20-1, one end of a rotating shaft of the first thread gauge torque sensor 21-1 is connected with the output shaft of the first electric screwdriver driving motor 19-1, the other end of the rotating shaft of the first thread gauge torque sensor is connected with the first electric screwdriver rotating shaft 20-1, and when the measuring data of the first thread gauge torque sensor reach a certain value, the first electric screwdriver driving motor and the thread gauge driving motor reversely rotate to enable a plug head of a thread gauge to exit or be far away from a workpiece hole; the movement structures of the thread go gauge mechanism 2-1 and the thread no-go gauge mechanism 2-2 are the same, and the difference is that in the thread go gauge mechanism, a thread go gauge plug 22-1 is installed on an electric batch rotating shaft; in the screw thread no-go gauge mechanism, a screw thread no-go gauge plug 22-2 is arranged on the electric screwdriver rotating shaft; the two thread go gauge plugs 22-1 are arranged oppositely, and the two thread no-go gauge plugs 22-2 are arranged oppositely.
In order to enable the thread go-no go gauge mechanism 2-1 and the thread no-go gauge mechanism 2-2 to move more stably, a third sliding block is further arranged on the bottom surface of the thread go-no go gauge bottom plate 14, a third sliding rail 40 is arranged on the table top of the thread go-no go test table, the third sliding block is installed on the third sliding rail 40 in a matched mode, and the direction of the third sliding rail 40 is the axial direction of the thread go-no go gauge screw rod 18.
The first rotating mechanism and the second rotating mechanism respectively comprise a rotating driving motor 11, the rotating driving motor 11 drives the mounting plate 33 to rotate through a worm gear, and besides a worm gear pair, transmission structures such as bevel gears, belt transmission and the like can be adopted; the mounting plate 33 is provided with two mounting positions, a workpiece to be detected is mounted on the mounting positions, the middle point of a connecting line between the two mounting positions is a connecting point of the first rotating mechanism and the second rotating mechanism, the mounting plate 33 is detachably connected with the first rotating mechanism, and the mounting plate 33 is detachably connected with the second rotating mechanism.
The workpiece pressing mechanisms in the plug gauge go-no-go detection platform and the thread gauge go-no-go detection platform are vertically arranged pressing cylinders 31, telescopic rods of the pressing cylinders 31 are downward vertically, and pressing heads 32 are arranged at the bottom ends of the telescopic rods of the pressing cylinders; when the mounting plate 33 is rotated to the detection position, the workpiece pressing mechanism is located right above the mounting position.
As shown in fig. 7-9, two parallel X-axis driving mechanisms 23 are arranged on the vertical thread detecting table 3, the two X-axis driving mechanisms 23 respectively include an upright column 24, and the X-axis driving mechanisms 23 can drive the upright column 24 to move along the X-axis driving mechanisms; the upper ends of the upright posts 24 are provided with Y-axis driving mechanisms 25, the two ends of the Y-axis driving mechanisms 25 in the length direction are respectively arranged at the top ends of the two upright posts 24, the Y-axis driving mechanisms 25 comprise Y-axis slide carriages 26, and the Y-axis driving mechanisms can drive the Y-axis slide carriages 26 to move along the Y-axis driving mechanisms 25; a Z-axis driving mechanism 27 is arranged on the Y-axis slide carriage 26, the Z-axis driving mechanism 27 is a motor-driven screw rod mechanism and comprises a Z-axis slide carriage 28 and a Z-axis driving motor 29, the Z-axis driving mechanism 27 can drive the Z-axis slide carriage 28 to move along the Z-axis driving mechanism 27, and the Z-axis slide carriage 28 is provided with a vertical screwdriver 15-2,Z which is provided with an encoder 29; the X-axis driving mechanism and the Y-axis driving mechanism can adopt transmission structures such as a lead screw and a rodless cylinder.
The vertical electric screwdriver 15-2 comprises a second electric screwdriver driving motor 19-2, a second electric screwdriver rotating shaft 20-2 is arranged on an output shaft of the second electric screwdriver driving motor 19-2, a second thread gauge torque sensor 21-2 is arranged between the second electric screwdriver driving motor 19-2 and the second electric screwdriver rotating shaft 20-2, one end of a rotating shaft of the second thread gauge torque sensor 21-2 is connected with the output shaft of the second electric screwdriver driving motor 19-2, the other end of the rotating shaft of the second electric screwdriver driving motor is connected with the second electric screwdriver rotating shaft 20-2, when the measurement data of the second thread gauge torque sensor reaches a certain value, the second electric screwdriver driving motor and the Z-axis driving motor are reversely rotated, a vertical thread gauge 30 is arranged on the second electric screwdriver rotating shaft 20-2, the vertical thread gauge 30 comprises a go gauge part 30-1 and a no-go gauge part 30-2, the nominal size of the go gauge part 30-1 is smaller than that of the no-go gauge part 30-2, the difference is determined according to the tolerance requirement of a hole of a workpiece to be measured, the go gauge part 30-1 and the no-2 are coaxially arranged below the go gauge part 30-2; the mounting plate 33 is placed on the table of the vertical thread inspection table 3 between the two X-axis drive mechanisms 23.
Feeding manipulator 4 is seven manipulators, and feeding manipulator 4 installs on manipulator track 34, and the feeler gauge leads to ending to examine test table 1, the screw gauge leads to ending to examine test table 2 and vertical screw thread and examines test table 3 and set up in same one side of manipulator track 34, and the feeler gauge leads to ending to examine test table 1, the screw gauge leads to ending to examine test table 2 and vertical screw thread and examines test table 3 three and set gradually on same straight line, and this straight line is parallel with manipulator track 34's direction, and the orbital opposite side of manipulator still is equipped with material loading platform 35 and unloading platform 36.
The using method of the device comprises the following steps:
the mounting plate 33 is placed on the feeding table 35, and two workpieces 00 (respectively set as a first workpiece and a second workpiece) are mounted on the mounting plate 33;
and (3) plug gauge detection:
the feeding manipulator 4 grabs the mounting plate 33 from the feeding table 55 and mounts the mounting plate on the first rotating mechanism; the first rotating mechanism drives the mounting plate 33 to rotate, so that the two workpieces 00 are positioned below a workpiece pressing mechanism of the plug gauge go-no-go detection table, the pressing cylinder 31 moves, and the workpieces 00 are pressed tightly; the go gauge detection mechanism 1-1 carries out go gauge detection on a first workpiece, at the moment, the no-go gauge detection mechanism 1-2 simultaneously carries out no-go gauge detection on a second workpiece, and the displacement sensor 11 and the plug gauge torque sensor 12 record detection data; the workpiece pressing mechanism is released, the first rotating mechanism drives the mounting plate 33 to rotate 180 degrees, and the workpiece pressing mechanism is pressed again; the go gauge detection mechanism 1-1 carries out go gauge detection on the second workpiece; at the moment, the no-go gauge detection mechanism 1-2 simultaneously carries out no-go gauge detection on the first workpiece, and the displacement sensor 11 and the plug gauge torque sensor 12 record detection data; releasing a workpiece pressing mechanism of the plug gauge pass-stop detection table;
and (3) detecting a thread gauge:
the feeding manipulator 4 detaches and transfers the mounting plate 33 from the first rotating mechanism and mounts the mounting plate on the second rotating mechanism; the second rotating mechanism drives the mounting plate 33 to rotate, so that the two workpieces 00 are positioned below a workpiece pressing mechanism of the thread gauge go-no-go detection table, the pressing cylinder moves, and the workpieces 00 are pressed tightly; the thread go gauge mechanism 2-1 detects a thread go gauge of a first workpiece, the thread no-go gauge mechanism 2-2 simultaneously detects a thread no-go gauge of a second workpiece, and a first thread gauge torque sensor 21-1 and an encoder of a thread gauge driving motor 17 record detection data; the workpiece pressing mechanism is released, the second rotating motor drives the mounting plate 33 to rotate 180 degrees, and the workpiece pressing mechanism is pressed again; the thread go gauge mechanism 2-1 detects a thread go gauge of the second workpiece, at the moment, the thread no-go gauge mechanism 2-2 simultaneously detects a thread no-go gauge of the first workpiece, and a first thread gauge torque sensor 21-1 and an encoder of a thread gauge driving motor 17 record detection data; releasing the screw gauge through a workpiece pressing mechanism of the check detection table;
detecting the vertical hole thread:
the feeding manipulator 4 detaches the mounting plate 33 from the second rotating mechanism and transfers the mounting plate to the vertical thread detection platform 3; the X-axis drive mechanism 23 and the Y-axis drive mechanism 25 move so that the vertical thread gauge 30 is positioned directly above the vertical hole of the first workpiece; the Z-axis driving mechanism 27 drives the vertical screwdriver 15-2 to descend, vertical hole thread detection is carried out on the first workpiece, and the second thread gauge torque sensor 21-2 and an encoder of the Z-axis driving motor record detection data; the Z-axis drive mechanism 27 ascends; the X-axis driving mechanism 23 and the Y-axis driving mechanism 25 move, namely the vertical thread gauge moves right above the vertical hole of the second workpiece; the Z-axis driving mechanism 27 drives the vertical screwdriver 15-2 to descend, vertical hole thread detection is carried out on a second workpiece, and a second thread gauge torque sensor 21-2 and an encoder of the Z-axis driving motor record detection data; the Z-axis drives the motor to ascend;
the feeding manipulator 4 transfers the mounting plate 33 from the vertical thread detection table 3 to the discharging table 36; and recording qualified products and unqualified products according to detection data of plug gauge detection, thread gauge detection and vertical thread detection.
Based on the detection method, when the plug gauge pass-stop detection table completes one detection, the feeding mechanical arm transfers the mounting plate, and when the workpieces on the mounting plate are subjected to thread pass-stop detection, the feeding mechanical arm can feed the plug gauge pass-stop detection table again to perform plug gauge detection on the next group of workpieces, so that the detection processes of all groups of workpieces are overlapped, the detection of the next group of workpieces is not started after the previous group of workpieces completes the whole detection process, and the detection efficiency and the equipment utilization rate are further improved.
The size judgment method for the plug gauge detection comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that standard data are recorded in advance before detection, wherein the standard data are the moving distance a of a plug head seat in a go gauge detection mechanism when a go gauge plug head can enter an adjusting arm hole and the moving distance b of the plug head seat in a no-go gauge detection mechanism when a no-go gauge plug head cannot enter the adjusting arm hole;
when a workpiece is detected, a plug gauge torque sensor is blocked in the moving process of a plug head of a go gauge and a plug head of a no-go gauge, so that the torque is suddenly increased, the moving distance a1 of the plug head seat in a go gauge detecting mechanism and the moving distance b1 of the plug head seat in a no-go gauge detecting mechanism are recorded (measured and recorded by a displacement sensor 11), and when a1= a and b1= b (certain errors are allowed, for example, the strokes of the plug heads of the go gauge at two sides have slight differences), the aperture size of the workpiece meets the requirement; when a1 is smaller than a, the go gauge cannot enter the hole and the hole passes through a small time, or when b1 is larger than b, the no-go gauge enters the hole and the hole is too large, the hole size of the workpiece is not satisfactory.
The size judgment method for detecting the thread gauge comprises the following steps:
detecting a thread go gauge: three torque reference values T1, T2, T3 and displacement reference value L1 are set, respectively:
t1, torque measured by a first thread gauge torque sensor when a thread go gauge plug idles;
t2, torque measured by the first thread gauge torque sensor when the plug of the thread go gauge is screwed in the thread;
t3, torque measured by the first thread gauge torque sensor when the plug head of the thread go gauge is blocked to stop rotating;
l1, the length of the thread of the workpiece hole to be measured;
setting the instantaneous torque of the first thread gauge torque sensor as T, enabling a plug head of a thread go gauge to contact with threads and start screwing along with the operation of a thread gauge driving motor, changing the T from T1 to T2, and starting recording by an encoder of a first electric batch driving motor at the moment; when the plug head of the thread go gauge runs to the bottom of the thread (one end in the hole) or is clamped in the screwing process and cannot be screwed continuously, T is changed from T2 to T3, the encoder of the first electric batch driving motor stops recording and compares L with L1 for the recorded displacement L: if L = L1, the thread go gauge is detected to be qualified, otherwise, the thread go gauge is detected to be unqualified;
detecting a thread no-go gauge: two torque criterion values T4 and T5, and one displacement criterion value L2 are set:
t4, measuring torque by a first thread gauge torque sensor when a plug head of the thread no-go gauge idles;
t5, torque measured by the first thread gauge torque sensor when the plug head of the thread no-go gauge is blocked and stops rotating;
l2, running the distance between the thread stop gauge plug and the position where the thread stop gauge plug abuts against the workpiece from the initial position;
let the instantaneous moment of torsion of first thread gauge torque sensor be T, when thread gauge driving motor began to move (at this moment the screw no-go gauge chock plug is located the initial position), thread gauge driving motor's encoder began to record, when the contact of screw no-go gauge chock plug and support the work piece, or screw no-go gauge chock plug screw in screw thread and block in the screw thread (screw thread bottom or screw thread centre), T changed to T3 by T2 this moment, the encoder stopped to record and compared displacement L and L2 that record: when L = L2, the plug head of the thread stop gauge cannot be screwed into the tested thread, and the detection of the stop gauge is qualified; and when L is larger than L2, the no-go gauge is unqualified.
The size judgment method for detecting the vertical hole thread comprises the following steps:
setting the axial length of a gauge part 30-1 in a vertical thread gauge 30 as D1, measuring the torque by a second thread gauge torque sensor when the vertical thread gauge idles as T6, measuring the torque by the second thread gauge torque sensor when the gauge part is in threaded fit with a measured hole as T7, and measuring the torque by the second thread gauge torque sensor when the vertical thread gauge is blocked and stops rotating as T8; the real-time torque measured by the second thread gauge torque sensor is T';
the Y-axis driving mechanism drives the vertical batch to move downwards, when the through gauge part is in threaded contact with the hole to be measured and screwed in, T 'is increased to T7 from T6, at the moment, an encoder of the Z-axis driving motor starts to record displacement, when the vertical thread gauge is blocked, T' is increased to T8 from T7, at the moment, the encoder of the Z-axis driving motor stops recording, and the recording result is set to be D;
when D = D1, the go gauge part can enter and the no-go gauge part cannot enter the threaded hole, and the thread size meets the requirement; when D is less than D1, the through gauge part cannot completely enter the threaded hole, and the thread size is too small and is not in accordance with the requirement; when D is larger than D1, the stop gauge part partially or completely enters the threaded hole, and the thread size is overlarge and is not satisfactory.
And the plug gauge detection, the thread gauge detection and the vertical hole thread detection all meet the size requirement, namely the workpiece is a qualified product, otherwise, the workpiece is an unqualified product.
According to the embodiment, the automatic feeding and discharging device has the advantages that a plurality of detection processes are integrated into a set of assembly line, automatic feeding and discharging are completed through the feeding manipulator, automatic size detection of a plurality of holes and threads on the adjusting arms is achieved, each station can simultaneously detect two adjusting arms, labor cost and time for back and forth transfer between the detection processes are saved, and production efficiency is greatly improved; the positioning is stable and the measurement is accurate when the workpiece is detected; and a plurality of sensors are adopted, so that data processing is intelligent.

1.4 When the workpiece pressing mechanism is released, the first rotating mechanism drives the mounting plate (33) to rotate 180 degrees, and the workpiece pressing mechanism is pressed again;
1.5 A go gauge detection mechanism (1-1) carries out go gauge detection on a second workpiece; at the moment, the no-go gauge detection mechanism (1-2) simultaneously carries out no-go gauge detection on the first workpiece, and the displacement sensor (11) and the plug gauge torque sensor (12) record detection data;

s2, detecting a thread gauge:
2.1 The feeding manipulator (4) detaches and transfers the mounting plate (33) from the first rotating mechanism and mounts the mounting plate on the second rotating mechanism;
2.2 The second rotating mechanism drives the mounting plate (33) to rotate, so that the two workpieces are positioned below a workpiece pressing mechanism of the thread gauge passing and stopping detection table, the pressing cylinder moves, and the workpieces are pressed;
2.3 The thread go gauge mechanism (2-1) detects a thread go gauge of a first workpiece, the thread no-go gauge mechanism (2-2) simultaneously detects a thread no-go gauge of a second workpiece, and encoders of a first thread go gauge torque sensor (21-1) and a thread go gauge driving motor (17) record detection data;
2.4 When the workpiece pressing mechanism is released, the second rotating motor drives the mounting plate (33) to rotate 180 degrees, and the workpiece pressing mechanism is pressed again;
2.5 The thread go gauge mechanism (2-1) detects a thread go gauge of a second workpiece, the thread no-go gauge mechanism (2-2) simultaneously detects a thread no-go gauge of a first workpiece, and encoders of a first thread gauge torque sensor (21-1) and a thread gauge driving motor (17) record detection data;
2.6 The screw gauge is released by a workpiece pressing mechanism of the check detection table;
s3, detecting the vertical hole thread:
3.1 The feeding manipulator (4) detaches the mounting plate (33) from the second rotating mechanism and transfers the mounting plate to the vertical thread detection table (3);
3.2 X-axis drive mechanism (23) and Y-axis drive mechanism (25) move so that vertical thread gauge (30) is positioned directly above the vertical hole of the first workpiece;
